This is a collection of guided embodiments practices for nervous system regulation. These are specifically great for folx who struggle with disordered eating and/or disordered exercise. These are inspired by Embodied Recovery from Paula Scatoloni and Rachel Lewis-Marlow.

    Awakening the Body through Movement Exploration

    This is a gentle movement practice for when your body desires movement. This is a great practice to foster listening to your body’s wants and needs as it relates to movement and rest.

    Push and Energetic Boundaries Practice

    This practice helps us establish our sense of self and body container. When we are able to come into our body, we are in a better position to set boundaries.

  3. 1

    Yielding Practice

    This yielding practice encourages conscious relaxation and a sensation of being held. This helps us to digest food or other types of nourishment. This also helps create a feeling of enough-ness.
