The Stay True Podcast with Dr. Tiffany Johnson
by Dr. Tiffany Johnson
This isn’t just a podcast. It’s a mic in the hands of a woman who’s done performing—and done pretending it’s about playing nice. Welcome to The Stay True Podcast with Dr. Tiffany Johnson--wife, mother, truth-sayer, legacy leader, and the voice you didn’t know you were waiting for.For years, I’ve built businesses, led communities, raised a family, and held space for people to become who they say they want to be.But this season? We’re saying the quiet parts loud .Because alignment isn’t a mood board or a meditation app. It’s a full-body, whole-life, non-negotiable reclamation. It’s telling the truth even when your voice shakes—and especially when it shifts the room. This season is where we burn the blueprint and rebuild on truth. You’ll hear:● Solo episodes where I say what most are still filtering● <b

Gratitude Isn’t Always Growth
What if your gratitude practice is actually keeping you stuck? In this episode, I break down how gratitude can become a shield that keeps you from truth, responsibility, and real growth. We talk about toxic positivity, avoiding conflict, and the patterns you keep repeating when you refuse to face what’s actually yours. If your world feels smaller, your voice quieter, or your relationships off… this is the conversation you’ve been avoiding.Honesty first. Then gratitude. Always in that order.----------------------------------Ready for more than information?I don’t do surface-level. I AM…but I’m Not
This episode is your reminder that staying in the same routine will not create a new version of you. Growth happens when you get out of your environment, into new rooms, and around people who stretch how you see yourself.I break down why balance shifts in seasons, why old decisions don’t need to define your future, and how self-concept drives everything. If you’re stuck in comparison or distraction, you’re feeding the wrong version of yourself. It’s time to pull your focus back and move like the woman you say you are becoming.----------------------------------Ready for more than information?I don’t do surface-level. The Quiet Grief of Growing a Family
I found myself reflecting on how hard it can be to watch your kids grow up and build lives of their own, even when you’re so proud of them. No one really talks about the quiet grief that comes with those transitions or how certain moments end without you realizing they were the last. I’m learning that it’s okay to feel both joy and sadness at the same time and that neither one takes away from the other. This season is asking me to create new traditions while honoring what we had, instead of pretending it doesn’t affect me. ----------------------------------Ready for more than information?I don’t do surface-level. I Didn’t Expect This Lesson in Times Square
I thought I was going to Times Square for a moment, but I walked away with a deeper understanding of purpose. I realized that when something matters to me, I don’t hesitate or dilute it, I lead with it fully. Watching how others live in their purpose reflected back to me where I’m still being called to go all in. This reminded me that staying true isn’t comfortable, but it’s the only way I’m willing to live. Let’s Talk About What Vulnerability Really Is
Let’s Talk About What Vulnerability Really IsI used to think vulnerability meant sharing the hard, the messy, and the breakdowns so people could relate to me. But I’ve realized the real edge of vulnerability is being seen in my power, in my success, and in my truth without shrinking it to make others comfortable. It’s choosing to win out loud, knowing that not everyone will understand or support it, and being willing to hold that anyway.----------------------------------Ready for more than information?I don’t do surface-level. Excellence, Not Excuses - No More "Almost"
I just came off one of the most powerful experiences I’ve created, and it reminded me of something most people don’t want to hear. The gap isn’t lack of knowledge; it’s lack of self-trust, embodiment, and execution. I’m done entertaining the idea that more information is the answer. It’s not. The shift happens when I trust myself, get out of my head, and actually move. Excellence comes from reps, standards, and showing up when it would be easier not to. No more almost...I either do it or I don’t.----------------------------------Ready for more than information?I don’t do surface-level. I Thought This Was a Fluke … Until I Saw It In Every High-Achieving Room
I’ve seen a pattern in every high achieving room where the most intelligent women trust themselves the least. We’ve been trained to rely on logic and control, but that often disconnects us from our own inner knowing. The real shift happens when we stop overthinking and start listening to our body’s truth. When I trust myself fully, I stop negotiating with my life and start leading it.—----------------------------------I don’t do surface-level. The Cost of Fitting InI dive into the real cost of choosing to fit in instead of stepping into what being your best actually looks like. I share how settling for good enough slowly disconnects you from your own standards, your voice, and your self-trust. Who Does She Think She Is?
In this episode, I challenge the fear behind the question who does she think she is and what it reveals about leadership and visibility. I share why so many people stay stuck as half leader and half follower, wanting influence but still seeking permission. Real power is not loud for attention, it is grounded in lived experience, identity, and clarity. This conversation is about stepping into the kind of leadership that can be fully seen without shrinking or proving.Ready for more than information?I don’t do surface-level. Type A or Type B?
In this episode, I riff on the whole Type A versus Type B identity and call out the lie that we’re supposed to be one or the other. I share how I can be wildly Type A in business, systems, leadership, and standards, and at the same time be completely Type B in my personal life, my travel style, my beauty routines, and even the way I leave five coffee cups sitting around. I unpack how personality tests, labels, and even feedback can be helpful, but only if we remember there’s always nuance. Nothing in your life is black and white. There’s context, growth, and seasons that shift how you show up.More than anything, this is an invitation to stop boxing yourself in. Your job isn’t to perfectly fit a category, it’s to understand yourself deeply in every role you play. CEO, mom, partner, leader, visionary, human. As you grow, your identity will stretch, your image may change, your habits will evolve, and that’s not inconsistency, that’s expansion. Fulfillment matters more than perfection. So here’s your permission slip to be complex, to contradict yourself, to grow out of old versions, and to build a life that feels alive instead of neatly labeled.Ready for more than information?Dr. Tiffany doesn’t do surface-level. If You Only Had One Week to Live
Coming off a business event where a woman shared her three-year cancer journey, I found myself sitting with the question we have all heard before. If you had one week to live, what would you do? When I got back to my room and really let it land, I realized something that surprised even me. I would not change a thing. I have built a life I do not want to escape from. I would be home with my family, adjusting patients, leading my Masterpiece call, having deep conversations, drinking my ladybug coffee, reading my old journals, and honoring the mission that has always mattered most to me. Home first. Purpose woven into every day. No grand finale required. That question is not about a bucket list trip or some dramatic exit. It is a magnifying glass. Are you living in alignment, or are you secretly waiting to be rescued from your own life? If there are words unsaid, forgiveness unoffered, dreams delayed, that is your work. Stop waiting. Stop numbing out. Your mission is your responsibility. Misalignment is what makes us sick, not a lack of sunshine in Switzerland. You get to choose your way of being right now. If you only had a week, how would you live? Good. Now live that way anyway.Ready for more than information?Dr. Tiffany doesn’t do surface-level. The New Edge of Servantry
In this episode, I unpack a stat that stopped me in my tracks and led to a deeper question about why people are sicker than ever despite having more access to information than any generation before us. I share my belief that fulfillment, not just food and fitness, is the missing link. You can eat clean and move your body, but if you are not living with meaning, creating, serving, and building something that matters, you are slowly stagnating. Health is not just the absence of medication or diagnosis. It is the presence of purpose.I challenge the obsession with self focus that never turns into action and invite you into something braver. Stop managing your life and start creating it. Notice your patterns, take action on the fear, and make medicine out of what you have lived. Your suffering is not meant to be studied forever, it is meant to be used. When you focus on serving, when you master the basics in excellence, and when you care about something bigger than how you feel in the moment, you come alive. And that aliveness just might be the most powerful health strategy of all.Ready for more than information?Dr. Tiffany doesn’t do surface-level. Caught “the bug”?
