As we grew older, we learned to control our animal-like cravings, but some people don't mature properly. Many adults continue to steal whatever they want, expect other people to pamper them, or have tantrums. We are told to let the authorities handle crime, but the FBI doesn't stop crime. The presidential election for America is coming up.
