Not Every Mother’s Day Looks the Same
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. Today’s episode is a gentle reminder that not every Mother’s Day looks the same—and it doesn’t have to. Some moments are beautiful and joyful, some are messy and exhausting, and some are quiet reflections on how quickly life changes. Whether you’re in the thick of raising little ones, learning to let go as they grow, or simply reflecting on the journey of motherhood itself, this episode is about honoring the real moments—the tiny memories, the lessons, the love, and the whispers calling you back to yourself along the way. So grab your tea or coffee, settle in, and let’s talk about motherhood, memories, and making space to hear your own whispers too.

Can’t Hear Your Intuition? Try This First
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. Today, we’re leaning into something simple… but powerful—hearing your whispers more clearly by decluttering your life. Because here’s the truth: the whispers are always there. They’re constantly guiding you—nudging you to turn left, try something new, make the call, let something go. But most of the time? We can’t hear them. Not because they’re quiet… but because our lives are loud. Our minds are full. Our homes are full. Our to-do lists? Overflowing. And it’s not just the obvious things—it’s the little ones too. The phone call you’ve been putting off for months. The drawer you keep avoiding. The decision you haven’t made. All of that? It’s taking up space. So in today’s episode, we’re talking about what happens when you start clearing it—when you begin letting go, one small thing at a time… and how that creates room for something bigger: clarity, direction, and those whispers you’ve been trying to hear. This isn’t about doing everything at once. It’s about starting with one thing… and seeing what opens up. Because when you clear the clutter… you make space for your life to actually speak to you. The Moment You Stop Ignoring Yourself with Rachel Karpf
Welcome back Whisper Seekers, This episode goes deeper. It’s a conversation that invites you to see yourself differently. I sit down with Rachel Karpf to talk about what it means to trust your inner voice—not just when it feels easy, but when it asks you to grow, shift, and step into something unfamiliar. We explore the moments where you feel pulled toward something more, yet hesitate. The doubt. The questioning. The comfort of staying where you are. And the truth is, most of us already know what we want. The challenge is trusting ourselves enough to follow it. We also get into releasing the need for everything to make sense before taking action—and choosing aligned steps, even in uncertainty. As you listen, notice what stands out. What feels familiar. What nudges you. Those nudges are your whispers. They’re guiding you somewhere. Let’s get into it. A Stadium full of Whispers
Welcome back Whisper Seekers, I want to give you a quick reminder today… We have to listen to our whispers. And I don’t mean all of them at once. Because if you really think about it— What if every whisper inside you tried to speak at the same time? It would feel like being in a packed stadium… every single person yelling for your attention. Of course you’d shut down. Of course you’d go back to what’s comfortable. And that’s how we end up in loops. Not because we don’t have the answers… but because we’re trying to hear everything all at once. So what if instead… you let just one whisper raise its hand? You listen to it. You take one small action. And then you let it go. And then you move to the next. That’s how change actually happens. In today’s episode, we’re talking about getting out of those loops… Looking “under the hood” of your life… And having the courage to see what’s really going on— whether it’s your habits, your patterns, your spending, your health… or your thoughts. Because nothing changes… until you’re willing to look. Optional Closing Line for Intro And maybe today… your only job is this: Do one small thing that feels just a little uncomfortable. That’s your whisper. Whispers Come in All Sizes
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. And you know… I say that a lot—Whisper Seekers—but I was really thinking about it today… What does that actually mean? To me… a Whisper Seeker is someone who’s willing to tune in. Someone who slows down enough to hear those tiny nudges… those quiet thoughts… those little ideas that don’t shout at you—but gently guide you. Because whispers come in all forms… Sometimes they’re small—just one tiny step. And sometimes they’re deep… so deep you don’t even hear them until you give yourself the space to. And that’s where the magic is. It’s in the quiet moments… when you’re journaling… when you’re on a walk… when you turn everything off and just let yourself be. Because when we’re constantly in our heads… constantly consuming… constantly doing… we miss it. We miss the whisper. And the truth is… the whisper is always there. It’s just waiting for you to listen. So today’s episode is really about that— about tuning in, getting quiet, and learning how to hear what’s already trying to come through for you. Because your next step? It’s not far away. Do Something on your Own
