Ep. 47 – More Insights Into Karma
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast looks at how karma from past lives influences someone’s present life and explains that it can be confused with influences from early childhood. From the time in the womb, a child is affected by projections from their mother, family members, and traumatic experiences. In addition, the “poisons of the ancestors” and the collective karma of the family, tribe, or nation can influence the child. Karma is both a principle that declares that you will reap what you sow and it’s a substance known as karmic baggage stored in the subtle field. It does not fully emerge in early childhood, because the I has not yet developed. As the I forms, karmic patterns begin to express themselves through an individual’s personality and relationships. The people in the birth family and the relationships a person forms are predetermined by karma, they’re not accidental, but connected to past life attachments. It some cases an individual will be compelled to interact with people in order to learn lessons or how to follow their Dharma. The episode emphasizes that nobody alive has been incarnated with a blank slate. To liberate yourself from Self – limiting attachments you need to look inward, develop discernment, and learn to recognize and release karmic baggage within your subtle field. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 46 – Are People Stupid?
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast looks at why people act in ways that seem unintelligent and explains that this is not inherent, but connected to identification with the I and attachment to the field of Maya. Although human beings are eternal, enlightened, and divine, they ignore this by pursuing life strategies that gratify the I, often supported by culture and society where qualities like entitlement, competitiveness, and arrogance are valued over patience, perseverance, and non-harming. Stupidity in this sense is giving up of responsibility and refusing to see clearly. It is reinforced by fear, the desire for comfort, social pressure, karma, and the influence of non-physical beings, all of which make it difficult to change patterns or shift perspective. In addition, everyone enters life with different priorities, and unless transcendence becomes their highest priority, progress remains limited. The episode also emphasizes how difficult this process is: the mind can deceive you, the body is not prepared for higher levels of energy, and old karma and attachments create resistance. By paying attention and looking at yourself honestly, you begin to see what is actually happening, that makes room for self-knowledge to emerge from within. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 45 – Out of Your Comfort Zone
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about the comfort zone as a familiar field within the I, where patterns feel safe but keep a person in the field of Maya. Although it feels comfortable, it limits access to the authentic mind and to energy and consciousness with universal qualities. Especially in moments of stress or when change is required, there is a tendency to return to this comfort zone instead of dealing with what needs to be faced. This can interfere with intimacy with another human being, as well as clarity and progress, and it can even be mistaken for something higher simply because it feels familiar or subtle. Through discernment, it becomes obvious that a comfort zone consists of fields with individual qualities that are not nourishing and do not support love, joy, real human connection, or spiritual growth. As this is seen more clearly, the attraction to the comfort zone begins to diminish, and it becomes possible to reject it and choose fields with universal qualities, shortening the path of self-realization.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 44 – You’re not the I: So Give up the I Idea.
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast questions the idea of “giving up the I idea,” explaining that the issue is not the existence of the I, but the attachment to it. The I is necessary to function in the physical world and cannot simply be removed, since physical reality requires some participation in duality. The real problem is that the I, identified with the individual mind and ego within the field of Maya, is trying to get enlightened, even though you are already enlightened. This creates a contradiction, because trying to achieve enlightenment reinforces the I and maintains its existence. Through knowledge and understanding of what enlightenment is and what prevents it, it becomes clear that effort and trying do not work, since enlightenment is not something to attain or change. By recognizing the truth and repeatedly affirming it, the attempt to become enlightened gives way to the recognition of already being enlightened. This requires surrender, letting go of control, and developing faith in what cannot be known or conceived. As attachment to the individual mind and ego diminishes, it becomes possible to move beyond the constant interference of the I and remain less identified with it.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 43 – Involution, Not Evolution
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains that as long as a person is identified with the I – the individual mind and ego – they remain trapped in the field of Maya, going in circles while believing they are making progress. Everything they think, feel, and seek happens within this same field, so all attempts to “get out” fail. Self-realization is not about evolution or gaining something new, but about involution, a return by giving up identification with the I. The I constantly seeks qualities like pleasure, joy, and identity, but what is real has no qualities and does not change. Moments of natural joy can arise when the influence of the I diminishes, but the mind immediately captures them, assigns a cause, and turns them into something conditional, reinforcing the same pattern. The essential shift is not through effort, but through surrender. As long as there is a desire for experiences, feelings, or identity, one remains in the I. Letting go of these attachments allows that to happen which has no qualities and does not belong to the field of Maya. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 42 – You’re Not the Hero of Your Personal Drama?
