Ep 13: Get Comfy with the Sayings We Carry

They’re culture. They’re memory. They’re humor, protection, and love. But for many of us, the way we speak — especially in Spanish, Spanglish, or our cultural dialects — was corrected, minimized, or made to feel like it didn’t belong. And no to the no… we’re reclaiming that. This episode is a collection of beautiful moments from past guests, sharing the sayings they carry — and what they mean to them.🎙️ If you’ve ever felt like you had to translate yourself to belong… this one’s for you.✨ Tune in to Get Comfy with the Sayings We Carry. Our Wonderful Guests (in order of appearance):Janis Hillard @janishillard📅 Recorded: October 14, 2024Rita-Soledad Fernández Paulino@wealthparatodos📅 Recorded: November 7, 2024Erica [email protected]📅 Recorded: October 16, 2024Karina Melgar@leapsservices📅 Recorded: October 21, 2024Carla Garcia@yourpaincoach 📅 Recorded: October 17, 2024Marialejandra Gutierrez @primrose.studio.co📅 Recorded: October 29, 2024About Me, Your Hostess with the Mostest:🌟 Laura Cardona is the host of Get Comfy with Laura, a Latina life coach, and the founder of Buena Vida Life Coaching.
