It’s a vulnerable share of symptoms, frustrations and reflections. From autoimmune to chronic migraine and a bunch of ailments in between. Bobbie and ZP explore building confidence in having a safe space, building confidence in your abilities at work whilst also recognising the need for support. It wouldn’t be a well quite episode without some ridiculousness though and this week we hear about Bobbie hiding contraband in her house… yes really!

    Well Quite are back for Season Two, and we promise not to disappoint. This season, we focus on a number of meaty topics, with our first episode exploring post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We’re joined by the remarkable Becca Harvey, aka Harvs, who shares how being given a leap of faith by world-famous artist Banksy, completing the extreme ice mile water challenge (more people have been to space than have completed one), and building a community of support has helped her navigate her complex PTSD diagnosis and learn how to go from surviving to thriving again.
