sober w/ Afeziwe Shwayimba
join me in a sit down and candid conversation with my bestie and sister in Christ, Afeziwe Shwayimba. This is a woman who's gifte to love and to rebuke are so deeply soaked and tangible yet balance. this was a tough conversation to navigate but thank God we did and it brought up a lot of topics including mental health, GBV, sexual, alcohol and drug addictions, along with an introduction to convictions, the unforgivable sin, Christian liberties as well as [TW] rape. because of how dense this episode is, i would suggest you listen to scan through and wisely decide whether your kid is ready or safe to listen into this conversation - i do believe it is incredibly important and helpful for young people (teenagers+) to listen in either way. i hope you all enjoy. join me over on instagram! ig: //www.instagram.com/truetoyou.podcast/ follow Afeziwe on her journey: https://www.instagram.com/feziweii/?next=%2F Shalom 🦋 T

good morning, this is the day the LORD has made. i sincerely pray that you and i will rejoice and be glad in it. please do excuse my voice and speaking throughout this episode. i have been having a tough time lately and even though i am getting better, my voice and demeanor are still going through it. in today's episode we continue the conversation on finding healing for our father wounds in God and that the Truth of Jesus has a greater impact than that of fatherlessness. We touch on recognizing our identity as children of God and living in that identity, the importance of faith and rest in living in accordance with God's guidance for our lives, as well as learning to honor our father and mother while finding safety in God's love for us and the fact that He has taken responsibility for us. i can't wait to hear from you in the q&a section of this episode and i pray you have a great week! join me over on instagram! ig: //www.instagram.com/truetoyou.podcast/ Shalom 🦋 T

im sorry that this weeks episode is coming to you a day late, i had so many things go unplanned yesterday with work and uni. i hope you are doing well and will enjoy this episode on God's nature as our Father. in this episode i sit and discuss with you the background to our need for a father, the need for a recognition and healing of our father wounds as well as what we need to be people, and especially men, who are healed fathers. this is a message that God laid on my heart so heavily and despite not being a man, i had to speak to and encourage men for a bit of this episode. this is a two part discussion and you can expect part 2 to be available next week thursday. i hope you run to God and sit at His feet while allowing Him to love you and to heal every part of your heart. join me over on instagram! ig: //www.instagram.com/truetoyou.podcast/ Shalom 🦋 T

finding content in it w/ Samuel Kalombo
join me along with my first guest, Samuel Kalombo as we discuss the topic of balancing our calling with our need and desire for the simple yet powerful presence of the Holy Spirit. having decided to sit and record outside in nature, this episode has a few disturbances in the audio as there are all types of living creatures that make themselves known, i hope that this enhances your experience rather than ruining it - please let me know what you think of this format. today we touch on issues related to obedience, the role of the Church in a christians life as well as the different ways that a revelation of God's love sets us free. join me over on instagram! ig: //www.instagram.com/truetoyou.podcast/ follow Samuel on his journey: https://www.instagram.com/billy_films_/ Shalom 🦋 T