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast challenges your desire to be the hero of your personal drama and explains that identification with the “I” and the ego is the core spiritual problem. As long as a person believes they are the good guy and protects that self-image, they cannot see clearly what they have become or what is compelling them to act. Both Christian and Yogic teachings emphasize humility, the recognition that, as long as you’re identified with your individual mind, and ‘I’ there is nothing inherently good within you. Everything that is truly good comes from Universal Consciousness. By giving up the need to justify or validate yourself you can begin to see that you’re a divine being who has identified with dark fields that create Self–limiting patterns that coalesce into the ‘I’ and the individual mind and ego that supports it. This recognition may feel shocking or uncomfortable at first, but it allows you to transcend duality and experience union with Universal Consciousness. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 41 – How to Deal With Projections
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains how you can respond to the distorted consciousness, energy and subtle matter filling the collective field of humanity. As long as a person identifies with the individual mind and ego within the field of Maya, they remain trapped in evolving fields with individual qualities and have little defense against projections from other people and non-physical beings. These influences as well as attachments and karmic baggage are Self–limiting because they create confusion, self-doubt, and make it difficult to sustain intimacy. The solution is to participate in a process of transcendence – and with the help of a facilitator learn to release your attachments to karmic baggage and Self–limiting intrusions that trap you in the field of Maya and make it impossible to identify with Paramatman, the universal Self. By releasing your attachments and enhancing the flow of energy with universal qualities through your subtle field you will experience more pleasure, love, intimacy, and joy. As you progress you will develop discernment and learn to identify blockages and attachments. You will also learn how karmic baggage and non-physical beings influence you. With practice you can then release Self–limiting fields of consciousness, energy and subtle matter that block the natural flow of prana, chi, and transcendent energy through your subtle field. Working with an appropriate facilitator, who can help you develop inner vision and mental disciplined, the ability to discern the difference between subtle fields that are life affirming and fields that are Self–limiting, will help you step out of the field of Maya and gradually regain access to life-affirming fields that support your relationship to your Self, your loved ones and Universal Consciousness. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 40 – Advanced Energy Work
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast looks at advanced energy work, in particular the process of bringing a field into congruence, it’s appropriate position in your subtle field of consciousness and energy. The central challenge is that an authentic field of consciousness or energy that is no longer congruent cannot be directly seen and in some cases even sensed, because it is obscured by distorted fields, attachments and non – physical beings. Trying to force congruence can create confusion and opens the door to mistakes and missteps. That’s why the recommended approach is to center yourself in your authentic mind and use your intent to program that the particular field you’re working with becomes congruent. Remain centered, attentive, and detached by using this approach repeatedly blockages will gradually be released, hard spots will soften. Subtle shifts of awareness signal progress. Advanced energy work therefore emphasizes detachment over effort, requiring experience, character, and respect for the complexity of advanced energy work. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 39 – Staying in a Relationship or Ending It?
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast questions the expectation that a partner must “complete” you and challenges the idea of needing someone for fulfillment. It suggests that if you enjoy being with a person, get along easily, share intimacy, and are free to pursue your own interests and spiritual work, there may be no real problem to solve. Yoga recognizes two valid paths — the monk and the householder — and being in relationship can support Dharma and character development. A partner can help reduce narcissism, strengthen patience and perseverance, and shift the focus from “me” to “we.” The episode also questions the idea of a single soul mate, explaining that compatibility is largely about shared life vibration, and that many people could potentially fulfill that role. Rather than feeling intellectually compelled to leave a stable relationship in search of something “better,” it encourages you take an insightful look at what you actually needed, especially later in life when security, validation, or spiritual support may no longer depend on a partner. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 38 – Raising a Child in Modern Society
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses how to raise a child with good character in a modern, patriarchal society. According to Yoga, good character begins with mental discipline, the ability to distinguish between fields of energy and consciousness that have universal qualities and those that are changing and have individual qualities. Universal qualities do not create attachment or karmic patterns they allow a person to function in both the physical and non-physical universe with equanimity. Good character also includes patience, perseverance, faith, loyalty, long-suffering, non-harming, and courage. A child must learn to be centered in their authentic mind, to live according to their Dharma, to endure hardship with equanimity, and to avoid harming others in thought, or emotion since negative thoughts and emotions can be projected from one person to another. Parents should teach their children that Karma and the non-physical universe are real, that information is not knowledge, and that success is not defined by wealth, power, or popularity, but by personal integrity. Above all, moral courage is essential, since the world is not always supportive or just. Moral courage is closely aligned with personal integrity and the ability to follow Dharma; without personal integrity Shakti won’t support your child with life-affirming consciousness and energy or the insight they need to make appropriate decisions. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 37 – Only Four Authentic Emotions