Welcome back Whisper Seeker, I’m really glad you’re here today. This episode is a gentle invitation… to do one thing on your own. Not waiting for someone to say yes. Not needing someone to go with you. Not putting the moment on hold until it fits someone else’s schedule. But listening… to that quiet whisper inside of you. The one that says… ‘Try that new coffee shop.’ ‘Go to that show.’ ‘Take that little trip.’ And instead of overthinking it… or talking yourself out of it…you take one small step. Because to hear a whisper… is to take action. Not big, overwhelming action. Not having the whole plan figured out. Just one small step. One choice. One moment of saying… yes, I’m going, I’m doing it. And what I’ve learned… is that when you start doing that—when you start honoring those small whispers—things begin to unfold. You build trust with yourself. You create space for new experiences. You realize, you don’t need permission to live your life. So today, we’re talking about what it looks like to start doing things on your own…to follow that nudge… and to let your life open up, one whisper at a time. So wherever you are… take a breath… and let’s listen in.” What’s that Whisper Shop https://www.whatsthatwhisper.com/ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/whatsthatwhisper?igsh=czZ3ZTdiYmVrZ2Vm&utm_source=qr

Creative Whispers, Unexpected Paths, and Trusting the Timing
Today, I’m sitting down with Betsy McHaley-writer, editor, creative soul—and someone who truly embodies what it means to follow your whispers… even when they don’t make sense at the time. We talk about everything from cringey childhood poetry (which I love), to building an entire creative career from what felt like random opportunities… to those moments where life just aligns in ways you can’t explain. There’s something really powerful in this conversation about trusting the path as it unfolds… not forcing it… and allowing creativity to come through you instead of trying to control it. We also get into human design, being projectors, honoring your energy, and what it looks like to choose a life that actually fits you. And honestly… there are a few moments in this episode that just feel like… wow, the universe is always listening. So wherever you are—driving, walking, or just taking a moment for yourself—settle in. Because this one feels like a conversation your soul might’ve been waiting for.” Betsy McHaley is a writer, editor, event planner and, most recently, a workshop leader. Her goal is to entertain, enlighten, and make people feel seen. She can often be found walking on the shoreline of her small, Connecticut town, stopping every few minutes to make a new dog-friend. She shares her home with a husband, teenage daughter, three rescue dogs, a cat, a parakeet, and a magic chicken. The Moments You’re Living Are the Memories
Welcome back Whisper Seekers, Today’s episode is a little bit of a life update… but also a gentle reminder. We’re talking about road trips, memories, music that takes you back, and those quiet moments that end up meaning everything. As I’m getting ready for a couple trips with my family—one to California and another to Utah—I’ve been thinking a lot about time… how fast it moves, and how easy it is to rush through it, always looking ahead to the next thing. But what if the thing we’ve been asking for… is already happening? What if the whispers we’re trying so hard to force… are already unfolding, just quietly? Today, I want to talk about not turning those whispers into shouts… not rushing the timeline… and remembering to actually be in the moments that one day become the memories we hold onto. So whether you’re driving, walking, or just taking a moment for yourself… let’s slow down together and listen in. Because your whispers are still there… softly guiding you.” https://www.facebook.com/whatsthatwhisper/ <top> https://www.whatsthatwhisper.com/ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/whatsthatwhisper?igsh=czZ3ZTdiYmVrZ2Vm&utm_source=qr

Busy Moms, Big Dreams: Manifesting in the Middle of Real Life
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. Today’s conversation is a really fun one because we’re talking about something that feels a little magical… but is actually happening in our lives all the time. We’re diving into manifestation, miracles, and getting clear on what we truly want. In this episode, I’m joined by Shabana from the Organized Chaos Stories podcast, and together we talk about what manifestation really looks like in real life — not the “wish on a star and wait for it to appear” version, but the kind that happens in the middle of busy schedules, raising kids, running businesses, and trying to find a little clarity in the chaos. We share stories about how we’ve manifested relationships, homes, opportunities, and even unexpected career moments… sometimes just by getting quiet enough to hear those inner whispers. We also talk about how decluttering your mind and your space can actually create room for the things you want to bring into your life. Because sometimes manifestation isn’t about doing more… it’s about letting go, getting clear, and following what feels aligned. So if you’ve ever wondered how to manifest your dreams, how to trust your intuition, or how to create something new even in the middle of organized chaos — this conversation is for you. The Masks We Wear (And the Tiny Shifts That Set Us Free)
