This is a podcast for anyone at any stage of your journey. I'm following my inner guidance to share some stories, perspectives, and knowledge that I've gained and continue to acquire along the way. Some of these are past "digital diary recordings" so they may not sound as structured, but that's ok! I want this podcast to feel like it's just me and you in the room, hanging out...talking about life. It's been a wild human experience for myself and it's my hope that I can transmute some of the challenges of my past and present into something positive for myself and for others. We are all powerful soul beings and I hope I can remind you of that!