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the authentic nature of human beings as divine, interdimensional, and eternal beings who naturally radiate a specific spectrum of energy. This energy appears on different levels, such as Prana on the level of soul, Chi on the level of spirit, and increasingly subtle forms of transcendent energy on the transcendent level. For Self-realization, this energy must move freely through the body. On the level of soul, there are only four authentic human emotions, created by the Chakras: anger, fear, pain, and joy. These emotions are natural expressions of how energy flows. When energy moves upward without interference, it supports pleasure, love, intimacy and joy. When attention becomes focused on qualities that come from the field of Maya, access to these universal, life-affirming qualities becomes limited, but by redirecting awareness to authentic energy, it can flow freely and be fully experienced. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 36 – The Cosmic Egg
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast introduces the idea of The Cosmic Egg as the vast quantum field through which awareness, perception, and identity extend beyond your physical-material body, subtle field and the auric fields that surround them. This field has a boundary that must maintain its integrity, since intrusions from other quantum fields – entities and projections – can interfere with intimacy, self-realization, and the union of awareness with Atman. Enlightenment can be described as an intimate relationship between Brahma (awareness) and Atman; they are both quantum fields with universal qualities. Once blockages within the cosmic egg are released and quantum fields with universal qualities can unite intimacy with Universal Consciousness becomes effortless. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 35 – In Difficult Times Stability is Essential
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains that when you are already centered in the I, when you are being projected at or in a difficult situation, trying to immediately shift into the authentic mind often creates instability. In such moments, maintaining inner stability matters more than changing states of consciousness. Just as in an everyday crisis, the priority is to stay present, and stable so that you can function. The mind is both the tool for transcendence and the space where you can get attached to distorted fields of consciousness and energy, which is why maintaining awareness is essential. During times of distress simply knowing what is happening on the subtle and the physical-material dimensions naturally restores personal power and clarity. Strong boundaries, mental discipline, healthy relationships, and a lifestyle that supports Self-realization will create a stable foundation that allows you to center yourself in your authentic mind when conditions are right. By being proactive you will accomplish far more with far less stress. So, stop trying to change things; remain aware and stable instead, while you wait until you get the insight to act appropriately. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 34 – Resentment, Blame, and Regret
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast examines resentment, blame, and regret as interconnected inner states that restrict well-being and spiritual progress. Resentment creates ongoing attachments to people, institutions, and systems. These patterns may begin early in life and later feel like normal reactions to authority or society. Blame intensifies the problem by projecting responsibility on to another person or institution, obscuring the karmic relationship and the opportunity to learn from the experience. Regret, especially later in life, interferes with spiritual growth because it prevents you from recognizing that mistakes are opportunities for growth and the development of wisdom. Together, resentment, blame, and regret keep individuals trapped in the dance of Shiva. Letting go of these patterns supports spiritual growth, and liberates the authentic mind to pursue Dharma, develop wisdom and achieve Self-realization.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 33 – Progress and Stalling
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses the spiritual struggle between seeking transcendence and remaining trapped in the world of Maya. Most people abandon the path of self-realization because this struggle feels exhausting. Without understanding there's an alternative to the material world, a system of transcendence, fighting constant internal battles seems pointless. People choose peace over struggle and go with the flow of Maya. Accumulated baggage, bad relationships, and worldly attachments make progress harder, creating a frustrating cycle of starting and stalling. However, the work is worthwhile: it leads to freedom, authenticity, and eventually permanent bliss. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 32 – Regain Your Power
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores what happens when you step out of dysfunctional relationships, and why doing so often provokes resistance from others. Leaving these dynamics forces a rewrite of the “story”, which can be deeply unsettling for the people involved and demanding for the one who chooses to exit. That’s why it is essential to develop strong character traits, particularly long-suffering, the ability to endure hardship with equanimity. Growth requires perseverance, courage, mental discipline, and patience. Regaining your power and your authentic identity is not something that can be done for you, nor is it a passive process. Enlightenment is not a refuge for the weak, but the outcome of restoring integrity, reclaiming personal power, and maintaining equanimity regardless of external circumstances. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 31 – The Third State