Welcome back Whisper Seekers, Today we’re talking about something we all do, often without even realizing it… the roles we play and the masks we wear. You know how life can start to feel like the same day over and over again? You wake up, wear the same types of clothes, drive the same route, do the same routines… and somewhere along the way it can feel like you’re just playing the same character every day. But here’s the interesting part… what if that character isn’t really who you are? What if it’s just who you’ve gotten used to being? In this episode, we’re exploring how easy it is to get stuck believing things like “this is just who I am” or “I’ve always been this way.” But the truth is… we’re constantly evolving. Sometimes the shift starts with something simple— a new outfit, a walk around the block, speaking up when you normally stay quiet, or finally letting go of a belief that never really belonged to you. These little changes—these micro shifts—can start to peel back the masks we’ve been wearing for years. And when we slow down long enough to listen… we might just hear our whispers reminding us that we’re allowed to change, grow, and become someone new. So today, let’s talk about the roles we play, the identities we hold onto, and how small shifts can bring us back to who we truly are. Breathe intoYour Body, Breathe into Your Whispers,
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. I am so excited about today’s conversation because we are diving into something that has become such a powerful tool for coming back to ourselves — breathwork. Today I’m sitting down with my dear friend, Rebecca Schlosser. I’ve been watching her journey unfold online, we’ve connected through social media, and every time we talk, I walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded. And I knew I had to bring her here to share her wisdom with you. Rebecca’s path is one I think so many of us will resonate with. A few years ago, after years in a traditional nine-to-five career, she began listening to the whispers that were asking her to slow down… to grieve… to explore… to step into something new. What started as podcasting and curiosity eventually led her back to something that had been in her life since childhood — breathwork. In this episode, we talk about: What it really feels like to leave a “stable” job and trust yourself How grief and burnout can quietly live in the body Why breath is both a thermometer and a thermostat for your nervous system How just a few minutes of intentional breathing can completely shift your day And how manifestation isn’t just mindset — it’s a felt experience in the body Rebecca shares how breathwork helped her release stored grief, regulate her nervous system, and build a life that feels aligned instead of forced. And we even pause during this episode to guide you through a short breathing practice — so you can feel it for yourself. If you’ve ever felt stuck… If you’ve ever wondered what your next whisper is… If you’ve ever felt like you needed permission to slow down… This conversation is for you. So take a deep breath with us. And let’s dive in Rebecca Schlosser Is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, trained yoga teacher, and — at her core — a free-spirited mid-lifer who walked away from the traditional 9–5 to figure out what it really means to live with purpose. On her own path of personal development, she's learned how powerful it is to embrace all the parts of ourselves — especially the ones we were taught to hide. Through breathwork and somatic practices, I guide myself and my clients back into the truest, most wild and unfiltered versions of ourselves. The whispers are always there - and the more safe and regulated I feel in my body, the more I'm able to listen and take action. 11 years ago that meant following the calling for a long-term backpacking trip across the Americas. 9 years ago it meant settling in New Mexico, to spend my father's last good years with him. In 2026, she's meant listen to the voice that said you don't need more certificates, you need the support and guidance of an amazing life coach. Through my breathwork and daily nervous system regulation practices, I've not only revived a sense of self love and empowerment, but I've seen a beautiful uptick in the honesty, peace and emotional intimacy with my life partner. Every relationship in our life is a mirror of how connected we are inside, how much we're willing to hold and embrace all parts of us. When a “Good Job” Isn’t Good for Your Mental Health
Today’s episode is one of those conversations that stays with you long after it ends. I’m sitting down with someone new to me — and already someone I deeply admire — Christine Marcario. Christine spent nearly two decades as a middle school English teacher, pouring her heart, energy, and nervous system into her students while also raising three kids of her own. And like so many women, she reached a moment where she realized: the life she built no longer fit the person she was becoming. In this conversation, Christine shares what it really looks like to leave a career that was safe, respected, and familiar — even when it came with good pay and benefits — because her body, her mental health, and her spirit were asking for something different. We talk about burnout, boredom, emotional labor, and the invisible weight so many teachers and caregivers carry. We talk about what happens when you’re good at something — maybe even great at it — but your heart is no longer there. And we talk about listening to those quiet whispers that say, there has to be another way. This episode is for anyone who’s been living on autopilot… Anyone who’s afraid to leave what’s comfortable… And anyone who’s learning that choosing yourself isn’t selfish — it’s necessary. Feeling Stuck? Why You’re Not Stuck — You’re Grounded
