    A Natural Gateway To God?

Welcome back for another episode,Today we decided to share a fun chat that we had in the park recently about God and nature. Have you ever felt God’s presence while in nature?SummaryThis episode is a little different. It’s explorative and fun as we head out into the heart of Nature and share our beliefs & views when it comes to God and Nature. Could it be that God exists in Nature ? Or that God is Nature? While our perspectives maybe a little different, we hold one thing in common, that God is the Divine Creator. Topics we touched on: * Can you find God in nature? * Is worshiping creation the same as worshiping the Creator? * What role do traditional frameworks like churches play in our spiritual journey?* Is God masculine or feminine? Neither?* Jesus’ teaching that our bodies are our temples* The secret of returning to childlike wonderPaola shares that while she sees the essence of God in nature she wouldn’t say nature is God, but rather a beautiful gift to be honoured. Graham explores the idea that if God is in everything and everyone, then honouring creation might also be honouring God.We reflected on Jesus’ teaching that our bodies are temples, meaning we don’t need a physical church to access God. Even though churches can still be meaningful for those who feel called to them. Paola emphasized that Jesus’ sacred heart is illuminated because God is accessed through the heart, not through logical thinking. We talked about returning to childlike wonder (innocent, imaginative, and playful) as a pathway to God. Graham brought up fascinating research from the HeartMath Institute showing that the heart can perceive events before they happen, suggesting the heart has access to wisdom beyond time and logic.Ultimately, we agreed that God can’t be fully captured in language or frameworks. As Joseph Campbell said, “God” is just a word pointing to something that transcends all thinking. What matters most is the personal relationship. The lived, felt experience of the Divine, whether that happens in a church, in nature, or in the quiet of your own heart.Have you ever felt God’s presence while in nature? This is a public episode. "This isn't working, I want my life back! But at what cost?"

“This isn’t working, I want my life back! But at what cost?”Have you heard yourself saying this before? Because we sure have. Are you currently in a position where you’re exhausting yourself by over contributing to someone? You’re coming from a place of love and compassion BUT now it’s just an expectation. You’re stuck in a spiral and don’t know how to get out. “When we carry someone’s growth for them, we rob them of their strength and capability to rise.”This episode is for anyone who finds themselves in a season of life where they’ve stretched beyond their limits constantly giving too much to someone else. Whether it’s a partner, friend, or family member, your generosity may have unintentionally enabled them to stay the same, without growth or accountability. We also dive even deeper into the soul lessons and the higher meaning behind this. In this episode, we open up about our own experiences with over-giving, and share how we recognized the pattern, set boundaries, and navigated our way toward healthier relationships. What do you have now, and what do you need to get your outcome?* Have you ever had or done this before?* Do you know anyone who has?* Can you act as if you have it?9. For what purpose do you want this?* What will you gain or lose if you have it?Final questions:What will happen if you get it?What won’t happen if you get it?What will happen if you don’t get it?What won’t happen if you don’t get it?STEP 3:Now that you have completed this exercise, how confident do you feel about achieving this goal? Our Healing Journey - Masculine & Feminine Wounds

Many of the wounds we carry are formed in early childhood. Before the age of seven, our subconscious mind acts like a sponge, we’re absorbing everything around us and it’s shaping our beliefs about ourselves, our world, and our relationships. We don’t always realise these wounds exist until we begin to notice how we show up in the world. Some of us start to recognise certain patterns are consistently replaying themselves across different situations which gives us have no choice but to begin seeking answers. It can be confronting, but those who persevere start to rewrite their stories, reclaim their essence, and create a new reality. In this live video with Graham Wardle & Equilibrium Intuitive, we dive deep into how these wounds show up within the Masculine and Feminine, how life events can form belief systems that often sabotage our relationships — not just with others, but most importantly, with ourselves.Inward Question:What is a recurring pattern in your life that you're noticing? If you look deeper, what belief is being stored within it — and what message might it be trying to reveal?Thank you Irene Kigais, Amy Lynn 8675309, Karen Howells, Linda Lubitz, Kathleen Ludwig, and many others for tuning into our live video! Why we don't fear God

Fear God? Here’s why we don’t. Fear is one of the lowest vibrations in the Universe. In fact it says, “Have no fear” in the Bible 365 times and yet there’s this idea that fearing God is necessary. Here’s our take on this. Watch the LIVE recap.Thank you Dia Utterback, Sheila Peterson, Dianne Snyder, Karen Howells, Patricia Driskill, and many others for tuning into our live video! Join us for our next live video in the app.Paola here 👋🏼Recently, I held a Kinesiology session with a client who had experienced profound religious trauma so deep it had become almost debilitating. Her perception of life had been shaped by the belief that God’s judgment and punishment loomed over every challenging experience, as though hardship itself was divine retribution. She also carried a deeply ingrained belief that to be good or worthy, one had to completely deny themselves, even to the point of becoming unwell. Tending to her own needs was seen as selfish and shameful. These were just the surface layers of her trauma. At the core was the belief that God’s love was conditional, that one must constantly strive to appease Him to be worthy of His favor. It truly saddened me to hear that these beliefs were instilled by her church community and family, those meant to be her spiritual and emotional support. I gently reminded her that God’s love is not something to be earned. It is infinite and unconditional, immeasurable in its depth and purity. Just as a mother loves her child without needing the child to prove their worth, so too does God love us. That love simply is unchanging, unwavering, and always present.During our session, we worked through these limiting beliefs, which had profoundly restricted her ability to open her heart to herself and to the true nature of divine love. As I reminded her, Jesus never said, “Follow the churches” he said, “Follow me.” He led not with fear, but with compassion. He stood for love, for truth, for forgiveness. He once saved a woman from being stoned and said, “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.”God didn’t send Jesus to judge us, Jesus came to renew us, with truth and with love.Have you ever had to unlearn beliefs that made you feel unworthy of love, whether from God, yourself, or others? We would love to hear what that journey has looked like for you. This is a public episode.