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast presents The Third State as a necessary third mode of existence beyond life in the multiverse and death in interspace. While the multiverse is the realm of embodied experience and interspace the realm of death and transition, The Third State serves as a direct avenue to Universal Consciousness. The Third State is neither manifest nor unmanifest and cannot be imagined by the human mind. It contains personal, communal, and primordial aspects and is the field in which awareness, breath, Atman, Karma, the I, and Kundalini reside. Duality, good and evil, and their primordial precursor also appear there, creating barriers that must be transcended. Enlightenment can be achieved by centering in pure awareness, which is identical with Brahma, and uniting with Atman. This is a deeper form of liberation, where duality dissolves completely, the small self falls away, and the aspirant abides in a state of unity that cannot be known or described. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 30 – Don’t Try to Change Yourself
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains why trying to modify yourself into a different kind of person with different likes and dislikes is spiritually problematic. It explains that you cannot easily or quickly change what you want. These shifts only happen naturally over long spans of time, as old karma and early attachments are released. The episode also shows how you can be trapped when appropriateness and detachment have not replaced caring. Being attached to what you want eventually produces suffering and prevents you from surrendering to the Tao. Ultimately, the struggle comes from caring to much about yourself and demanding that you get what you want when you want it. Only by giving up your personal desires and surrendering your will to Shakti and Universal Consciousness will you stop caring and experience the joy that comes from the opportunity to experience of oneness. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 29 – From Rebellion to Transcendence
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores how most people live through the “I” and its desires. Each person is shaped by karmic patterns, their environment, and shifting patterns that dictate life strategies and identity. The path of transcendence means weakening the dominant persona, centering yourself in the authentic mind, and evolving from rebellion to transcendence. By practicing self-awareness, activating your energy centers, and letting go of your personal propaganda, you can reduce the power of the “I” and ego. Liberation comes from understanding the part you play in attracting difficulties and trauma, correcting it, and moving more quickly towards an appreciation of you’re a priori state of enlightenment. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 28 – You’re the Problem & the Solution
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains that freedom, truth, and divine love are pathways of recognition and reunion with the Self, but they can never be achieved as long you as the person who’s seeking is in the way and obscuring the truth. The authentic Self is already there; nobody can prevent you from being it except you and your mistaken belief that you’re the I and its manifestations: life strategies, karmic attachments, and desire for transient things. The journey comes to an end when you recognize that the journey was futile. Ep. 27 – Wake up; You’re Already Enlightened
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains that one way to transcend is by bringing Brahma and Atman into union, which only works when you understand that awareness is Brahma in action. Awareness never changes, so it has universal qualities. You are already enlightened, and nothing needs to be added, only the “dirt” in the form of karmic baggage, projections and attachments need to be removed. By centering in your field of awareness and releasing attachments, karmic baggage and projections, you shift from “not getting the benefits of your enlightenment” to actually experiencing them. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 26 – The Multi-verse, Interspace and Third State
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores a classification system used to describe realities that are ultimately fluid and indescribable. The divisions are artificial but they help create a workable structure for this kind of inner research. The system includes three fields: the Multi-verse, containing physical and non-physical universes; Interspace, holding known and unknown fields between these universes; and the Third State, the avenue to enlightenment that exists within everyone but is rarely recognized. Through working in the Third State, good and evil appear as duality that block permanent bliss, along with a precursor field from which they emerge. Beyond these lie states “Above” and “Below” the Multi-verse, the Third State, and Interspace. There are also Anti-fields, which resist existence, and Not-fields, representing non-existence, as in Vedanta’s great sleep where no space, time, or events exist. Existence, non-existence, and anti-existence operate in all spheres, mirroring the inner dynamics of the real self, the negating “I,” and the ego that defends it.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 25 – Enlightenment is a Step by Step Process
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses that on the path to self-realization, you must discern whether the field you yearn to merge with is composed of fields with universal or individual qualities. The ego and non-physical beings exploit weaknesses, offering false promises of quick liberation. True enlightenment is gradual be tested by distractions and challenges, and only when you remain centered – a process of learning, developing skills, and letting go. It requires sacrifice, unwavering focus, and the ability to resist deception. Ep. 24 – Awareness is the Key to Enlightenment
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the path of letting go of life strategies, assumptions, and plans in order to follow inner guidance with clarity. It explains that awareness and mind are linked but not the same: awareness watches the movie of the mind and never changes. Uniting Brahma with Atman only works when awareness is included, because awareness emerges with the creation of the universe. Brahma and awareness are the same, and Atman and universal consciousness are the same. By bringing awareness, Atman, and Brahma into unity, one discovers that awareness is eternal. Enlightenment is simply living within awareness without letting it become trapped in distorted fields. When awareness drifts, you bring it back, again and again, until you are getting more and more of the benefits of your a priori enlightenment. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 23 – Universal Feminine Energy
