    Episode 29- Seeing Things And People For Who They Truly Are_

    In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing the importance of seeing things and people for what and who they truly are instead of what we want want them to be, and the situation to become. The one thing about healing and recovery that you’re gonna have to learn is you’re gonna have to learn to see things exactly for what they are when it comes to other people and situations. People are not going to do, say, treat, act, or think or behave like you, or how you want them too. If we don’t start seeing the outside world when we walk out the door for who and what it truly is, is the majority of the reason why we go through the things we go through with these other people and situations due to not seeing them for what and who they truly are. So in this episode, I’m gonna be talking about how even though you see, and want people to be a certain way, doesn’t mean that they’re going to be the way you want them to be. Just because you want something or somebody doesn’t mean that that person wants you, or you’re meant to have what it is that you want. Just because somebody chooses you, doesn’t mean that they like or accept you.     Episode 28- Why Do We Overcome Darkness Just To Go Back To Darkness_

    In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing why it is that we overcome darkness, just to go back to darkness again. Why do we overcome circumstances that are negative, just to end up back in the same circumstances? Why do we get away from the environment that we’re negative, just to go back to those same environments? Why is it that we let go of all of these people physically that are negative, but we can’t let go of these negative people emotionally? When it comes to darkness, there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel, but the question is why can’t we maintain being in the light versus going back to the dark? We’re also gonna talk about darkness from the Alice in Wonderland story when it comes to following the rabbits down the rabbit hole into a darkness and unknown that we have no idea what’s there. and even though Alice gets out of Wonderland, somehow we always end up following another rabbit right back down there.     In this episode, we’re gonna be discussing why being alone has to automatically mean being lonely. Just because someone is alone does not mean that they are lonely, or miserable. Some people choose to be alone because they’ve been through so much trauma, and negative situations that has impacted and affected their lives in a negative manner to the point that they just don’t want to deal with anybody. Some people are alone because they are working on themselves, and building something without a bunch of naysayers, interfering or saying something negative about what they do. Some people are even just moving in silence, and not letting anybody know what they’re doing.     Episode 28 - From Darkness To Light By Accepting Things For What They Are.

    In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to go from darkness to light to accepting things for what they are and not what you want them to be. Or how you feel that things should, could, or would be. how people don’t have to care about your feelings, nor are they obligated to do anything for you even if you are the person they care about their feelings, and always doing things for them. A lot of people lower themselves to build, and take care of other people that will never reciprocate what you give them. And I’m not gonna lie to you. It is not easy to accept things for what they are when it comes to people. Nor can you change somebody’s freedom of choice and free will. People have the right to say no. People have the right to not do what you want them to do. And even though you are upset about it, there’s not really much you can do about it. So this episode is all about accepting that part of rejection and just trying to find another way. And understanding that if these people don’t do for you, what you do for them, or treat you the way that you treat them, then those are not people that you need to have in your life. This is gonna be an episode that’s gonna hit a lot of people very hard. But it’s one of the things unfortunately, I had to accept. But it was also the best thing that I could’ve done, because now I don’t really ask anybody for anything.     And this episode we talk about how God removes negative things and people from your life that don't belong. People that are holding you back from achieving the goals that you want to achieve.. How Moses was chosen to let his people out of Egypt. How Noah was chosen to basically build an ark to get two of each animal plus his family to be on a arc for almost 40 years.. The same with David, Joseph, Sampson,, and Solomon we’re all chosen by God to do his bidding. Jesus was no exception to the role when it came to him being chosen to die for our sins. But either way God and the devil chooses people who they feel are going to be able to do their biddings.     In this episode, we’re gonna be discussing the importance of sitting still and being one with God. Sometimes God will pull you from the world because the world is destroying you. How the world is taking you down a path that is slowly destroying and causing chaos in your life due to the consequences, repercussions, and karma of your actions, behavior, choices, and decisions that you’ve made based on other peoples influences? How the path that God puts us on is not easy. It’s not about doing whatever everybody else is doing, or feeding into the distractions, it’s about achieving the things that you’re meant to achieve while you’re sitting still in silence away from the world with just you and God. You letting go of your past experience, the trauma and things you’ve been through negatively due to negative people, the abuse that you suffered, and the chaos and destruction that has happened in your life due to negative people coming in your world and putting you through things that will forever change you as a person. People who have broken self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-confidence, and you’re not believing yourself because you based yourself, and lower yourself for people that have done nothing but made you feel less than what you are.     Episode 9- Going From Society Standards To God’s Standards.