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers, to another mini episode of What’s That Whisper. Today, I want to invite you into a small but powerful shift — one that can change how your body feels, how your mind responds, and how you move through uncertainty. What if the word stuck isn’t actually true? What if stuck could become planted? What if scared could gently turn into excited? Our words matter — not just emotionally, but physically. The nervous system listens to the language we use. When we tell ourselves we’re stuck, the body tightens. When we say we’re planted, the body settles. One creates urgency and fear. The other creates safety, possibility, and space to grow. In this episode, I’m sharing a reflection that came to me during a sound bowl session — a realization about trust, decision-making, and how following a single thought can lead us back to ourselves. It’s about slowing down, listening to where a whisper comes from, and learning to trust yourself one small choice at a time. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, frozen, or unsure of your next step, let this be a reminder: you don’t need to have it all figured out. You’re not behind. You’re not stuck. You might just be planted. Instagram https://www.instagram.com/whatsthatwhisper/ What's that Whisper Shop https://www.whatsthatwhisper.com/ Journal Prompts https://forms.gle/Z69qVq7nc5gkV5Ho9

Hearing Yourself Again
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. On today’s episode, I’m being interviewed by Chernice, and I wanted to share this conversation right here with you. Wow… what a journey it is to hear your own thoughts spoken out loud. To revisit your own journal. To really see where you were — and where you are now. This episode is an invitation to listen to your whispers. To notice what inspires you. That’s exactly why I created the What’s That Whisper product line — because sometimes we just need a gentle nudge. A quiet reminder that our whispers are calling to us, that we have inner strength, that we have power, and that we can change our destination. Alignment isn’t always perfect. I haven’t been fully in alignment these last couple of months — and that’s okay. I knew I would bounce back. And you know what helped? Listening to my whispers, one idea at a time. At one point, my ideas got so big that I couldn’t keep up with them… and I froze. This conversation is a reminder that slowing down, tuning in, and trusting the whisper is where clarity returns. Happiness is in your own hands. Do you hear that your whispers are calling? Making Space for Creativity and Expansion
On today’s episode of the What’s That Whisper podcast, I’m talking about clutter — not just in our kitchens, but in the back of our minds. The extra stuff we hold onto. The beliefs, the stories, the old conversations, and the emotional clutter that quietly takes up space. Because when our minds feel like an overstuffed junk drawer, it’s harder to create, to dream, to hear our whispers, and to invite new energy into our lives. In this episode, we explore what it looks like to gently clear space — in our homes, in our thoughts, and in our inner world — so we can feel lighter, more creative, more open, and more available for what’s next. This is about freeing ourselves, expanding our capacity, and creating room to receive more inspiration, more clarity, and more possibility. So take a breath, settle in, and let’s talk about clearing the clutter — and expanding the vessel that holds your dreams. Honoring legacy, purpose, and the courage to begin with Leslie Kane
On today’s episode of the What’s That Whisper podcast, I’m joined by Leslie Kane, the founder and creator of Why Not Today — a movement, mantra, and way of life rooted in courage, action, and community. Leslie shares the story behind how Why Not Today was born from a single moment — the kind of moment where you pause, listen to that inner nudge, and choose to act instead of waiting. What began as an idea during COVID evolved into a podcast, a growing community, and a mission to help entrepreneurs and business owners join stop overthinking and start taking courageous steps forward. In this conversation, we talk about: What a “Why Not Today” moment really is Turning ideas into action without waiting for perfect timing The power of asking, connection, and community Navigating the messy middle of entrepreneurship Creating systems that reduce overwhelm and support growth Honoring legacy, purpose, and the courage to begin This episode is a reminder that you don’t have to have everything figured out to get started — you just have to take the next small step. What are you releasing as you step into 2026?