I believe sickness is rarely just about a germ or bad luck. When I talk about the body, whether in chiropractic, mentorship, or healing work, it always comes back to understanding the language of your own body. Self development is not about collecting more information or fixing yourself. It is about experiencing your life fully and honestly. Injuries, sickness, and chronic issues carry emotional and mental weight alongside the physical, and our bodies hold the fear, pressure, and beliefs we move through long before symptoms show up.When I get sick or see others sick, I look deeper than the immune system alone. I ask where life feels misaligned, where joy has been replaced by duty, and where the body is asking for surrender instead of suppression. Medications may quiet symptoms, but they often mute the message. Sickness can be an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and listen differently. When we stop blaming the bug and start observing our lives, our health shifts because we stop fighting our bodies and start understanding them.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. The Dark Side of Healing Culture
In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on what I see as the dark side of healing after 20 years in practice and hundreds of thousands of adjustments later. I talk about how we’ve become obsessed with fixing ourselves, consuming endless information, chasing protocols, tests, supplements, and plans while completely disconnecting from our bodies and our lives. For some people, healing has been life changing. For others, it’s quietly become the very thing keeping them sick, stuck, anxious, and convinced they’re never enough or never done.I challenge the idea that endless healing is noble or necessary and call it what it often is an addiction that keeps you from actually living. Healing isn’t about constantly repairing yourself or hunting for the next explanation for why you’re broken. It’s about integration, responsibility, alignment, and remembering that your body is brilliant and always telling the truth. This episode is an invitation to stop circling your pain, stop outsourcing your power, and start living forward with courage, joy, and trust in who you already are.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Break the Curse of Looking Stupid
In this episode, I call out the real thing holding you back, and it’s not your circumstances or the people around you. It’s your fear of looking stupid. The fear of being misunderstood, disliked, rejected, or not fitting the mold keeps more people stuck than failure ever will. I break down how our need for approval quietly cages our potential and why going against the grain is often the exact move that creates momentum.I also challenge the way we think about failure and success. I share a powerful question I posed to my Masterpiece group and how fast everything changes when you’re willing to fail on purpose instead of avoiding it. Success isn’t luck, and it’s definitely not clean. It’s redirection, rejection, resilience, and refusing to quit. If you want to grow your capacity, stop taking yourself so seriously, put yourself out there faster, and break the curse of looking stupid.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Why Mastery Can Make You Feel Lost And How to Find Yourself Again
In this episode, I share a moment that cracked me open when I walked into a room where I thought I no longer belonged. After decades of mastery in chiropractic and leadership, I found myself feeling unexpectedly lost as a beginner again in a completely different arena. That discomfort forced me to look at where I had been coasting, where things felt too familiar, and where I had stopped letting myself be stretched. What looked like feeling old or out of place was really an identity recalibration asking me to remember who I am beyond any title or industry.I talk about how mastery can quietly turn us into robots if we are not careful, and how losing your edge often has nothing to do with age and everything to do with stagnation. Feeling alive comes from learning, risking, starting over, and letting your experience compound rather than disappear. This episode is an invitation to stop waiting for permission, stop clinging to comfort, and start building a life that challenges you, excites you, and makes you proud to be in it again.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. The 3 Portals of Womanhood: How We’re Taught to Fear What Was Meant to Be Sacred
In this episode, I’m calling out how a woman’s body moves through three massive portals of transformation: puberty, birth, and menopause, and how deeply corrupted our understanding of them has become. Instead of celebrating the miracle of a girl becoming a woman, we shame it, medicate it, numb it, and teach girls early that their bodies are problems to manage instead of brilliance to honor. That belief trail follows us straight into anxiety meds, hormone suppression, fertility struggles, and a lifelong war with a body that was never broken in the first place.I’m asking women to take radical responsibility for what we were taught, what we accepted, and what we passed on. This is about breaking generational patterns by relearning how to respect, listen to, and trust the body through every season instead of trying to shut it down and turn it back on when it’s convenient. When one woman changes how she sees her body, it changes her relationships, her children, and the generations after her. This is how we stop confusing common with normal and start living like the body is, in fact, a freaking miracle.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. When Your Calling is Bigger Than Your Life 🖤
In this episode, I talk about what happens when your calling quietly outgrows the life you’ve built and how confusing, suffocating, and lonely that can feel. I share how for years I wanted to run, not because I didn’t love my work or my people, but because I didn’t know how to articulate what I needed or even give myself permission to feel it. When you’re a healer and a caretaker, admitting that something doesn’t fit anymore can feel wrong, shameful, or terrifying, so you stay busy and avoid the quiet where the truth keeps tapping.I remind myself and you that your life is not happening to you, it’s being created by you, and that means you can change it. When your calling feels bigger than your life, it’s not a problem, it’s an invitation to become bigger, more aligned, and more honest. Through clarity, self trust, and faith without evidence, you can bring your life and calling into the same frequency, where nothing feels forced and everything expands with integrity. That’s when the magic actually starts.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. 2025 Rituals + 2026 Creations
In this episode, I reflect on the end of 2025 as a sacred pause, not a finish line. I look back through my highlights, my challenges, and the lessons that shaped me, anchoring the moments I never want to forget and honoring how much beauty existed even in years that felt heavy.I don’t believe in wiping the slate clean on January 1st. I believe in carrying forward what mattered, releasing what no longer fits, and choosing who I am becoming next. My process is reflection, reverence, and listening deeply to the pull of what’s ahead, trusting that expansion requires both gratitude and courage. This is how I close a year, with clarity, ownership, and a quiet confidence that the next chapter is already asking me to say yes.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. From Technician to Leader: The Evolution of a True Healer
I’m pulling back the curtain on how my lens as a provider has evolved over the last 20 years, from wide-eyed “I’m going to change the world” energy to a much sharper understanding of what we’re actually up against when it comes to healing, health, sobriety, and freedom. The more meaningful the work and the bigger the risk, the more resistance shows up, and I’m grateful I didn’t fully grasp that early on because it would’ve tempted me into fear instead of leadership. Now I can spot the patterns from a mile away, the people who are stuck, the ones living an average life that looks fine but feels flat, and the ones doing extraordinary things because they’ve built discernment, mastery, and the courage to hold more.I’m calling out what I believe is the responsibility of anyone with influence, from doctors and therapists to trainers, coaches, speakers, and creators: we have to stop treating humans like one-layer problems. I teach that we’re made of at least five layers physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic, and real transformation happens when we stop acting like the symptom is the whole story. If you only address the physical, you’re missing the emotional and mental roots, and if you only coach mindset without the body, you’re basically building a mansion on quicksand. Most people are walking around neck down dead, running on recycled fear and old programming, and then wondering why nothing changes. My mission is to create conscious humans who demand better care, better questions, and deeper leadership, because there’s more unseen than seen in the body, the business, the relationship, and the life, and it’s our duty to lead that conversation like we actually mean it. Being the Magic is a Responsibility