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the nature and importance of Universal Feminine Energy, the creative force known as Shakti. In the beginning, pure oneness divided into consciousness (Shiva) and energy (Shakti), giving rise to evolution and diversity. Universal feminine energy represents the sustaining power of life and carries universal qualities such as love, pleasure, and awareness, which never change. Humans exist as both universal and individual beings. When we identify with the individual self, trapped in linear – sequential time and the field of Maya, we block the flow of universal energy through our subtle system, leading to diminished joy, blocked emotions, and disassociation from the authentic self. By working on the subtle field these obstructions are removed, allowing Shakti’s energy to flow freely again; awareness deepens, intuition awakens, and life regains balance and purpose. We rediscover our Dharma, experience harmony with the world, and move naturally toward self-realization.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 22 – Transcending the ‘I’ Field
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores how the ‘I’ field binds awareness through dominant and subordinate personas that keep us locked in a filtered, unreal experience of life. When these identities dominate perception, your thoughts, feelings, and senses become aggregates of distorted energy so that reality itself is obscured and persuasion won’t reach you. Liberation requires steadily freeing parts of the mind, through discernment, mental discipline, and the yearning of the third heart. By this, the ego becomes a servant rather than ruler, and you ultimately recognize the universal self beyond the individual ‘I’.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 21 – Strong Boundaries Are Essential
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses boundaries – why we have them, why we need them, and how to strengthen them. Boundaries are the surfaces of our subtle fields of consciousness, energy, and etheric matter. Strong boundaries protect our sacred space, allowing only pure consciousness and energy with universal qualities to fill it. Weak boundaries let in projections and intrusions, making us think and feel what isn’t truly ours. Healthy boundaries prevent these influences and help excrete inner toxins, giving us the opportunity to stay centered. Strengthening boundaries begins by bringing awareness back into body space, and experiencing ourselves as we truly are.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 20 – Why Do Human Beings Dream?
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about dreams. They place us in the “sleep field,” part of Interspace – the same dimension we enter after death – where our subtle bodies interact with the non-physical universe. While scientists focus on brain function, the deeper reality is that humans, as interdimensional beings, need these dream states to learn about their true nature. In dreams, we may enter karmic fields or encounter projections from non-physical entities. Dreams can diagnose imbalances in our energy system, or manifest as lucid dreams, where we gain full awareness in non-physical dimensions. Flying dreams reflect liberation of the etheric body, while precognitive dreams show that dream time is not bound to linear-sequential time but can move forward or backward. Dreams are experiences in the non-physical universe. They are essential for health, spiritual growth, and the integration of our multi-dimensional being. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 19 – Self-Realization is a Function of Mind
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores how the authentic mind, in contrast to the individual mind and ego functions as the primary tool for self-realization. Everything in the journey of self-realization occurs within the mind, which can either facilitate or obstruct transcendence. The mind has multiple functions, including intent, will, desire, love, awareness, resistance, and rejection. These allow you to move forward, and protect yourself from negative influences, distorted energy, and manipulative relationships. By centering yourself in your authentic mind and then uniting your awareness with Atman you can transcend the limitations imposed by the individual mind and ego and experience Self-realization.The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 18 – Secrets of Energetic Healing
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about energetic healing and how to protect your subtle field from projections and distorted energies. It explains the necessity of being centered in your authentic mind – otherwise projections will suppress your efforts – it also provides practical tools like the prana box (and, for deeper levels, the bliss box) to isolate and release intrusions. Discernment is essential: you must identify whether an intrusion is a projection or entity and on which level (soul, spirit, transcendent) it entered, then apply the appropriate technique. With repeated practice, you get faster, clearer, and increasingly capable of healing your subtle field of consciousness and energy. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 17 – In Transition to the Next Yuga
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains the transition following the Kali Yuga, clarifying that the new Yuga has not yet begun, but that a 200–300 year period is underway. During this time, Shakti no longer supports distorted energies, entities, or self-limiting patterns. This creates both opportunity and conflict. Old structures grow desperate to hold on, while individuals who cling to the ego, self-importance, or outdated core values will struggle. Those who release these patterns, however, can receive Shakti’s support to grow into a more radiant state of consciousness and closer to enlightenment. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 16 – Is Free Will an Illusion?