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. As the new year approaches, there’s so much noise out there—new goals, new motivations, words of the year, fresh starts, all of it. And while some of that can be inspiring, sometimes life has a different plan. This episode comes from a slower place. A quieter place. After being sick, resting more than usual, and doing a whole lot of nothing, I found myself asking a different question—not what should I push myself to do next? but what actually feels good to pick back up? Today, we’re talking about listening to your energy, honoring rest, decluttering the mental to-do lists, and tuning into the whispers that guide you—especially the ones that don’t shout, don’t rush, and don’t demand immediate answers. The whispers that ask you to pause, reflect, and choose what truly matters before charging into another year. This is an episode about micro-steps, words of the year, letting go of pressure, and remembering that your dreams don’t disappear just because you slow down. Sometimes, they get clearer in the quiet. So wherever you are right now—resting, planning, questioning, or simply listening—this conversation is an invitation to turn down the noise and tune into what’s been whispering to you all along. Human Design for Beginners: Stop Forcing Yourself to Function Like Everyone Else
Welcome back Whisper Seekers Today I’m joined by Kelly Tibbetts, and this conversation is such a good one — especially if you’ve ever found yourself doing too much, pushing too hard, or saying yes to things that never quite felt right. Kelly shares her own story of pivoting into a job she didn’t even realize she was getting — and how that experience led her to discover the Enneagram and Human Design. Once she began understanding how she’s actually designed to function, everything started to shift. In this episode, we break down the five Human Design types — Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors — not as labels, but as innate energetic dynamics that influence how we start things, work, interact, set boundaries, and move through the world. We talk about: Why trying to function like everyone else leads to burnout How each Human Design type is wired to operate Where we naturally overextend or get stuck How awareness creates permission to do things differently Why understanding your design helps you declutter your life, energy, and expectations This conversation is about self-awareness, honoring differences, taking small steps, and learning through community. It’s about realizing: Oh… this is how I work. And when you understand that, you stop forcing yourself to fit someone else’s mold — and start leaning into your natural strengths. If you’ve ever felt like you’re not doing it “right,” this episode is a reminder that you’re not broken — you’re just designed differently. And that’s where your magic lives. Part Two: The Connection between Decluttering, Creativity and Whispers
“Hello, Whisper Seekers. Welcome back to the What’s That Whisper podcast. This is part two of our decluttering conversation, and today we’re going deeper — into the guilt, the pressure, the mental clutter, and the expectations we place on ourselves. In this episode, we talk about letting go without guilt… releasing the ‘shoulds’… and learning how to make space — not just in our homes, but in our minds, our schedules, and our hearts. We explore how clutter affects our nervous systems, our creativity, our relationships, and our ability to hear our inner whispers. We also share simple, realistic ways to bring more ease, fun, and clarity into our everyday lives — especially during busy seasons. So if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or stuck in the cycle of doing more instead of being more… this conversation is for you. Decluttering and the Holiday’s
’ve been thinking a lot about the holidays — the giving, the receiving, the decisions, the traditions, and all the thoughts we carry around this time of year. Today’s episode is a little slower, a little softer… a mini episode where I’m just sitting with you, reflecting on the season, on motherhood, routines, clutter, and the whispers we don’t always slow down enough to hear. We talk about how simple moments — a rainy day, a snack and some water, a messy living room, or scrolling through old photos — can bring us back into our bodies and into perspective. This conversation is about celebrating where you are, noticing where you’ve been, and gently releasing what no longer needs to come with you into the next season. So grab a warm drink, settle in, and let’s talk about holidays, reflection, and decluttering — not just our homes, but our minds, expectations, and to-do lists.” Journal Prompts https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1HPxqFzlbRymcFB8NZr3TefgJNuaOZkaJNMCvRqBFf-Y/preview What's that Whisper Shop https://www.whatsthatwhisper.com/ Podcast https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/whats-that-whisper-awakening-your-inner-voice-with/id1790019215 Instagram https://www.instagram.com/whatsthatwhisper/

Part 1: An Honest Conversation about Clearing the Clutter: In Mind, House and Heart