I’ve learned how to live in the energy of magic, but it absolutely did not start that way. When I finally listened to the deeper call in 2021, the one that wasn’t coming from my head, my fear, or my past, everything shifted. Sobriety wasn’t about willpower or cravings for me. It was about staying in the arena instead of running. My addiction wasn’t alcohol itself; it was distraction, movement, fun, and avoiding the discomfort of being present with my own life. When I committed to listening to that divine nudge, even just for thirty days, it opened a path of discipline, trust, and care for my body and my soul that I had never known. What surprised me most was that the hard part wasn’t giving something up; it was holding my word and remembering how to see the world with wonder again, like a kid who knows magic is real.I believe magic is a frequency, and when it shows up in your life, it’s your responsibility to do something meaningful with it. I’ve seen it play out for years through giving to families, creating community, and passing on abundance, but I also realized I had forgotten how to let that magic land deeply in my own home and heart. When we end a season feeling empty, it’s usually because we noticed the magic but didn’t walk with it or multiply it. Magic isn’t something you earn later when life looks different. You become it first by choosing presence, gratitude, and perspective, even in the mess and imperfection. When you live that way, the ripple is inevitable. It moves through your body, your relationships, and the people you touch, creating memories that lock into your nervous system and change how you experience life. That’s the kind of December I want. That’s the kind of life I believe we’re here to live.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Be Where Your Feet Are: The Holiday Antidote to Dopamine Chasing
In this episode I talk about how easy it is to lose ourselves in December. We try to engineer the perfect holiday, imagining what everyone else wants and forgetting our own center in the process. I reflect on how often we chase anticipation like it is a drug, needing the next big moment to justify the grind of today. This season is asking me to stay where my feet are, to pay attention to what matters most, and to stop confusing motion for meaning.I also walk through the realities of how life seasons shift the holidays. From being a kid, to juggling work, to raising babies while building a business, to now sharing my daughter’s time with her fiancé and their growing world, I am learning how to hold joy without gripping so tight. This time of year invites all of us to get honest about what we actually desire and create experiences we will remember instead of dreams we will eventually resent for never becoming real.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Against North Dakota Nice: A Truer December
I’ve been moving through one of those seasons where the waves come fast and loud, the kind that make you question everything you thought you had a grip on. My mission, my capacity, my leadership, all of it has been up for review. And while most people don’t see this side of me, it’s real. Life has a way of tossing you from one identity to the next, flipping your lifeboat just when you think you’re steady. But every time I land in those stormy waters, I’m reminded that safety doesn’t come from the circumstances around me. It comes from who I am. So I’m beginning December with honesty instead of the forced cheer that everyone pretends they’re supposed to have. Because pushing the sparkle button when your heart is heavy is exactly how we end up disconnected from our own lives.December has a way of bringing everything to the surface. Grief, loneliness, expectations, traditions that don’t fit anymore, the pressure to be “fine” when we’re not. If we don’t tell ourselves the truth, we end up living the same year on repeat. So I’m using this month to get honest about what actually makes me come alive, not what looks good or keeps the peace. I’m asking myself what experiences I want to create, what energy I want to set, and how I want this season to feel as we move toward 2026, a year that’s calling for deeper purpose and truer roots. This December is about creating moments I’m proud of, choosing what feels meaningful, and remembering who I am in the middle of it all.Join Proud December: https://staytruemovement.com/prouddecember Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. The Sacred Closing: How You End 2025 Is Who You Become in 2026
I sat down to record this episode feeling the truth of the year settling into my bones. We are closing out a nine year cycle and I can feel it in every conversation, every memory, every unfinished loop asking to be completed. I’ve been watching people throw their hands up and wait for January like it carries some kind of magic reset button. It doesn’t. The reset is you. The reset is the decision to stop drifting and start closing what needs to be closed. This season of my life keeps showing me that the real alchemy is found when I stop trying to “fix” the past and instead walk with it while choosing who I’m becoming. That’s the work. That’s the becoming. That’s where the power is.And now we stand on the edge of 2026, the first year of a brand new nine year cycle, the year where everything comes back to roots, faith, foundation, and the unseen. I’ve learned to trust without evidence and believe without proof and it has changed the way I lead, mother, build, and listen. I feel people craving their anchor again, craving meaning, craving something beyond the grind of their human. This next chapter is where alignment becomes non-negotiable. A Post Live Event Love Note
Two weeks post–Stay True Live, I’m writing a love letter to the room. One hundred fifty women, one heartbeat—no hiding, no costume changes between “home” and “work.” We held hard questions, shook hands and souls, cried in the corners, pinky-swore at tables, and yes, line-danced to Shania. That room redefined what leadership looks like: speakers, venue, my Masterpiece women—everyone led. Even my film team (the legendary KFC—Kentucky film crew, not chicken) said it wasn’t a seminar; it was a movement. Ages 17 to 77. Empire-builders next to women just starting. Different stories, same frequency of truth.Learn more about Wholeness: The Ultimate Rebellion here: https://staytruemovement.com/wholeness-ultimate-rebellion-786930 Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Sequins, Red Lips, and the Death of Playing Safe
After spending a week at a conference in Denver that felt like Burning Man meets business for women, I came back changed—sequins, leopard print, monk robes, and all. I went in stretched to my limits, from packing last-minute Amazon deliveries and experimenting with blue mascara, to walking into rooms alone where I’d never felt so out of place—or so alive. Every outfit became a new initiation. What started as discomfort turned into expansion. I realized that how we show up—from hair to heels—shifts who we believe we are. Each day, I felt my confidence catch up to my reflection. What surprised me most was how deeply expression connects to identity. Watching women go from hiding in slouched shoulders to standing tall in sequined confidence was electric. I saw it in myself, too—the rediscovery of the playful, creative, feminine side I’d buried under “don’t be high-maintenance” beliefs. I used to tone myself down to fit in, but this week cracked that open. I wore red lipstick unapologetically, straightened my hair, tried bold styles, and saw new reflections of me I hadn’t met yet. It wasn’t about fashion—it was embodiment. This experience reminded me that we evolve when we dare to do something unfamiliar, even uncomfortable. Maybe “high maintenance” was never the truth—it was just the label we used to hide from our own radiance. This week taught me that when we give ourselves permission to be fully expressed, everything unlocks. So I’m redefining my closet, my brand, and maybe even what confidence looks like. Here’s to the next identity leap—and to showing up as the woman I was always meant to be.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Stop Trying to Soften What Saved You
In this episode, I dive into the tension between survival and healing—the part of the journey no one warns you about. For many of us, the traits that once protected us—the grit, control, independence, or sharp edges—are the same ones we later try to erase when we step into growth. But what if those edges aren’t flaws to fix? What if they’re proof of what we’ve survived—and the foundation for what’s next?I share the moment I realized that softening isn’t always the answer. Sometimes, our strength doesn’t need to be diluted—it needs to be integrated. This episode is a call to honor the parts of yourself that fought for your life, even when they no longer fit who you’re becoming. It’s about learning to hold both—the woman who built the armor and the one who now wants to live freely without it.If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much,” “too strong,” or “too intense,” this one’s for you. I’ll walk you through what it looks like to stay soft without surrendering your edge—to stop apologizing for the fire that saved you and start using it to light your next evolution.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. The Dirty Secret About Clean Houses and Full Lives
