This is an old song of mine that deserved a better version. I recorded instruments 25- 26th of February 2025 and went to the countryside of Porvoo, Finland and filmed the music video 26th of February 2025. Have You Ever Wondered?" is part 2, or the yang of my song "Maybe Your Problem Is You." It's an original song. Played/sung/mixed by me. I made this song for a couple of days from the 4th of February to the 6th of February 2025. Rerecorded/added some vocals and mixed it on the 7th of February 2025. I played my Bjärton Espana from 1964, which I got when I traded it for a cheap Ibanez steel string guitar sometime in Stockholm back in 2014. The electric guitar is an LTD, something.. Drum tracks that I used are recorded here and there during a 6 month busking trip I did back in 2011. I sometimes went to music stores in the city I happened to be in. Of course, as a customer too. Those strings broke all the time. You know the ones, D and G. Come on! Well, as I was a regular customer almost daily at the music stores I went to, I had a pretty good relationship with the owners of those places. They were kind enough to let me rig up mics and stuff for me to record demos and so on. Of course, I sometimes "tried out some instruments" at the same time. Then, I came up with the idea to also record a sort of drum loop library for myself, using a metronome. From this library, I edited the drum track to this song. When I began recording this song, all the lyrics I had were just "Have you ever wondered why alcohol is legal?" Then I borrowed. "Alcohol is one of the fastest things you can do to lower your vibration It's been used as a tool to keep human consciousness at a lower state for thousands of years." From a book I'm reading called Book of Wisdom VOL 2 by Harry B. Joseph. The rest just kind of happened in a flow state. I made this song during a couple of days from 26 - 28 January 2025. Mixed it some more, recorded some guitar to the C part on 3rd of February 2025 and made a silly music video for it 28th of January. It's just a bit of fun. The lyrics are once again influenced by a book written by Harry B. Joseph. This time from the book Book of Knowledge Vol 2. I stumbled upon an incredible book called Book of Wisdom (Volume 1) by Harry B. Joseph. After reading only 2 pages, I felt that a song was brewing. Most of the lyrics for this song come from page 2 of this book, under a section titled “Oil Process.” You can find the music video to the song here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1ToYM7_jbw This is my first attempt at creating a song inspired directly by a book. The style could be described as psychedelic rock with a touch of stoner vibes. When I recorded the vocals, I was literally reading straight from the book as I sang.
