Healing Into Your Power

Welcome Beautiful Warriors! I'm Jennifer and I'll be your host. As a rape, domestic violence, sex trafficking, and addiction survivor I've seen and been through A LOT.  But where I've been isn't nearly as important as where I am now and where I'm going. This podcast is all about discovering the magic within us all. It's about learning to face, embrace, and live with all the things about ourselves that make us cringe or want to run away. Pretty much everyone I know has been through some version of trauma, pain, heartache, or disaster. And, for a lot of people, when a major trauma happens they shut down and stop being able to cope and function in the real world without reaching for something outside of themselves to help ease the pain and level of discomfort. The thing we reach for outside of ourselves may be different from person to person but it's not so much about what you're reaching for as much as it's about WHY you're reaching in the first place.
