We cherish the grace that we receive from Jesus, but often it is difficult to live that grace out in and through our lives in the "real world."  In this episode, we are joined by pastor Jason Teal to discuss the amazing grace we receive and are also called to extend to others.

In this episode, we explore why honoring our commitments is a powerful expression of faith. We should be challenged to see every commitment—big or small—as an opportunity to reflect God’s character in our own lives. We will also look at some of the challenges young adults face today that make consistency difficult, offering some practical steps to face conflict with grace and integrity. As Christians we are the recipients of a great and generous gift purchased at the greatest cost. Jesus paid for our eternal life in the currency of sacrifice and with the price of His blood. Our own generosity is a part of our response to this gift. In fact it is a form of worship. Generosity doesn't come from the capability to give from a large bank account but from a heart that is rooted in the Gospel. Join in with us as we talk about the joy of living a life of generosity.

Grief can be a challenge for all believers. Most agree that God works within these storms, but it is tough to trust in that when the clouds actually surround us. There are also times we can best honor God and maintain the quality of our commitments by saying no to people and good things. Serving. It is something in the church we are often asked to do and many times we feel obligated to do. What should the Christian’s response be to serving and ministry, especially when life can demand so much time and energy. In this episode we discuss the importance and the joy of putting a Yes on the table for God who first gave us a Yes in Christ Jesus. 

Getting hurt stinks. It is definitely tough when we experience hurt that comes from within the church. The key to getting through this is identifying the hurt, its source, and dealing with it in a way that provides healing and forgiveness. Navigating hurt the right way will bring glory to our Savior as we remain faithful to his church while also extending grace to others.

Culture is what we create it to be based on a set of values and beliefs. As followers of Christ, we don’t want to adjust to the climate of the world but set the tone for Jesus’ Kingdom on earth. In this episode we talk about why culture matters in both our ministries and personal lives.

Life is fast. We have demands and obligations. Before we know it, we are running out of fuel in our tank. We all know the feeling of reaching what feels like the end of ourselves. In this episode we will talk about how to stay faithful and have the resolve to keep moving forward with Jesus when we feel like we don’t have anything left.
