Goal Cultivation
We've got goals all wrong. We CAN set big goals that seem almost impossible. In fact, I would encourage it. Don't limit yourself because you aren't willing to set big goals. And, it is so important to understand the WHY of our goals. You miss a lot of growth and opportunities if you don't have a strong WHY behind it. One more thing.
