Send us Fan MailToday we will discuss the discipline of rest.  Rest is an essential part of our life that is often taken for granted, especially in the USA.  But God tells us to rest.  Its part of being able to tackle the responsibilities we have in this world.  We are to labor for 6 days and then rest on the 7th.   Questions to ask yourself:  Am I really rested?  Does my soul feel weary?  Does my body feel weary?  Am I anxious all the time?  Do I seem easily angered?  Does my tasks I need to complete seem endless?  Am I depressed?  If any of these seem to be a big part of your life, maybe you should consider resting in God.  In this episode we go over a few practices that might help you learn how to rest.
