I give me opinion on his performance and why I was not impressed despite getting his message and seeing his vision. Is 50 Cent too emotional or just petty? I take a deep dive into 50 Cent’s online behavior, feuds, and whether or not his antics are strategic or just emotional reactions. I also discuss obesity being a disease in the black community and Dank Demoss wanting to sue Lyft for “discrimination” because the driver asked her to call another car to accommodate her size. I discuss whether or not she needs mental help because according to her, her brain doesn’t think she’s as big as she is. Is the black community killing themselves by being unhealthy?I close out by calling out women for their lack of support of each other and the way we judge each other when others do things that do not align with us. I kick off this episode with three things I am grateful for from 2024, and three things I am looking forward to in this new year. Ladies, can you be with a man who is bisexual or have had sexual experiences with other men in the past? Is there a difference between being bi-phobic and having a preference? Personally, there's already enough competition amongst women, I do not need to be competing with men as well for my man. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.As we kick off the new year, what are some dealbreakers / things you are not taking into the year with you? I list my three which are to stop supporting people / friends who do not support me, relationships that lack reciprocity, and bringing work home with me. I realize I need to be more grounded and focused on me, and the new year is a fresh start to do so and to prioritize what's important to me.I get into 5 things women need to start doing this year from a man's perspective and according to this man he would like to see women be more accountable, shoot their shot at men, treat the men in their lives to dates or just doing nice things for them, embrace their natural beauty, and prioritize their health and fitness. As a woman, I give my take on these and also give some advice to those who would like to incorporate any of these things into their lives.Am I the only one who's tired of seeing women at social gatherings just twerking, vaping, and taking selfies? I miss the days when women held themselves to a higher regard instead of constantly shaking their a**es every chance they get. Can we bring back social gatherings where we actually spoke to and interacted with the people around us? In addition, are these women delusional for wanting to be treated a certain way by a man while portraying this behavior? Send us Fan MailOn this week’s solo episode, I share some stories on the importance of being nurtured as a parent, having a village, and treating other children the way you would like others to treat your own. Sometimes as parents things get hard and having anyone whether a stranger or someone you know extend grace to you can make a big impact. I also discuss the importance of being vocal about your wants and needs in your relationship or while dating to avoid building resentment. With all things, it’s not what you say, but how you say it, so be intentional to avoid hurting the other person’s feelings. Sometimes we let things fester and the smallest disagreement or situation ends up breaking up our relationships and bonds. And at times this can be avoided if we keep communication open and be vocal about what is and isn’t working. Dating coach Anwar White suggests that single women should date three men at a time to avoid being hyper focused on one man and to compare and contrast to figure out what is best for you. My producer argues that women should not date more than one person at a time and while men can do so to weigh their options, it taints the decision making process for women. I strongly disagree. The ladies discuss how being shadow banned has affected their efforts in growing their pole dancing community and business opportunities as strippers. We pose the question of "who does shadow banning protect, and who is being affected by it?They take me down their path on how they got into stripping, how it has helped their confidence and sensuality, and how being in the strip club and interacting with a wide range of men has shown them the difficulty men have with being vulnerable with the "close" people in their lives. Both Sativah and Redd feel like the strip club serves as safe space and fantasy land for some men based on the conversations they have had while dancing. We discuss what it's like being a stripper and how it has affected their relationship with their parents and family. Redd opens up about hiding that part of her for years to appease to her parents and finally having the courage to be transparent with them about what she does for a living. Send us Fan MailThis week, I’m joined by super producer, music prodigy, and founder of the genre RNBOP, Bbearded to talk all things from growing up in the church to how this has influenced his music style to working with artists in the industry, and so much more. Bbearded shares what it was like growing up in Harlem and in the church and introducing the sounds he heard in church to RnB to influence a genre of music he calls RNBOP. He describes this genre to be more of a feeling than it is a sound, as he reminisces on how he used to feel hearing certain instruments play while in church. He also opens up about his first time experience as an executive producer and the magnitude of knowledge and work ethic he had to dedicate to this journey in his career. Bbearded has worked on two movies; B-boy Blues and The Lost Holliday, and sees creative direction as the next step in his career. He expresses how much he dislikes people who gatekeep and how it does more harm than good.  Do people gatekeep and avoid putting others onto opportunities and even introducing them to something new because of their own insecurities? As a community, if we see potential in someone or they express interest in what we’re doing, shouldn’t we want to put them on especially if it’s something that we are passionate about? Is gatekeeping preventing us from reaching our full potential as a community? Cree and I discuss her role at Audiomack and her journey into the music industry from the age of 17 from interning at a radio station, to moving to NYC not long before the pandemic and having to move back home to Florida, and initially being turned down by Audiomack before being offered another position.She opens up about some of the challenges she faces as a woman working with other women, and the lack of solidarity amongst women in the workplace in fear of there not being enough room for everyone. Cree and I urge women to practice what they preach and to champion, support, and uplift other women in their daily lives. I had the honor of speaking about her dating life and navigating dating especially with her role in the music industry. Cree gets transparent as she shares her experience and the anxiety that dating makes her feel sometimes. She questions people's motives and intentions, therefore usually revealing the not so good things about herself first, to see what the other person is willing to put up with and how patient they're willing to be.
