Burning Man is a great place to discover and explore the infinite variety of perspectives available in the human experience of life. The lovely people at Deaf Granny's Kitchen have built something really special with their camp, which is largely comprised of deaf and hearing-impaired individuals. Spending time there taught me how to communicate in other ways, and how to help to make sure everyone feels included, seen, and considered. I had never considered how having different sensory abilities could contribute to feelings of isolation, and how far a little effort can go in having a positive impact on others. They also set up a badass sound system and throw some great parties - they have excellent taste in music! Goes to show just how powerful the vibrations of soulful, healing music truly are. Treavor Moontribe invited me to play at the takeover he hosted, and this set of soulful, melodic house is what wanted to come through me in the moment. Enjoy!

In preparing for Cascadia, I set out to choose music that would tap straight into the heart. I wanted to open people up—to connect with that deep, centered, vulnerable space where all healing and all strength reside. I wanted to remind people that we are all connected, and that there’s always a glimmer of hope when we choose to stand together—in unity, in humanity. And from that space, I wanted to call us to action: to never give up this fight for justice, compassion, and dignity for all people. Every track was chosen with intention, and I layered in speeches to help amplify the message. I know I’m not alone in feeling paralyzed by the weight of it all sometimes. Sometimes we just need to remember: we are not alone. And there is still so much beauty, compassion, kindness, love, and resilience in this world. I had been hearing stories about Off The Grid Campout for a few years, so I was excited to contribute to a Wulfpack takeover on the Xuza Art Car Stage this past October. The dance floor vibe was on point! I had a blast playing this energetic, psychedelic, indie-dance / melodic house & techno set at peak hours on Friday night. The full moon illuminated the night as the crisp March air brimmed with excitement and anticipation. Our dusty desert family reunited for the first gathering of the year, ready to release and transmute built-up energies through the power of dance. To amplify this ritual experience, I debuted my first-ever psy-trance set. My nerves were high, but as the music pulsed through the night, the energy of the foot stompers, fire spinners, and speaker freakers flowed back to me. This may have been the most energy I’ve ever received from a crowd, reflecting the high-speed tempos and ecstatic energy of the music. I hope you enjoy the live recording!

"Sometimes to touch the light, we first must touch the darkness". This set contains techno suitable for the creature hour, played at 3:15am and curated with love and intention. A dance between the dark and the light ensues, keeping energies high, offering an opportunity to look within and release blocks through dance.

A journey through the sounds of progressive, psy-tech, melodic house and techno all the way up to some full-on techno to close the set. The vibe was right! Atop the legendary Blackbird Bus I took the helm and led the Teleport Art Car Festival through a musical journey that was perfectly accompanied by desert winds, glowing art cars and starlit skies. This is one of those sets that built up inside me, patiently awaiting its perfect moment. I found a few of these tracks some years ago and was struck by their unique flavor. Slowly but surely I built up my collection of what I would call the "indie-dance / nu-disco" sound. There is plenty of music under the blanket of those genres but much less of it out there that speaks to my personal tastes. I kept my ears open and picked them up one by one. This isn't a style that I will play often, but damn did it feel right on this beautiful sunrise morning in the desert. Smiling faces and dancing bodies radiated love and light, the speaker stacks roared and my heart was full. I hope you enjoy this set at full volume and dance yourself unabashedly into your happy place :)

A truly innovative gathering: I have never seen so many artists and craft vendors in one venue - every little nook was seamlessly bursting with creativity and the psychedelic jungle deco transformed my favorite warehouse into a brand new environment. Packed to the brim with beautiful people from many walks of life, the crowd was absolutely oozing with enthusiasm and I was so excited when I stepped up to the decks at 1am. I went all in, taking them on a journey from progressive to heavier techno sounds (with a few originals in the mix) and the dancers were thrilled to take the ride. Being my first big gig after a year away in Melbourne, it felt so good to play for my hometown crowd and definitely set the tone for a triumphant return to Los Angeles. It was late and the mood called for one thing... TECHNO. The best sound system at this festival was a renegade setup by my mate @tim-black-5 . The quad stack of subs in opposite polarity created this perfect pocket of bass and the speakers sang with the sweet sounds of techno as our grassy dancefloor lit up.

I've got a backlog of old recordings that were never posted, and they're not doing anyone any good sitting on my hard drive! We'll start with this set from a small festival in the desert mountains a few hours from LA. The music pushes through a variety of progressive and techno-centered vibes, with a bunch of my favorite tracks from that point in time, as well as some timeless beauties.

"Somewhere between dreams and reality, between the conscious and the unconscious world, we visit a strange place resembling a forest. We are surrounded by trees, animals, rocks, and clouds, and from this environment appear strange, fantastical creatures that resemble something familiar, yet not of this world. A lion with the head of an eagle, a jaguar with huge soaring wings and the tail of a snake, a rooster with bull’s horns… these creatures and more swirl around us all chanting one word: “Alebrije” and yet we are not afraid. These spirits are here to protect us, and everything is illuminated in radiant neon technocolour." This set focuses on heavy, yet often melodic techno. Driving and fast paced, with thick and focused bass lines, technical rhythms, melodic synths, acid bleeps and ethereal atmospheric elements. From minimal to maximal, it explores a range of sounds and emotions, emotive of a proper deep space exploration! This was my Australian DJ debut, the first gig I played after moving to Melbourne. The dance floor was pumping in Brunswick at the launch event for my Wild Love parties, which focus on artistic self expression in all forms: music, performance, art, handcrafted goods, fashion, dance, and anything else people are called to contribute.

Shortly after arriving in Australia I connected with this crew called Red Moon Tribe, and discovered immediately that we shared the same values and intentions when it comes to the healing power of dance music and community. It was apparent that we would be working together soon, and a few months later I had the pleasure of taking the crowd on a journey from 1130p-1am. A window into the musical mind of Drew Holly, presented live at Love Circle: Evolution, the third coming of Drew and his team's transformational festival.

"Curious we come in... Curious we begin..." After setting the tone with one of my favorite Tool songs, I dove right into slamming, driving, progressive techno and didn't ease up for two hours. Fire dancers were going off during this set and the energy of the crowd was electric. A full moon always creates something special, and this was no exception. Big basslines, ripping 303s, and a sprinkle of broken beats make up this live set, recorded at an undisclosed location in the Mojave desert for High Tide Ent.'s "Renegade Moon" party 24th November, 2018.

Beautiful melodies backed by driving basslines, techy cymbals, high energy synths and some minimal beats mixed in throughout. Tucked away in the boulders of Deadman's Point, this melodic sunrise techno set brought in the final day of Umbrella Weekend's fall gathering, September 22, 2018.

The Island… An oasis in a vast expanse of emptiness. A floating rock careening through space at thirty kilometers per second in its race around the sun. From its moody, melodic opening to its driving, foot-stomping second half, this set takes the listener on a journey through the many emotions and energies present in a life on Earth. Deep & brooding progressive house makes its way to high-intensity acid techno, with bouncing basslines and funky broken beats that kept the dance floor moving until 6am. Recorded live at Noise Revolt Presents: The Island, on October 19, 2018, this set also features two original tracks produced by Drew Holly, forthcoming on Wulfpack Records in early 2019.

The second hour of my sunrise set at Tropikroma summer gathering 2018. A corrupt file caused a break in the set and this is where we picked it back up. The sun was rising, faces were smiling, and we bathed in the soundscapes of the forest.

This was an impromptu, unscheduled back to back session with Britton that went down on Sunday night of last year's Terrakroma Freakshow Halloween gathering.
