Candace had felt like God was calling her to apply to Oxford University, even though this felt like it wasn’t possible. When she was offered a place at Oxford, Candace made a video celebrating God’s faithfulness in getting her in. This video was viewed thousands of times and impacted lots of people. When she arrived at Uni people even recognised her from it! Nicky Gumbel was a staunch atheist at Cambridge University in the 1970s. His friends shared the gospel with him and after a night of reading the Bible he gave his life to Jesus. 50 years later, he is reflecting back on all that God has done through in his life. “I’m a bad student worker.” These are the words that circulated Claire’s mind throughout the pandemic as she tried to support her students. Now, she bravely shares what she has learned about herself, leading a student ministry, and how to have faith for what Jesus can do through her.