I’ve spent much of my life wondering if I was “holding up my end of the deal” when it came to running a house. Truth? I’m not the best homemaker, and I’ve carried plenty of guilt and comparison around that. But here’s the shift: my life’s work isn’t about spotless floors or perfectly folded laundry—it’s about creating, leading, and living in alignment. And alignment is messy. It’s not always what feels good or looks good from the outside, but it’s the only thing that keeps me true to my mission.I’ve learned that every season of life requires trade-offs. When my kids were young, I cooked more. Now, I hire help when I can, and sometimes I let things slide. And that’s okay. Because my magic isn’t in a scrubbed kitchen—it’s in vision-casting, building movements, guiding people shoulder to shoulder, and creating spaces where others can rise. That’s where my energy belongs. So here’s the dirty little secret: you don’t have to do it all. You don’t have to compare your gifts to someone else’s. The point isn’t to fix every limitation, but to know your magic and own it fully. When you stop comparing, stop shaming yourself, and start focusing on the gifts only you can bring, that’s when life opens up—and you finally get to live aligned.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Faith, Friendship & a Fierce Calling with Oliva Abraham

Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-----------------------Faith, Friendship & a Fierce Calling with Oliva AbrahamI sat down with Olivia Abraham—aka Liv Abe—and within minutes I knew why she’s lighting up this city. At 23, she’s built Live by Grace Photography across Fargo and Arizona, leads associate teams, and founded The Invitation, a Christ-centered women’s community that’s already grown to 27 chapters. We traced her path from iPod photo shoots to weddings, seniors, brands, and families—and the real lesson underneath: learning capacity the hard way, guarding her name and client experience, and surrendering her plans to God when the calling feels bigger than her calendar. What moved me most was Liv’s honesty about the breakup that “broke” her and became the seed of something sacred. We talked about listening for the God-zone—peace that surpasses understanding, Holy Spirit conviction, and the difference between gut noise and divine guidance. I see in her the maiden energy I remember in myself: fire, hospitality, an open door for women to belong. If you’re carrying a big vision, Liv’s reminder is simple and true—keep going. Impact doesn’t require 200 confirmations; sometimes it’s one woman who leaves different.About Liv: Olivia Abraham, better known as Liv, is a 23-year-old entrepreneur and photographer who splits her time between North Dakota and Arizona. A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a degree in marketing and advertising, she launched her business, LivByGrace Photography, while still a teenager and has since built it into a thriving full-time career.Liv is passionate about traveling and Jesus, often hopping on a plane to photograph weddings and explore new places. She also founded The Invitation, a growing women’s ministry with 27 chapters nationwide, and leads the local chapter in Fargo. The Authenticity Standard with Shannon Bock
Are you ready for more? Join the Stay True Movement’s Live Event happening October 28th & 29th! Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-----------------------The Authenticity Standard with Shannon BockHere’s the heartbeat of my conversation with Shannon Bock—the woman behind the title. We started where most bios don’t: her decision to trade a protective “bubble” for real connection. Early leadership put her under a microscope, and judgment made her small. Co-workers literally hugged her into softening—and in that process she learned to see herself first so she could actually serve. That shift—self first so mission can be bigger—now anchors how she leads, loves, and lets people in. We traced the thread from private Shannon to present Shannon: a mom who recalibrated after honest talks with her daughters, a leader who chooses vulnerability over image, and an executive who won’t lose touch with “her people.”We dug into legacy and seasons—mothering from 33 to 18, approaching empty nest, and redefining impact when the house gets quiet. Shannon’s lighthouse is joy: when the day goes sideways, she walks out of the office to be with the people CCRI serves and lets their presence wreck her bad mood. She shared the memory that almost broke her—losing her grandmother at 18—and how it forged her capacity to sit with life’s hardest thresholds. What she wants for women? To be brave, authentic, and willing to ask “what if this turns out even better than expected?” What she’s most proud of? Doing the inner work—cutting misaligned ties, healing her health, and becoming a leader who builds people, not pedestals. Impact over importance. Mission over image. Joy over drama.About Shannon: Shannon Bock is the executive director of CCRI, a Moorhead-based nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities. In her role, Shannon leads a team of more than 500 employees in people-focused, team-oriented service so more than 400 people with disabilities can live more meaningful lives and experience being part of the community. A North Dakota native, Shannon started working at CCRI in 1994, and was named CCRI’s executive director in 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Minnesota State University Moorhead and serves as immediate past president on the board of ARRM, a nonprofit association of nearly 200 provider organizations, businesses and advocates dedicated to supporting people with disabilities. Odyssey of a Healer with Emily Koska
Are you ready for more? Join the Stay True Movement’s Live Event happening October 28th & 29th! Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-----------------------Odyssey of a Healer with Emily Koska I brought Emily Koska on because from the minute we met (yes, I slam-hugged her at Impact Collective), I knew she was a flag-carrier. Emily’s path is anything but linear—CNA to burned-out nurse, a decade as a wedding photographer, back to NP school, then into functional medicine where women’s hormones became her lane because it was also her lived battle: endometriosis, crushing fatigue, thyroid questions, and years of fertility struggle. She did the work, optimized her hormones, and—after 15 years of thinking it might never happen—she’s now pregnant with baby #3 at 37. That conviction shows up in her practice, where every new patient starts with a 45-minute “tell me everything” session, followed by targeted labs and a clear plan. The patterns she sees most: fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, gnarly periods, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, and the perimenopause/menopause rollercoaster—so often fueled by insulin resistance, inflammation, environment, and unprocessed stress/trauma.We also went there on identity and leadership. Emily’s a self-described “doer,” the one who grabs the sword when systems want her silent, and she’s rebuilding her life with boundaries, mentorship, and real community—not the shallow “be liked” version. We named the ache so many women carry: feeling unseen while holding everything together; numbing with scrolls, sips, and to-dos; forgetting the body is wildly capable. Her charge to women leading big things was simple and unshakable: you are capable—do it scared, trust yourself, and keep going.Oh—and because one flag wasn’t enough, Emily and her husband launched Odyssey FM, an Acton-style micro-school in Moorhead that blends learner-led education, character development, and Socratic dialogue. It’s small by design, family-centric, and built to let kids lead, struggle, and grow—exactly the skills adulthood actually requires. If you’re a woman listening who checks all the “this might be hormones” boxes, or you’re craving a tribe of “friends with flags,” Emily’s work—and this conversation—are your nudge.About Emily: I work with women who feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or stuck when it comes to their health because I’ve been there myself. My own experience with hormone imbalance is what drives me to dig deeper and listen differently. At EmpowHER, I specialize in helping women get to the root of symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, mood swings, and cycle irregularities. I treat a wide range of hormone-related issues including adrenal dysfunction, thyroid disorders, PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, and gut health concerns that are often overlooked but deeply connected to hormones. My approach is personalized, functional, and evidence-based. With tools like advanced lab testing and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), I help women rebalance their bodies and feel like themselves again energized, clear, and confident. If you’re tired of being told “everything looks fine” when nothing feels fine I’m here to help you finally get answers and take back control of your health. Spirit, Boundaries + Brave Hearts with Jodie Harvala