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the paradox of free will, suggesting we appear to have free will before making choices, but ultimately, everything unfolds according to Universal Consciousness or Shakti’s will. Our sense of free will is shaped by conditioning, Karma, and programming, meaning most decisions or actions are not truly free. Enlightened masters, living in alignment with Dharma, don’t operate from personal will but from the will of the Divine. The facilitator’s role in spiritual growth is seen as natural within this system, comparable to any other influence in our lives – whether physical or energetic. The idea that Karma must be resolved step-by-step is also challenged, suggesting some aspects of it may be bypassed when one is truly ready for spiritual awakening. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 15 – Developing Mental Discipline
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains mental discipline as the key to spiritual stability and clarity. It emphasizes the importance of staying centered in your authentic mind and distinguishing authentic from inauthentic aspects. Mental discipline means not becoming the thinker of the thought or the feeler of the feeling, maintaining an inner empty space in body-awareness so distractions and doubts cannot take hold. By this, decisions become clear, and external influences lose their grip. Through consistent practice, this centered state grows stronger, allowing you to resist intrusions, maintain inner balance, and align more fully with the deeper union of Brahma and Atman. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 14 – Between Incarnations
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains that after death, beings enter a temporary realm called Interspace where they confront the karmic consequences of their lives. Souls carry mixed qualities, shaped by past actions such as violence or compassion, and may encounter teachings that help them grow. Some learn and progress toward non-harming, while others repeat destructive cycles over lifetimes. Ultimately, all is part of a divine drama between light and dark, orchestrated by Shiva and Shakti, where free will is only apparent. This cosmic play continues until enlightenment is reached. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 13 – Careful With Socializing
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses the dangers of careless speech and oversharing, as many problems arise from revealing too much or speaking without awareness. Instead, one should practice restraint, maintain boundaries, and interact lightly and respectfully without becoming entangled. Just as a young tree needs a fence for protection, those on the path of enlightenment must guard themselves until they develop discernment, discipline, and wisdom. With maturity, one can open up more wisely, recognizing the true nature of others and navigating relationships without losing balance or compromising inner growth. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 12 – Seven Levels of Enlightenment
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the seven levels of enlightenment, showing how each stage reduces the impact of suffering and external negativity while increasing bliss, detachment, and multidimensional awareness. The journey moves from early bliss with minor attachments, through deeper joy, inner focus, and union with all life, to participation in a community of enlightened beings, profound stillness, and finally complete oneness with Universal Consciousness beyond time or activity. It also explains that Bodhisattvas and Avatars operate outside this linear progression, able to access any level at will to fulfill their missions, preserve balance, and counter darkness so others can awaken more easily. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 11 – The Citadel Within Yourself
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast shows how negative thoughts and emotions like weakness, doubt, or paralysis do not arise from your true self but are projections that we have learned to internalize. Liberation begins by refusing to identify with them or to embody them, rejecting self-pity, and choosing discipline and self-reliance instead. By anchoring yourself in your inner “Citadel” – where authentic consciousness and universal energy remain untouched – you resist collapse and expand your inner strength. From this center, bliss and Shakti’s energy can radiate, empowering you to overcome obstacles and move steadily toward liberation. Ep. 10 – Why are so Many People Faking it?
