"The Spirituality of the Prayer Book" - Week 4 | Dr. Nathan Napier, December 2, 2025Join us for “The Spirituality of the Prayer Book: An Invitation to Come and Pray”. Dr. Nathan Napier will lead a four-week seminar inviting us into the living wisdom of The Book of Common Prayer. More than a service book, the prayer book is a map a guide to living a deeper, richer spiritual life rooted in Scripture, shaped by centuries of Christian tradition, and oriented toward love of God and neighbor. Together, we will explore how the Prayer Book forms a pattern of life with God through three central practices: the rhythm of the Christian year, the rhythm of daily prayer, and the rhythm of the Eucharist.www.stlukescleveland.orgwww.facebook.com/stlukescleveland

Through this passage we will consider the shape of faith, the meaning of hope, and the call to live with love at the center of our daily walk. The series is offered to the whole parish, and offers a clear and thoughtful overview of the essentials of Christian belief and practice, inviting us to see how love endures as the heart of the Christian journey. The series runs for five weeks beginning Tuesday, September 30th, through October 28th, from 6:00 PM—7:15 PM in the Parish Hall. There will be a sign-up sheet for light refreshments. Nursery is provided. If you are unable to attend in-person, the series will be made available online on our St. Luke’s podcast, “Faithful Echoes”, and our website, Facebook, and YouTube pages later on.———For those seeking Confirmation or Reception when Bishop Brian Cole visits on December 14th, this series is supplemented by “The Spirituality of the Prayer Book: An Invitation to Come and Pray” with Dr. Nathan Napier.