Are you ready for more? Join the Stay True Movement’s Live Event happening October 28th & 29th! Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —----------------------Spirit, Boundaries + Brave Hearts with Jodie HarvalaI invited Jodie Harvala because, in my eyes, she pioneered spirituality in Fargo–Moorhead–West Fargo. I opened by naming that and thanking her—because the truth is, Jodie gave women like me permission to trust our gifts without needing to brand ourselves as “woo.” We talked about how she built her work from a season of loneliness and curiosity, finding mentors, claiming the title “psychic,” and learning to hold firm boundaries—even in the face of blatant rejection. I shared my own evolution from wanting to “win” to building stages with as many mics as possible for women with wildly diverse stories. Together we named the mirror work—how our outer criticism often reflects an inner one—and why embodiment matters more than more information.Jodie described her lighthouse as returning to her own spirit (and heart), and how travel cracked her open: solo miles through the Tetons, Glacier, the Camino. That’s become part of her calling now—Spirit School, retreats, and women’s travel that gets us out of the house and into our lives. We dug into the head–heart truce, befriending the ego, setting energetic boundaries, and managing capacity so we don’t burn out serving everyone else’s crises. When I asked what nearly broke her, she was honest about a hard chapter in her marriage—and the rebuilding that followed—plus the weight of losing a longtime client. And when I asked what she wants to be remembered for, she said disrupting fear in women’s lives. Same, sister. We closed with her message for leaders: trust your heart, tend your world, and let desire be louder than fear.About Jodie: Jodie Harvala is a psychic medium and energy clearing expert who guides people to release heavy patterns, trust their intuition, and welcome everyday magic. She is the founder of Spirit School, an ongoing community offering monthly classes, live energy work, and supportive gatherings where spiritual growth and real-life grounding come together. Grit, Grace, and Eco Chic with Maria Bosak
Are you ready for more? Join the Stay True Movement’s Live Event happening October 28th & 29th! Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-------------------------Grit, Grace, and Eco Chic with Maria BosakI brought Maria Bosak on because she’s one of the first women who showed me what real community looks like. My very first non-chiropractic event—seven women, a laptop on an end table, Nickelback and Bruno Mars on the playlist—happened in Eco Chic’s back “gathering space.” Fifteen years later, I finally got to tell her how much that moment imprinted on me. In our conversation, Maria opened up about the early, brutal years of business—when “sell the damn hutch” became the pivot from eco-baby goods to repurposed furniture, when a gracious landlord bought them time, and when grit plus listening to the customer kept them from bankruptcy. She credits her team and girlfriends as her proudest accomplishment and shared how becoming a better boss and friend (more joy, fewer secrets, clear boundaries) attracted the right people. Then we went deeper—into the heartbreak and holiness of foster care. Maria and her husband lost a two-year-old daughter they’d hoped to adopt, only to later welcome three children who are now 6, 6, and 7. She described a God-wink straight out of Jeremiah 31—“your children shall return”—timed to the very night their first daughter left and her sons entered care. That’s the ground her family stands on: faith, daily joy, and the humility to ask for help. For the women leading big things, her whispered counsel is simple and unshakeable: “Just love.” And as for what’s next, Maria’s keeping Eco Chic rooted in Fargo while expanding online, restarting in-store gatherings and Bible studies, and exploring new ways to bring women together—because when we drop the ego, share the playbook, and choose joy, there’s more than enough for all of us.About Maria: Maria Bosak is the Founder and President of Eco Chic Home, a home décor and furniture store established in 2010. Under her leadership, Eco Chic Home has grown into a trusted destination for design enthusiasts, offering both a brick-and-mortar shopping experience and a thriving online presence. Known for its curated selection of stylish and timeless pieces, the store reflects Maria’s passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces. In addition to running Eco Chic Home, Maria is the visionary behind the Eco Chic Design Conference, an event that brings together design experts, creatives, and homeowners to inspire and educate on all things home. She also founded the Fargo JunkMarket, a beloved local market that showcases unique finds, vintage treasures, and artisan goods.Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Maria has built a rich family life with her husband, Tate. Married for nearly 20 years, they are proud parents of three children through adoption. Maria’s deep commitment to family and community shines through in her work, as she continues to create spaces—both in homes and in her businesses—that foster connection, beauty, and meaning. When she’s not running her businesses, Maria enjoys the simple joys of life: sipping coffee, getting lost in a good book, tending her garden, and sharing plenty of laughter with friends.Connect with Maria: www.shopecochichome.com www.facebook.com/ecochichomewww.instagram.com/ecochichome Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. When Community Becomes Legacy with Taya Spellhaug
Are you ready for more? Join the Stay True Movement’s Live Event happening October 28th & 29th! Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-------------------------When Community Becomes Legacy with Taya Spelhaug I sat down with Taya Spelhaug—someone I’ve admired for years not just for what she does, but for what she stands for. We talked about the parts most people don’t see behind the title “Site Director at Microsoft”: the love story with Grant, the long-held hope to become a mom, and the moment at 10 weeks when a genetic counselor called to say their baby likely had Down syndrome—followed by a 13-week scan that suggested only a 10% chance of survival. Taya chose faith over fear. She stayed crystal clear through pregnancy, welcomed Olive via emergency C-section, and heard a baby girl roar her way into the world—no NICU stay, just pure “sparkly magic.”Motherhood re-wired her mission. Taya helped pass North Dakota legislation (2023) protecting people with intellectual disabilities from organ transplant discrimination, became an NDSS ambassador, and leaned into local community with Gigi’s Playhouse. Essentia launched “Olive Branch” to better support new Down syndrome diagnoses—proof of how one child can catalyze systems to love better. We dug into the real juggle: harvest season, travel, therapies, grandparents, and the myth of “mom guilt.” Her lighthouse is Jesus; her metric is leading with love. She doesn’t chase corner offices—she chooses work that fuels purpose and family, trusting the next right thing. If you ask what she wants to be remembered for, it’s simple and uncompromising: being a good person who leads with love. That’s the throughline of her story—grace for herself, advocacy for others, and a daily choice to build legacy at home while moving mountains in the world.About Taya: Taya is the Director of Fargo Site TechSpark Engagement for Microsoft. Her primary focus is to build out Microsoft philanthropic initiative, TechSpark in North Dakota and manage the Fargo Microsoft campus. TechSpark is a civic program aimed at fostering greater economic opportunity through partnerships with rural and smaller metropolitan communities across the US and to expand the great synergies between the company and community. Necessary Endings, Bold Beginnings with Shannon Full
