Romans 5:6-8
In this message from Romans 5:6–8, Pastor Keith Boss highlights the heart of the gospel in two powerful words: Christ died. This sermon shows the depth of God's love by reminding us that Christ did not die for the righteous, the strong, or the deserving, but for the weak, the ungodly, and sinners. Listeners will be encouraged to see that God's love is not based on human worthiness or performance, but on His own gracious character. Through the cross of Jesus Christ, believers are given lasting assurance that the God who loved them in their sin will certainly continue to love them as His children. This is a clear and comforting message of gospel hope, security, and the unchanging love of God.

Roman 5:1-5
In this message from Romans 5:1–5, Pastor Keith Boss explains the rich blessings that belong to every believer in Jesus Christ: justification by faith, peace with God, standing in grace, and the sure hope of the glory of God. But this passage also goes further, showing that even tribulation has purpose in the Christian life. This sermon highlights how God uses trials to produce perseverance, proven character, and a deeper hope that will not disappoint. Romans 5:1-2
In this message from Romans 5:1–2, Pastor Keith Boss explains the life-changing truth that those who are justified by faith have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. This sermon shows that peace with God is not something we earn through religion, good works, or personal effort, but something Christ secured for sinners through His death and resurrection. Listeners will be challenged to consider their standing before God and encouraged by the rich privileges that belong to every believer in Christ: justification, peace with God, access into grace, and the sure hope of the glory of God. This is a clear and hopeful presentation of the gospel and the eternal security found in Jesus Christ alone.

Romans 4:25
In this message from Romans 4:25, Pastor Keith Boss explains the heart of the gospel in one powerful verse: Jesus Christ "was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification." This sermon points to the price of our deliverance—Christ given for our sins—and the proof of our deliverance—His resurrection from the dead. Through clear Bible preaching, this episode reminds us that salvation is not found in good works, religion, or self-improvement, but in Christ alone. Because Jesus bore the penalty for sin and rose again, those who believe on Him can be forgiven, justified, and assured of eternal life. This is a message of hope, warning, and invitation for every listener.

Romans 4:13-16
In this podcast episode, the focus is on Romans 4:13-16, where Paul continues to expound upon the nature of faith and its relationship to the promise and inheritance. We unpack Paul's argument, highlighting how the promise to Abraham and his descendants was not based on adherence to the law but on faith. We delve into the significance of this distinction, discussing how it underscores the universal accessibility of God's promise to all who believe, regardless of their ethnic or religious background. Moreover, we explore the implications of this theological truth for the Christian understanding of salvation and the role of faith in our lives. Listeners are encouraged to reflect on the liberating power of faith and the assurance it provides in securing our inheritance as children of God.

Romans 4:1-12
In this episode, we delve into Romans 4:1-12, a passage that explores the significance of faith through the lens of Abraham's life. We break down the key verses, dissecting Paul's argument about the relationship between faith and works in salvation. We discuss how Abraham serves as a prime example of justification by faith, emphasizing that his righteousness was credited to him not by his actions but by his belief in God's promise. We explore the profound implications of this theological concept for Christians today, inviting listeners to reflect on the nature of their own faith and how it informs their relationship with God.

Romans 4:1-8
Are you doing enough to be rightous with Jesus? In this episode, we continue to examine how no matter what you do. How good you are. How many great acts you perfrom, we will always fall short of God's rightousness. Paul uses Abraham and David as examples of great men who could not boast of thier accomplishments. Only through the blessing of the Lord can be justified in our sins. Through Grace and Faith alone are our sins and lawless deeds made right.

Romans 3:27-4:5
In our first episode the of the New Year we continue to study Romans. We close out Romans 3 by examining why salvation can not be achieved by good works but only through faith alone. We are reminded of how we have no part in our justification and there is no place for boasting our works. Romans 4 starts by using Abraham as an example of how the greatest person in the Jewish nation did not achieve his salvation by his works so how could anyone else hope to do so? Only through faith and grace alone can we be saved.

Romans 3-21-26
Justly Justified Today we look at how with all of our sins we could ever be forgiven. How could God be just in pronouncing guilty people to be not guilty? While all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, he has declared us righteous and forgiven of our crimes against him. He has done this freely through the Grace of Christ Jesus. Not because we somehow deserve it but because he wanted to.

Romans 3:21-22
God's Righteousness Revealed As we have learned in past lessons when we measure ourselves against God's holy law we all fall short. It doesn't matter how hard we work, we can never achieve salvation on our own. Today we learn how two words change everything "But now..." Paul tells us that the righteousness of God is made manifest! Through God we have hope. His righteousness gives us the opportunity for salvation through faith and His grace.

Romans 3:9-20
In today's message, Paul summarizes the first three chapters of the book of Romans. We are reminded of God's wrath and that there can be no good news until we understand and acknowledge the bad news of our condemnation.

Romans 3-1:8
Salvation is available to both the Jews and the Gentiles because all are in need of it. No one's heritage is going to give them a free pass. However, we are assured today that God is faithful even when we are not. In today's message, we learn that none of the promises that God has made to us hinge on our faithfulness to him. While we are weak and full of sin, God is faultless. Therefore, everything promised in the Bible will come to pass.