    In this episode, I’m gonna talk about how we go from society standards to God standards. For many of us, we’ve been following the rabbits down the rabbit hole to Wonderland, and we ended up being damaged, and traumatized. Wonderland caused so much damage in our lives due to the mad Hatter, and the queen of hearts. As well as the wolves in sheep’s clothing, boy, and girl who cried wolf, sirens, vampires, succubus, sirens, the JezebelSpirit, and the harlot. all of these different characters played a very big part of us going against what God had its door for us as far as the path, purpose, and journey in order to go down a different path of negativity. And one day after these particular individuals destroy your life, suck the life out of you, use, take advantage of, manipulate, bamboozle, led you, astray, lied to, cheated, abuse, molestation, sexual assault, and stripped you of everything financially, you finally realized that you should’ve never wasted your time on these people in the first place. Time, that you can never get back. And despite the fact that you went down the wrong path to Wonderland, still pick you up, helps you recover and heal, as well as learning, growing, elevating, evolving, and maturing, in order for you to find your way out of Wonderland to never return. It’s not gonna be an easy journey, but it’s gonna be worth it in the end when you see the light at the end of the tunnel. So today I’m gonna be talking about my journey that led me back to God. And how I do my best to live my life based upon God standards versus Society standards. I hope this resonates with all of you that are struggling to be a part of society standards.     Episode 8 - From Darkness To Light When It Comes To Repentance.

    In this video, I’m gonna talk about the old, you versus the new you when it comes to repentance for your wrongs, and what you have allowed other people to do to you. In order to recover, and heal from the past, you have to learn from your mistakes, figure out how you got into the situation you got into in the first place What was said to get you to go into the negative situation in the first place, why you couldn’t see the signs by using your instincts, and your intuition, how do you grow, evolve, elevate, and mature from the situation based upon what you learn from the situation. It’s important that we asked for repentance for our wrongs in order for us to move forward as well as making amends to the people who we have wrong, or who have wronged us. why do we always wait when it comes to the could have, should have, and would have done differently. Looking at the situations from how you looked at it then, and how you look at it now. And what you plan to do differently if you happen to go through the situation again. A lot of people don’t believe they have to repent or make amends for the wrongs, but in all actuality, you do in order to move forward from the past. That’s how you know you’re ready to move on from the past because you’re willing to repent, and make amends for your wrongs. And also moving on from the pain, suffering, and hurt that you went through by other people doing negative things to you since is not always about someone, but also what has been done to you by negative people.     Episode 7 - From Darkness To Light When It Comes To Sitting Still In Darkness.

    In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to go about sitting still in darkness, and having negativity surrounding you. It’s really hard to sit still and wait patiently until the coast is clear to be able to get out of darkness. But sometimes you have to sit in darkness and order to not only heal, recover, but to sit in all of the negative things that have happened to you and facing ithead on. You have to look at situations from your past from the way you looked at it at the time, to how you’re gonna go about looking at it now. A lot of us don’t want to accept our flaws, imperfections, disabilities, the things that we don’t have, rejection, and the mistakes we’ve made from our past . Unfortunately, we have to do this in order to become better people. Chronic pain is an example of what it means when you have to sit still and deal with pain all day every day. When you have people that are dealing with depression, and anxiety as well as illnesses and diseases, they have to sit still and endure all the damage, and the impact, and affect their lives every day. So today I’m gonna be talking about what my darkness looks like. And what I’m currently dealing with that I have to endure in darkness. And how I’m sitting patiently allowing myself to heal, and find ways to recover from these medical issues that I’m currently dealing with. As well as my past experiences of negative things that have happened to me mentally, psychologically, and financially from negative people in all aspects of my life.     In this episode, I’m gonna talk about darkness to light when it comes to medical recovery. There are people who are going through medical illnesses, and diseases that have really impacted and affected their lives and multiple different ways. I have been going through medical issues when it comes to my neck, my breast, and my stomach right now. And it has definitely not been easy.     Episode 3 - From Darkness To Light When It Comes To Your Identity.

    In this episode, I’m gonna be talking about from darkness to light when it comes to identity in the black community in particular. There are many forms of black when it comes to color when it comes to being African or African descent. We’re the only culture that has many different complexions when it comes to beingAfrican descent. The reason I want to talk about this is because of the interview that the breakfast club did with Tyla when it comes to her being colored versus being black. And how she talked about in her culture that is South America that she is called colored and not black American, black Americans cannot accept the fact that she calls herself colored because of the history behind the word colored in the United States. and the reason I want to have this conversation because I really am tired of black Americans trying to define other people based upon the external part of themselves, versus the internal part of themselves. It makes absolutely no sense how people judge people based upon the external part of themselves and multiple different facets, I think people should be more judged based on their talent, who they are as a person, they’re creativity, their skills, experience, education, how they treat people, what they do for people, and what they have in common with a person. I am a woman in America, and I don’t call myself black. I call myself African-American based upon where I’m from, and my descendants. And in this episode, I’m gonna be discussing why I think it is absolutely ridiculous that people who are descendants of Africans choose to call themselves black instead of African-American. Why is Africans and African descent people? The only ones that have to call themselves a color, or the colored. But let’s have the conversation. But I know this is going to probably some feathers.