Hello, Whisper Seekers — welcome back to the What’s That Whisper podcast. In this episode, I’m joined by four powerful women for an open and deeply honest conversation about decluttering — not just our physical spaces, but our minds, emotions, and inner worlds. We explore how clutter shows up differently for each of us, how it impacts our mental health and energy, and why letting go can feel both freeing and emotional. From closets and garages to memories, habits, and expectations, this conversation goes far beyond organizing bins and cleaning drawers. You’ll hear different perspectives on: Where to start when you feel overwhelmed The emotional attachment we have to our things How clutter can block clarity, creativity, and peace Why decluttering is often a form of healing How community, compassion, and small steps make a big difference This is part one of a two-part series. In this episode, we focus on our personal experiences and what decluttering has taught us internally. In part two, we’ll dive deeper into practical ways to declutter even more — especially as we step into a new year and intentionally release what no longer serves us. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, this conversation is a reminder that clearing space — physically and emotionally — can help you hear your whispers more clearly. “Clear the Clutter, Hear the Whisper“
Welcome back, Whisper Seekers… and welcome back to the clutter conversations. Lately, I can’t stop thinking about clutter— the clutter in our homes, the clutter in our minds, and the clutter we didn’t even realize we were holding onto. This is the year of the snake, a season of shedding—and I’ve been feeling that deeply. Shedding old thoughts. Old patterns. Old weight. Old stories. The mental noise that tells us we don’t have time, that change is too hard, that we should just wait… and wait… and wait. Today’s episode is about listening to the whispers beneath all that noise. The quiet nudges. The subtle truths. The moments where you know exactly what needs to shift—but clutter tries to talk you out of it. This is not about perfection. This is about awareness. This is about making space. One thought, one drawer, one breath at a time. Let’s talk about what we’re really holding onto… and what we’re finally ready to release. Becoming the Vessel and Clearing the Clutter.
Today’s episode is one that’s been sitting on my heart for a while… because we’re talking about something deeper than decluttering your closet or organizing your space. We’re talking about decluttering your mind so you can actually hear your whispers and step into the future version of yourself that’s already waiting. You know that girl you dream about becoming? The one who’s bolder, clearer, softer, stronger—whatever version feels true for you? Well… she’s not some faraway idea. You’ve already become new versions of yourself over and over again. You’ve grown, stretched, learned, and outgrown so many old identities—sometimes without even realizing it. And today, we’re going to talk about the next evolution of you. The you who lets go of the clutter—physical and mental. The you who stops worrying about what people think. The you who chooses courage over comfort, one tiny step at a time. So settle in. Take a breath. Your future self has been whispering to you… and today, we’re going to turn up the volume. Decluttering, Dopamine, Mindset, and Letting Go
Welcome Back Whisper Seekers Today we’re diving into something I know so many of us feel but rarely talk about: those tiny dopamine hits that keep us going… and the bigger ones we’re actually longing for. Last week I shared my decluttering journey, and since then? I’ve sold four things from my house — hallelujah! And that little “yes!” moment reminded me how good it feels to clear space, inside and out. But it also showed me something deeper: those quick hits are great, but they’re not the whole story. They’re the spark… not the finish line. In this episode, we’re talking about why those small wins matter, why they don’t define the full journey, and how decluttering — your home, your thoughts, your old stories — makes room for the whispers you’ve been too crowded to hear. We’re also diving into how to find healthier dopamine hits, how to know what to let go of, how to choose what actually lights you up, and why letting go opens doors you didn’t even know were waiting. So whether you’re knee-deep in drawers, sorting through the garage, or trying to shift an old mindset that doesn’t fit anymore, this conversation is your reminder: every tiny step counts, every release opens space, and every whisper gets louder when you make room for it. Create Space for those Whispers
Today’s episode started in the most unexpected place: my car… during a lunchtime nap. I sat there trying to decide what to talk about this week, and before I knew it, I put on calming music, closed my eyes, and just drifted off. And honestly? That tiny pause reminded me of something important — there is always time to get quiet, if we let ourselves. So today, we’re talking about what we can do with the time we have. Not the “busy,” not the endless shoulds… but the small, intentional choices that help us feel clear, grounded, and capable again. We’re diving into decluttering — not just your home, but your mind, your conversations, and your energy. The baby steps, the drawers, the old hats, the clothes, the thoughts that repeat, the stuff that takes up space we didn’t even realize we were giving away. This episode is your reminder that you don’t need to overhaul your whole life to feel lighter. You just need one small space, one tiny drawer, one simple conversation, one moment of silence… and the courage to start. Let’s clear out what no longer fits, create room for what’s coming, and make space for the whispers waiting to guide us. Every Conversation is a Whisper