Romans 2:17-29
The passages we study today take at the Jewish people but don't think that as Gentiles we are exempt from Paul's words for all will be judged equally. We will not only be judged by the actions we take but the thoughts we carry in our minds and hearts. As you listen to today's message take the time to examine your life and seek the ways that you live in an outwardly righteous way, that does not align with God's will or what truly lies in your heart. For if you are living dishonestly, God knows.

Romans 2:11-16
In today's lesson, we learn that God will administer justice to everyone. No one will be given partiality for God will deliver perfect justice, for none are above God's judgment. We tackle the hard question of how will God judge those who have not had access to the Bible and what Paul has to say on the topic. As you listen to today's message think about how you go about your daily life. Do you do so in keeping with God's law? And how can you help to further spread the Gospel to those who have not heard the word?
-

Romans 2:6-11
In our message today we learn how the day of God's judgment on our actions is imminent and it will be impartial. Before that time comes we all need to think deeply about our lives and ask "Am I ready to account for my life before Jesus?" Think about that as we learn about who will be judged and what the outcomes can be on that faithful day.

Romans 2-1:5
Have you ever felt convicted on someone else's behalf? Heard or saw something and thought "I hope they learn a lesson from this." Often these are the times we need to look inward at our own thoughts and actions - realizing our self-righteousness is displeasing to God. Sin is not just in our actions, but in our thoughts and the things only God can see and we must strive daily to be better.

Romans 1:28-32
In today's message, we look at how we have fallen out of touch with reality in regard to our spirituality. Through disproval, dysfunction, demonstration, and defiance toward our marker outline the slipper slope we as a society have been on which ultimately leads us to spiritual death. As you listen to today's message think about how we live today and whether your words and actions are on that slippery slope or whether they bring Glory to God.

Romans 1: 24-28
In the previous week's message, we looked at how humanity had turned from the truth of God to idolatry, giving glory to man, beasts, and statues. This week we continue to look at how we have further lost our way and our moral compass. How our choices to not give thanks and glory to God have caused him to leave sinners to their own vices. Join us today as we examine how the moral decay in society today is a consequence of God's wrath and not merely the reason for it.

Romans 1:18-23
In today's message, we continue to look at how God has revealed his eternal power and divine nature to us. Yet we not only attempt to deny these facts but we as a people have grown foolish. We exchange the glory of God for images resembling man, and animals. This week take the time to think about the ways that we reject God by putting earthly things first. Pray for the wisdom to grow your relationship with Jesus first and foremost, putting our wants and needs after his.

Romans 1:19-20
Often the question of how can God be righteous if he takes out his wrath on those that have not heard the Word? Today we explore two verses that help us understand the answer to that very question. We learn how God has universally revealed himself through creation, embedding his light into the mind and consciousness of every living being. It is not enough to simply know of God's existence you need to put your faith in Jesus Christ to be saved.

Romans 1:18
Up until now, our study has told us of the Good News, however in order to appreciate the good news we also have to acknowledge the bad news. We learn how the wrath of God is being revealed in conjunction with his righteous nature. In addition, we seek to understand how God's wrath is being unleashed upon sinners as a consequence of their rebellion. From this message, we hope that you will trust in Christ, turn from your sin, and tell others the truth of the bad news.

Romans 1:16-17
As we continue to study Romans we continue to see how the Gospel is the good news and through trust in the works of Jesus, we can be delivered from our sins and the penalty that comes with them. We examine the meaning of "to the Jew first and also to the Greek" to understand why the Jew is first and what is meant by the Greek. As you go out into the world remember the promise of a resurrected life and bring the opportunity to show those works through obedience to God in our daily lives.

Romans 1:16
In today's message, we look at a core verse in Romans and perhaps the entire revelation of God. In our lives, we all have things we are ashamed of. Perhaps what we wore, how we spoke, or something we did. However, the Gospel is not something to feel shame over. It is the only gateway to our salvation. While we may meet resistance and even be persecuted for preaching the Gospel we can not allow that shame we might feel to prevent us in our duty to God.

Romans 1:13-16
Everyone who is saved should feel pressure and passion to advance the Gospel. It is our debt to spread the word to those who have not heard it, giving them the opportunity to be saved. During today's message take the time to think about what opportunities the Lord has presented in your life to witness to those around you.

Romans 1 : 8-15
How did Paul come to know about the spreading belief in Jesus Christ in Rome? Only by word and deed can faith be seen. Just as Paul came to learn about the spreading of Christianity in Rome by hearing and seeing the works, we too must put our words into action to have works come from our faith. We further explore Romans and examine how true faith will produce works in the lives of believers.

Romans 1 :5-7 Part II
All of the skills and abilities we have are thanks to the grace of God, but what we chose to do with those skills is up to us. Today we discuss God's plan for us to spread his word using the skills he has given to glorify his name. During today's message think about if you are taking part in fulfilling the Great Commission or if the grace God has given you is sitting idle.

Romans 1 :1-4
Today we begin the journey of studying Romans: The Gospel of God. Romans has perhaps the most thorough explanation of the Gospel in the entire Bible. Together we will undertake the colossal task of understanding each passage in order to more closely follow Jesus. In the opening verses, we learn about Paul who is the author of this letter. We gain an overview of his background, how he came to be an apostle, and when and where the letter is written. The Gospel of God reveals that there is hope for sinners like you and I, that we can be saved by the crosswork of Jesus Christ.