Are you ready for more? Join the Stay True Movement’s Live Event happening October 28th & 29th! Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-------------------------I sat down with Shannon Full, President & CEO of the FMWF Chamber, to pull the curtain back on the human behind the role. We talked about the cost of leadership—the race, the pace, and learning to pause long enough to let impact land. Fresh off a soul-filling trip to Croatia (yes, the beaches are that good), she shared how faith, grace, and grit keep her grounded while she leads a movement bigger than any single title. We dug into the hard stuff: the addiction to being liked, the health toll of people-pleasing, and the courage it takes to be misunderstood while still welcoming real discourse with dignity and respect. I loved her “tribes” framework—quarter, nickel, dime—and we mapped it to my puzzle metaphor: dimes are the corner pieces that make everything else connect. What I heard under all of it is a woman refining boundaries, mentoring a 13-year-old to stand tall, and choosing necessary endings so greater beginnings can happen. Shannon’s mission is wider than the Chamber; it’s growing people, business, and community—at church, at home, with friends, and across this region—by choosing cohesion over division and action over critique. Her whisper to every woman leading something big? Have the courage. Take the leap. Don’t look back. And then walk it—faith, grace, grit—so others can see what’s possibleAbout Shannon: Shannon Full became the president and CEO of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce in December 2020. Full has led chambers and economic development organizations for over 25 years across four states.Full was previously the president and CEO of the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce in Plymouth, Minnesota, as well as the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce & Regional Partnership in Appleton, Wisconsin, Cedar Rapids Regional Chamber in Cedar Rapids, IA, and Melbourne Regional Chamber in Melbourne, FL.Full is an experienced relationship and community leader with a proven track record of developing solution-based strategies, building coalitions and bringing ideas to action through implementation. She has had significant success in launching and sustaining public-private partnerships. Examples of these include the Flood Recovery Coalition for Cedar Rapids following their devastating flood in 2008, and a multi-county, multi-city, multi-business partnership called Elevate in the Minneapolis region to develop a systematic talent pipeline solution. She has specific experience and passion in system development and implementation specifically in talent and workforce development, public policy, small business services, and inclusive strategies.Full is a dynamic leader that believes chambers should serve as a catalyst and active listener to identify major regional issues, co-create solutions with key leadership, and collaboratively bring those ideas to fruition. She has also been extremely successful sharing best practices with colleagues throughout the country. She is highly involved in the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, serving over 5,000 chambers throughout the country, as she sits on the board and serves on numerous committees. She also serves on the US Chamber Committee of 100, helping to shape national public policy, as well as serving on numerous statewide and local non-profit and community organizations. She is originally from northern Wisconsin, and currently lives in West Fargo, North Dakota, with her husband and two children.Connect with Shannon: www.fmwfchamber.com

Growing Small Towns, Growing Big Souls with Rebecca Undem

Learn more here: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page Growing Small Towns, Growing Big Souls with Rebecca UndemI reconnected with Rebecca Undem after more than a decade, and it was immediately clear we were finally ready for this conversation. I invited her in because when I think about true community leadership—women who hold moral courage, love for humanity, and a deep respect for curiosity—Rebecca is it. We went straight into the real stuff: how self-honesty becomes the doorway to self-trust, why “safe space” has to start inside our own bodies, and how answering a calling isn’t glamorous—it’s gut-level obedience to God/source, followed by work. Rebecca shared the last five years of her evolution, including the lonely parts, the therapy, and the pattern-breaking that’s reshaped her leadership and motherhood. We dismantled the myth that you need certainty before you move. You don’t. You root yourself (sure-footed), take the next step, and let confidence be built after the leap. We talked marriages riding the shockwaves of a woman’s awakening, the sacred slog of middle seasons, and the radical freedom of soul-to-soul friendships with nothing in between. Rebecca’s “lighthouse” moments came through people and places (including her nonprofit, Growing Small Towns), revealing her conditioning—and her capacity. Her whisper to every woman leading something big and feeling unseen: you can trust yourself. Turn down the noise, listen for God’s voice, and remember—you’ve already walked through hard things. You’ll walk through this, too.About Rebecca: Rebecca Undem has always been passionate about two things: people and talking to people. As an inspirational speaker, community advocate, and host of the podcast The Growing Small Towns Show, she’s put her gift of gab to good use.As Founder and Executive Director of Growing Small Towns, a regional non-profit organization,Rebecca helps the communities in southeast North Dakota be places people love to call home through programs that grow their human, social, and cultural capital. Not one to let people down, Rebecca still lives up to her childhood label of drama queen. She binges on Netflix shows, coffee, and anything that makes her feel verklempt—her self-declared favorite feeling. From Rock Bottom to Godspeed
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page In this episode, I reflect on the moments in life when pushing, forcing, and trying too hard only led me to burnout, frustration, or even rock bottom. From being a little girl on the playground desperate to fit in, to chasing success in ways that felt suffocating, I’ve learned that true breakthroughs come when I finally let go. Rock bottom isn’t always devastation—it’s often just the moment my soul whispers, “Not like this anymore.” And when I listen, everything shifts.I share what it looks like when we stop striving for validation, stop chasing formulas for success, and start centering life around who we really are. Whether in love, business, or personal growth, the real magnetism doesn’t come from hustling harder—it comes from remembering ourselves, aligning with our highest truth, and daring to follow the call that makes no logical sense but refuses to leave us alone. From surrender comes speed—Godspeed. When we release the rules, the templates, and the opinions of those who’ve never walked our path, we tap into a flow that can’t be manufactured. This is about learning to trust the God-zone nudges, to say yes before fear convinces us otherwise, and to finally embody the truth that we’ve always mattered.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. The Shared Marriage Mission
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page In this episode, I open up about what has carried Craig and me through the most brilliant and the most challenging years of our marriage: a shared mission. Through all the ups, downs, and pivots, the thread that has kept us connected has been walking side by side with purpose. For us, that mission has often been business—impacting lives beyond our home—but the real key is how those conversations shape our daily connection. It’s not just about what went wrong in the day, but about sharing the miracles, the breakthroughs, and the magic we see when we’re doing work that matters.I reflect on how much has shifted over the past five years—sobriety, spiritual growth, raising kids into adulthood, and finding joy in the next chapter of our life together. These shifts deepened our marriage and reminded us that mission isn’t only about business. It’s about family, about creating a legacy, about being willing to ask the hard questions: Are you happy? What would make this better? How can we keep growing together? When we choose alignment and truth, we create a mission strong enough to withstand any storm.Your shared mission may look different: raising kids, traveling the world, leading in your community, or simply choosing to live in truth together. Whatever it is, it matters. Because when you bring your mission into your marriage and then extend it into your family, the ripple effect becomes unshakable. This episode is an invitation to evaluate your own life, your relationships, and the mission you’re building—one that isn’t just about survival or routine, but about creating a legacy you’re proud of.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Remember Life: A Mantra You May Love, Too
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page In this episode, I reflect on celebrating 20 years of Healing Touch Chiropractic and the mantra that continues to guide me: “You wonder how to do it until you wonder how you did it.” Looking back has shown me how much growth happens when we pause to remember—not just with our eyes, but with our hearts and bodies. Life is meant to be felt, and when we take even a few intentional moments to reflect, we see the beauty, lessons, and gratitude woven through every season—whether people were in our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.I share how self-trust is the foundation of everything—confidence, love, forgiveness, truth—and how it doesn’t come before the leap, but after we’ve walked through fear with shaky legs. Confidence is built in action, not before it. This episode is an invitation to remember more, to soften your heart, and to celebrate where you’ve come from and the tribe that walks with you. Because in the end, the point of life isn’t just to live it—it’s to remember it.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Can Sobriety Be Your Superpower?