Welcome back Whisper Seekers, Today’s episode is all about conversations — the ones we have with others, the ones we avoid, and the ones we desperately need to have with ourselves. I had one of those soul-filling conversations today… the kind that lands exactly when you need it. And it reminded me how deeply we’re all connected — no matter our age, stage, or story. We all carry love, joy, pain, excitement, overwhelm… and half the time we’re not even letting ourselves feel it. So today, we’re diving into the magic of conversations: how they open us, heal us, stretch us, surprise us, and reconnect us to who we are. From the chats with strangers that make your day, to the five-minute heart talks with a friend, to the quiet journaling moments where you finally tell yourself the truth — all of it matters. This episode is your reminder to feel, to ask the deeper questions, to stop overthinking, to stay curious, and to tune into those inner whispers that are always trying to guide you. From the “I Should's” to “I get to”
Today we’re talking about the shoulds — those expectations that make us feel lazy, behind, or burned out before the day even starts. If you’ve been running yourself ragged, multitasking nonstop, or feeling guilty for not doing “all the things,” this one’s for you. In this episode, we’re slowing down. We’re giving ourselves permission to do something simple, something quiet, something that lets our mind breathe — whether that’s cutting photos, coloring, doing a puzzle, sipping a cup of coffee in silence, or finally allowing yourself one moment of peace. Because your whispers don’t show up when you’re rushing. They show up when you stop multitasking long enough to hear yourself again. Today, we’re shifting from I should to I get to. Tiny steps. Gentle choices. And hearing more whispers. What makes a Professional
Hey friend, welcome back. Today we’re talking about the word professional — and how many of us forget that we already are one. We’ve been giving that title to everyone but ourselves, even though our strengths show up every single day: in the way we organize, care for others, solve problems, raise our kids, or create order out of chaos. Being a professional isn’t about a business card — it’s about how you show up, how you think, and what you naturally do well. So in this episode, we’re shifting our perspective and claiming the gifts we’ve had all along. Let’s get into it. When Words Come Out Wrong
Welcome back Whisper Seekers, it’s just you and me today. And we’re talking about something we’ve all done… when the words come out wrong. When what we say lands in a way we never intended. When we realize—maybe a little too late—that we should’ve kept that thought to ourselves. This episode is about noticing those moments without beating ourselves up. It’s about growing into a new perspective… one where we let people live their own lives, make their own choices, and follow their own whispers—without our commentary unless they ask for it. Because the more we learn to pause, to listen, and to hold space instead of offering instant opinions, the more peaceful our relationships become. And honestly? The more peaceful we become too. Today, we’re shifting from reacting… to reflecting. From speaking too soon… to speaking with intention. From judging… to letting people be exactly who they are. Let’s listen in. Finding Joy and Living it with Galit Stam
Today I had the absolute joy of talking with Galit (pronounced “gah-leet”), an educator, healer, and twin mom whose story is as powerful as it is inspiring. Galit shared her journey of moving through years of pain after a life-changing back injury, and how she found her way to healing, joy, and a new way of helping others do the same. Her teacher’s heart shines through every part of our conversation, and I left our time together believing more deeply that we can all invite more into our lives, trust our whispers, and live with greater ease, joy, and fun. Journey to Heal with Kimberly Katherine
Today I’m so excited to share a conversation with Kimberly Katherine, Reiki Master, intuitive healer, medium, and host of The Light Keeper’s Path podcast. Kimberly has over 20 years of experience in the traditional Japanese art of Reiki, but her journey took a powerful turn after a major life shift that opened her to spirit channeling and deeper intuitive work. In this episode, we talk about how she began healing herself mentally and physically, the small whispers that guided her along the way, and how even something as simple as carrying Advil and Tylenol became a sign that it was time to listen. Kimberly’s story is a reminder that whispers are all around us, waiting to be heard—and that healing often begins with paying attention to the quiet guidance within. What a joy it was to have Kimberly Katherine on the show. I have to tell you I introduced myself to her. I stumbled upon her podcast and reached out to her. Who is you have been thinking of asking to collaborate with in anyway? I bet they would say yes. BTW I'll be on hers soon. Trusting the Whisper: Following Intuition with Amy Wilkinson
