This is a message written as a prelude or preface to my book "GALATIANS Freedom from Religious Slavery." It's entitled "A Religionist Finds the True Gospel" and discusses the conversion and calling of the Apostle Paul and helps us see why he is uniquely perfect for authoring Galatians, an epistle about the difference between religion and relationship with God. 

We all face adversity. It's inexorably linked with eternal glory. Through Paul, Holy Spirit shows us how in 2 Corinthians Chapter 4.This is such good and glorious news. 

What the Hebrew Scriptures of the Old Testament tell us about the Lord Jesus is astounding.Let's look at some of it! 

The Scriptures are clear about judgment and salvation, but if we read verses and passages without context we find ourselves confused and uncertain.Romans 2:5-16 is one such example and in this case we really need a sketch of the first three chapters of the letter to the Romans to know what Paul is doing. 

Why did God tell Moses to strike the rock one time, but speak to the Rock at another time? 

Jesus is awesome and in this episode we take a look at some of the ways He is special. What He tells us about God is astounding. 

Is God's forgiveness conditional base on our forgiveness of others? Jesus seems to have said so, but then we never find the idea mentioned again. Let's walk through a parable or two and see if we can figure out what's going on. 

What does it mean to live by faith and not by sight? How does it affect our daily lives? In this s episode I discuss all that and I think you'll come to agree that faith is nonsense. 

This chapter of Scripture contains some things that some have twisted to mean something they simply do not. Suicide is not the unforgivable sin. I'll cover the entire chapter and show the reason that interpretation is impossible.

This study talks about errors many believe about God and themselves, Father's incredible response, and how we can deal with this.

There are some difficult to understand verses here, and we'll dive into them pretty deeply. There is also a glorious message about Jesus, and about you. Join me, won't you? 

Peter denied even knowing Jesus. It was no momentary lapse. He did it three times in one night.But later, he and Jesus have a very interesting interaction where Peter is corrected by Jesus. We can gain some insight from this into the way we should expect the Spirit to correct us, and it's wonderful. 

Worthy Walking, How we Do It, Unity and PeaceThese things are the topic of discussion and there is great blessing and peace to be found. 

Chapter 3 of our continuing study of Ephesians. Paul's job and the power of the Spirit in us. 

In this second and final part of our discussion on expressing Christ in everyday life, we will look deeply at the practical application of this concept. We'll talk about good works, how to know what is tight and good, and how to put it into practice by resting. 

This two-part series begins in part 1 by seeing that Christ is in Us, we are in Christ and in Him are other things we need to live the Christ Life. We'll conclude this part with the first of several practical examples. In this episode we learn about expressing Christ in worship, and it doesn't look the way many expect. 

The record of the first people living in the Garden of Eden is full of interesting details. It presents important insights about people, God, and the relationship He desires to have with us. This long chapter has some challenging sections and is full of wonderful truth. 

He tore down that wall, and it's a much bigger deal than we sometimes think. 

Why did God make us Alive? What's with these good works God prepared to characterize our lives. 

Ephesians is a wonderful book filled with spiritual truth. The incredibly good news in these few verses is absolutely glorious.

Paul begins teaching us the doctrine that will underpinned his coming practical applications. In this, we sit. 

In this episode we are introduced to the book of Ephesians. We will propose an outline through which to examine the text. We'll see how Paul begins with doctrine, telling us what Father has done in and for us, and only with that firmly established does he progress to more practical matters that flow from that. 

In this episode I look at how righteousness is defined by the dictionary, the Bible, God and people of the world.It's eye opening truth.

I preached this a couple of years ago, but just added to it and preached it again. There is tremendous good news for those of us who fail, falter, and faint. When we doubt God's love for us, we can find faith strengthening truth in what God says about Himself and about us.

We look at the word and testimony of Christ, which John was instructed to communicate, the consistency with the rest of Scripture we should expect to find in The Revelation, and the seven blessings The Revelation promises.