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —----------------------------------- Can Sobriety Be Your Superpower?I haven’t talked publicly about sobriety in a long time—but it’s time. Because let’s be honest: alcohol is everywhere, and it’s quietly fracturing marriages, identities, families, and futures. In this episode, I open up about my own journey—from that first middle school sip to the decades of numbing, entertaining, performing, and fitting in … to finally choosing to get radically honest and walk away. This isn’t a conversation about a streak or a label. It’s about integrity. It’s about honoring the version of you who is done abandoning herself to fit into rooms you’ve outgrown. I share what changed in my life, marriage, motherhood, business, and purpose once I stopped altering who I was. The shift in energy, clarity, confidence, sleep, connection—it changed everything. If you’ve ever questioned your relationship with alcohol—or if you're just starting to see the signs—this episode might be the permission slip you didn’t know you needed. You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And yes, sobriety can be your superpower.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. The One Pathway To It All...HAPPINESS
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-----------------------------------The One Pathway To It All...HAPPINESSIn this episode, I crack open the conversation on happiness—what it is, what it isn’t, and why so many of us are still chasing it like it’s outside of us. Spoiler alert: it’s not. I used to think happiness came from things lining up just right—your relationship, your money, your health, your calendar. But that’s the lie we’ve all been sold. True happiness isn’t about what's going right—it’s about being okay no matter what.I share how my own journey shifted the moment I chose sobriety—not just from alcohol, but from anything that distorted my truth. That choice elevated my entire reality. I talk about the difference between contentment and complacency, how I navigate the chaos without losing my center, and why I believe suffering is optional. You'll hear reflections from a fire-side chat with Craig, where we asked each other: “What would make you happier?” And the answers might surprise you. This is an invitation to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start choosing happiness now—not because everything is perfect, but because you are.So… what’s your number? One to ten—how happy are you?Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. Empty Nesting is Your Freedom Flight
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page —-----------------------------------Empty Nesting is Your Freedom FlightYou know how they say “you only have 18 summers” or “12 more years until they’re gone”? I’ve never bought into that fear-based parenting timeline. Because the truth? Empty nesting isn’t the end—it’s the beginning. At 44, Craig and I became empty nesters after becoming parents at 21. We didn’t wait until life was figured out to have kids—we grew up with them. And what we’ve discovered on the other side is that this season? It’s the freedom flight. It’s not the part where you fade away, slow down, or lose your identity. It’s the part where you wake up and go big.In this episode, I share what it really looks like to go from full-throttle parenting to full-soul living. From watching your kids reach for their dreams to you reaching for yours. From supporting them in the stands to standing side-by-side as adults. I talk about what changes, what expands, and why this is the moment to finally say yes to the ideas that have been tugging at your heart for years. This is about honoring the legacy you’ve already built—and unleashing the next chapter that’s been waiting for you all along. No more fixed mindsets. No more fixed income. Parenting...It's Loaded!