In this episode of What’s That Whisper, I sit down with the incredible Amy Wilkinson, Soul Embodiment Mentor, intuitive guide, and host of The Abundance Club podcast. Talking with Amy felt less like an interview and more like a soul-to-soul conversation between friends — one I can’t wait to share with you. We dive into how Amy has allowed her intuition to guide each next step in her life, from building and selling a successful yoga and wellness brand to embracing a new chapter as a coach and mentor. She shares how following the whispers of her soul opened doors to possibilities she couldn’t have planned, and why trusting the unfolding is where the real magic happens. With over 20 years of experience in personal growth and spiritual leadership, Amy brings so much wisdom to this conversation. We talk about listening to your inner guidance, evolving your identity, manifesting from who you be (not just what you do), and the beauty of creating a soul-led life. If you’ve ever felt a whisper nudging you toward change — even when the full picture isn’t clear — this conversation will inspire you to trust, to take that next step, and to remember that you don’t have to have it all figured out for life to unfold in extraordinary ways. How to do the work and hear the whispers that call to you with Anna K Morris
Today on What’s That Whisper, I’m joined by Anna K. Morris—a clarity and confidence coach who helps people reconnect with themselves and unapologetically go after a life they truly love. Anna believes we can have it all—not in a surface-level, hustle-for-everything kind of way, but in a deeply aligned, soul-satisfying kind of way. In this episode, we talk about what it means to really lay your guts out—to tell the truth about where you are, what hurts, and what you want. Anna shares how journaling, mindset work, and self-care aren’t just tools—they’re gateways to self-awareness, healing, and transformation. We explore the messy middle of personal growth: how we can find ourselves stuck, sometimes for longer than we’d like, and how we can also move ourselves out of it, one choice, one shift, one whisper at a time. If you’ve ever felt like you’re on the edge of something more—but you’re not sure how to get there—this conversation will speak to you. It’s honest, soulful, and full of reminders that your voice, your dreams, and your desires are worth listening to. Bio Anna K. Learning to grow your Wings with Claudia Noriega-Bernstein
Claudia Noriega-Bernstein is a multi-passionate artist, writer, philanthropist, abundance coach, mentor, mother, and wife. Originally from Peru, Claudia began her career at the age of 17 as an actress in the acclaimed telenovela Carmín, which aired in over 37 countries. She later transitioned behind the camera, becoming one of the youngest producers in her country at 21, even writing a training manual for aspiring producers. After moving to the United States, she worked in television and magazine media and later managed a Las Vegas show. When she became a single mother of three, she put her writing career on hold to raise her children. It was through her own healing journey—ignited during an emotional intelligence training at Choice Center University in 2008—that she discovered life coaching, which became her life’s calling. For over a decade, Claudia has been dedicated to empowering women and children around the world. As a certified abundance coach, she helps women reconnect to their purpose, confidence, and self-worth through one-on-one coaching, speaking, and transformational retreats. She is especially passionate about helping midlife women release fear and rewrite their stories to live fully and abundantly. To mark a milestone in her journey, Claudia is releasing a special anniversary edition of her celebrated book Brighter Days: 88 Life Lessons for Women Who Want More Confidence, Resilience, and Courage, now with a powerful new preface that reflects her continued evolution and the women she’s guided along the way. Claudia has also launched The Inner Radiance Collective, a powerful new membership community designed to help women stay inspired, aligned, and supported through every phase of their personal and spiritual growth. With three tiers—from foundational tools to exclusive coaching access—this membership reflects Claudia’s deep commitment to walking alongside women as they rise into their fullest potential. She is the author of multiple books and journals, including: Brighter Days / Días Felices I AM – My Gratitude Journal (for kids, used in several magnet schools) I DON’T SHRINK TO FIT (an abundance journal for women) MY ABUNDANCE JOURNAL: Mind, Set, Go (for men) Valentina and Her White Elephant series (children’s books tackling grief, divorce, and secrets) Claudia is also a recognized advocate for immigrant families and underserved communities. She received the Community Ambassador Award from UNLV Boyd School of Law and the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. She serves on the College Board of Education and actively supports various charities focused on children’s well-being. She lives in Las Vegas with her husband, her daughters, and their five beloved dogs—Moo, Boyfriend, Bianca, Gracie, and Henri. When she’s not coaching or writing, you’ll find her painting, sculpting, or traveling the world in search of new inspiration.
