Medicating Parkinson's With Fitness - David
David is the activities coordinator at Parkinson's UK, Windsor & Maidenhead branch. He's also, at 70 years old, the most active person I have ever met. By this I mean that he does 2 or even 3 exercise classes per day! At first glance, this feels excessive, but speaking to him, I came to understand his motivations and just how powerful exercise has been in managing his condition.

From Overweight to Bodybuilding at 50 - Chris Zaremba
Chris sits with me at the Marlow FM studio where he does his fitness show on a Tuesday Morning. He tells me his fitness story which I was shocked to learn doesn't start until age 50. Until then, he was overweight and inactive, eventually joining the gym after a reality check from a doctor. Gradually venturing from the treadmill and into the weights room, Chris caught the bug! This is where things took a new direction, eventually leading him to the stage of competitive bodybuilding. A fascinating conversation with an inspirational man.