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page -----------------------------------Parenting...It's Loaded! In this episode, I open up about one of the most emotionally charged, layered, and revealing roles we’ll ever carry—parenting. With our kids now 24 and 21 and nearly 25 years of marriage under our belt, I reflect on the choices, habits, and standards that shaped our family and how they continue to ripple out. This isn’t a curated parenting manual. It’s a transmission. Raw, real, and likely to hit home.I talk about the trap of modern survival mode—how we give the best of ourselves to the world and come home empty. I challenge the norm of digital babysitters and confront the cost of letting convenience override responsibility. Spoiler alert: the addiction to screens? It starts with us. And so does the healing. You’ll hear me unpack what it means to raise competent children, not just happy ones. From toddlers on iPads to teens without curfews, I share the principles, agreements, and boundaries that helped us raise grounded, responsible kids in a world that often rewards distraction and disconnection. If you’re dreading the teenage years, I invite you to start the work now—because the teen years are built at the dinner table, in your tone of voice, and in your willingness to let them fall without rushing in to rescue. This episode is a call to lead. To grow up ourselves. To take radical responsibility for the energy we bring home. Because your kids don’t need perfect parents. They need safe ones. Present ones. Honest ones.Parenting… it’s loaded. The 9 NOT To Do Things As a Parent
Grab your seat for Stay True Live – Oct 28–29 | 2 days that will rearrange your life: https://staytruemovement.com/live-event-2025-page ------------------------------------The 9 NOT To Do Things As a ParentThis is one of the most raw and real parenting episodes I’ve ever shared. After two decades of raising kids, building businesses with them by our side, and working with hundreds of families and leaders—I’ve seen what works… and what really doesn’t.This episode isn’t a list of trendy parenting tips. It’s a soul-level look at what I’ve learned from experience, observation, and mistakes. These are the 9 things I believe we need to STOP doing if we want to raise strong, confident, emotionally intelligent, independent, and respectful kids who thrive in the real world:Stop Overprotecting – Parenting from our wounds just recreates more wounds.Stop Dismissing Their Feelings – Validate, talk through, and move with emotion.Stop Reaching for Quick Fixes – Teach awareness before medication or numbing.Stop Taking Away Responsibility – Chores, routines, and consequences build confidence.Stop Letting Them Run Feral – Freedom without boundaries leads to chaos, not growth.Stop Giving Unrealistic Praise – Intrinsic motivation matters more than constant clapping.Stop Hypertracking Their Lives – Trust is built, not enforced with fear and GPS apps.Stop Rescuing Them from Mistakes – Let them fail, fall, and learn to get back up.Stop Parenting from Your Past – Awareness of your patterns is the first step to healing generational wounds. This episode might challenge you. It might trigger you. But I promise, it’s all in service of breaking cycles, building trust, and doing the greatest legacy work we’ll ever do: raising humans who believe in themselves.Let’s do this better. Together.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. My Take on Early Testing
Ready for more depth plus accountability? Learn more about the Masterpiece Mastermind here: https://drtiffanyjohnson.com/masterpiece-mastermind/My Take on Early TestingI’ve been thinking a lot about how much early testing and preventative healthcare has become the norm—and I’m questioning it. The second you hit a certain age—30, 40, 50—they start pushing bloodwork, labs, scans, thermography, mammograms, prostate checks... the whole lineup. But what’s the outcome, really? Often, it drops us into a funnel of fear. One suspicious lab value and suddenly your entire life revolves around what could go wrong.I’m not here to tell you what’s right or wrong, but I am inviting you to pause and ask: What is the actual purpose of early diagnosis if there’s no guarantee it would’ve become a problem in the first place? And worse—what if knowing early only creates more fear, more doubt, and more stress in the body? The truth is, I don’t choose to live that way. I don’t do regular pap smears, mammograms, or blood tests “just in case.” Neither does my family. That doesn’t mean we don’t care about health—it means we don’t live by fear-based systems that keep us focused on what might break instead of what’s brilliant. If something arises, of course I’ll pay attention. But I won’t let the “just to make sure” mentality hijack my life and energy. Because when you’re constantly preparing for the worst, your body contracts. Your choices get smaller. Your focus gets hijacked. And your soul? Suffocated.Instead, I choose to live louder. Braver. More in trust with my body. And yes, that may piss some people off. But if it brings even one woman back to her own knowing—that her body is not broken, that she doesn’t have to live in fear—then it’s worth it.This is The Aligned Life. Not the obedient life. Not the terrified life. The bold one. The free one. The one where we walk with fear, but we don’t let it lead.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. The ROOM Where You Belong
Ready for more depth plus accountability? Learn more about the Masterpiece Mastermind here: https://drtiffanyjohnson.com/masterpiece-mastermind/—------------------------This one’s about identity, leadership, and the truth most people won’t say out loud: Your room determines your rise.In this episode, I unpack what happens when you outgrow your current circle but stay anyway. When you keep shrinking so they stay comfortable. When you know you're built for more—but keep playing small because you're afraid of what they might think.I’ve lived it. I’ve led in it. And I’ve finally chosen differently.I don’t walk into rooms hoping to be the biggest energy anymore—I walk into rooms that stretch me. That expand my capacity for impact, leadership, and wealth. Rooms where the conversations are different. The questions are different. The standards are higher. The growth is inevitable. This is your nudge (or maybe your shove):What room have you outgrown? What room have you curated so tightly you’ve become the ceiling? And are you willing to step into the room you actually belong in—even if it terrifies you?Because the truth is, you choose the room. And the room?It changes everything.Meet your host, Dr. Tiffany Johnson:Intuitive Chiropractor since 2005, Mom, Wife, multi-business owner and activator for helping others find alignment in their bodies, life and business. I Love Overwhelm
Most people run from overwhelm. I’ve learned to run toward it.In this episode, I’m unpacking why chaos, conflict, and exhaustion aren’t signs you’re failing—they’re proof you’re evolving. Overwhelm is what happens when you outgrow your old life and step into something bigger. It’s the fast-track to clarity, creativity, and courage—if you let it be.I’m talking about:Why I secretly loved failure and pressure (and what it taught me)How to stop micromanaging your life and start building it while flyingWhat to block instead of overwhelm if you’re serious about growthAnd why faith means acting before you have the answersThis episode is a mic drop for the woman who’s ready to stop waiting for things to calm down—and start rising in the middle of the storm.Let’s go there.Ready for more depth plus accountability? The Last Shot with 3 Seconds Left...Do You Take It?
I’ve always wanted the ball with 3 seconds left. Not for the spotlight. Not to prove anything. But because I know who I am when everything’s on the line.Give me the pressure. Give me the risk. I’ll take the shot, miss or make. Because I’ve trained for it. Not just on the court—but in life, in business, in motherhood, in love. Most people say they want to win, but they avoid the moment it actually requires them to step up. They dodge the ball. They point fingers. They wait for someone else to take the fall. But I want it. I choose it. Every damn time. This episode is about what it means to double down on your genius—not fix your flaws. About building real confidence by doing the thing a thousand times. And about the edge, the hunger, the holy fire it takes to show up when it counts. If you’re scared to fail, scared to shine, scared to take the shot and have everyone watch—this one’s for you.Because playing safe might protect you from heartbreak, but it also kills your greatness. And I didn’t come here to watch.I came here to win.Ready for more depth plus accountability? The Greatest Path to Being You
Let me say it straight: If you're still waiting for someone to clap before you start, you're going to wait forever. This episode? And it’s keeping us small.I share the real story behind the hardest thing I’ve ever done (spoiler: it wasn’t motherhood, business, or marriage), the moment I almost walked off the path, and the reminder I gave myself in a porta-potty that saved the whole damn race. This is your wake-up call to stop waiting for applause and start building because it burns in you.The truth? You're Building a Personal Brand...Ready to Take Off?
You're Building a Personal Brand...Ready to Take Off?I didn’t know I was building a personal brand 20 years ago—I was just telling the truth. At first, it looked like Dr. Tiff: chiropractor, business owner, mom. But underneath it all? I was building a life that matched my values, not someone else’s ladder. I didn’t check boxes—I set fire to them.In this episode, I’m calling out the old narrative: the gold medal for staying committed, even when it’s no longer aligned. The pressure to “finish what you started,” even if it’s sucking the life out of you. Maybe you’re not miserable, but you know this isn’t your end game. So why are you still pretending it fits?We talk about what it really means to be a personal brand—not the highlight reel, not the curated profile—but who you are when nobody’s watching. At home. At work. At the lake. In the boardroom. In your car, screaming or praying or both.Whether you’re pivoting careers or bringing more of your truth online, this is your permission slip to get seen, get heard, and get real.Because your brand isn’t your title—it’s your truth. And it’s time to take off.Ready for more depth plus accountability?
