I am a 35 year old guy who has let themselves go in many aspects of life and I no longer want to allow that to define me, so I am doing something about it and trying to become the best version of myself possible.

    Today I wanted to talk about the inner critic in each of us, that voice that can hold us back if we are not careful. We all know we have it but is there something to be done to quiet it so we can pursue the path we want?

    When to call it a day

    The other day after what was a very productive day of work for myself, as i passed my normal end of work day I began to ask myself when do i call it a day. I felt like I was getting so much done I was afraid to stop. When I took the time to think about it I realized this is not just a work questions but one that effects may aspects of life.     Can you sit still?

    Today I wanted to talk about something that I have struggled with for as long as I can remember and that is just sitting still. I have always been a bit of an restless kid and shocker I can be that was as an adult too. But as an adult I have worked on trying to sit still for periods of time to get certain tasks or things that needed to get done, done. What I found intresting about this was that he was very concerned with failure before I was even aware he had a test and the pressure he was putting on himself.