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about why so many people seem unreal, exploring the roles of the I and the Ego. As interdimensional beings, we exist across physical and non-physical dimensions, and our resonance determines our experience in life and beyond. When centered in the authentic mind, we live in reality, guided by universal qualities. But attachments to thoughts, feelings, and projections from the field of Maya feed the Ego, making us more “fake.” The I develops in childhood, offering a sense of individuality, but also creating limitations. Choosing not to identify with the I preserves a universal identity and the ability to experience transcendence. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 09 – Stop the Push and Pull
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about how pushing and pulling consciousness and subtle energy disrupts your field of consciousness and energy, as well as your relationships, and spiritual evolution. Consciousness and subtle energy move up, down, in, and out and can take on masculine or feminine qualities. When you project consciousness and energy outward from the I or ego, you weaken your boundaries, disrupt other people, and hinder your spiritual growth. Spiritual adepts allow consciousness and energy to flow vertically through their subtle field. This strengthens their boundaries, activates the Kundalini-Sakti, it supports authentic awareness and well-being – and it creates deep and enduring connections without self-limiting attachments. These principles also apply to healing: real healing takes place when consciousness or energy with universal qualities radiates through the organs of the subtle field, without pushing or pulling, preserving the clarity and integrity of the process. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 08 – About Projections
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores how we either radiate nourishing, life-affirming energy from our authentic self or project self-limiting energy from the I and ego. These projections weaken relationships and intimacy. When we are centered in the authentic mind, our energy and consciousness radiate freely in all directions, nourishing those around us. This dynamic is not only present between people but also involves non-physical and interdimensional beings who interfere with spiritual progress, especially for those committed to self-realization. Shakti supported these entities during the Kali Yuga, and they served as spiritual obstacles meant to test the depth of one’s yearning for enlightenment. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 07 – Karma and Dharma
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses Karma and Dharma. Karma is the principle that every action has a consequence – what you put out into the world energetically returns to you, whether instantly or across lifetimes. Actions rooted in the ego or the I generate karmic baggage, which accumulates as distorted consciousness and energy, limiting one’s freedom and access to pleasure, love, intimacy, and joy. Dharma, often misunderstood as a job or role, is actually your spiritual purpose – how you align with universal consciousness and contribute to the evolution of life. Everyone shares a collective Dharma: the journey toward self-realization. While many jobs may not support Dharma directly, it can still be expressed through relationships, presence, and inner alignment. As we move forward, there is growing potential for people to recognize, align with, and embody their true Dharma more fully. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 06 – Making Death Your Ally
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about death, which is not an end but a shift. Your physical body falls away, yet your consciousness and subtle field remain intact within the multiverse. Between incarnations, you enter “interspace”, a realm shaped by your karmic state, containing fields like the death field, sleep field, and light body field. Spiritual practice allows you to access and purify these fields while alive, which expands your awareness, deepens your union with Gaia, supports spiritual evolution, and enhances everything from creativity to intimacy. Life and death aren’t opposites; they coexist within you, and your experience of either is determined by the clarity and radiance of your inner state. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 05 – Inauthentic vs. Authentic Emotions
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the topic of emotions. Inauthentic emotions arise from identification with the I and lead to attachment, whereas authentic emotions – like anger, fear, pain, and joy – can be experienced without attachment when they emerge directly from the chakras. There are three levels of emotional experience: soul (yogic system), spirit (Taoist system), and transcendence (hybrid), becoming increasingly subtle and refined. Spiritual masters cultivate discernment, refusing to engage with distorted or karmically inherited emotions. For them, bliss is not a feeling but a natural, radiant state of consciousness beyond personal identity. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 04 – The Yearning of the Third Heart
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the yearning of the third heart – Atman – which expresses itself as a longing for truth, freedom, and love. The yearning for truth involves removing self-deception and seeing yourself as you really are; the yearning for freedom is about releasing karmic baggage and moving your identity from the individual self (Jivatman) back into the universal self (Paramatman); and the yearning for love is not personal but a universal experience where you become love itself. All three yearnings connect at the highest level, and when centered in Atman, you experience bliss and recognize that diversity is only an appearance. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 03 – Trapped in Duality?
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses the concept of duality, explaining it emerged with the evolutionary process of separation in the universe. While duality is necessary for the existence of the physical world, with humans being trapped in it through, for example, old karma, attachments, and non-physical beings we can transcend it through spiritual practices, experiencing oneness with Universal Consciousness, and following Dharma. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis. Ep. 02 – Self-Liberation
This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about self-liberation as taught in Vedanta, which means freeing oneself from attachments to the individual self (Jivatman) and identifying with the universal self (Paramatman). Liberation occurs by letting go of these attachments and getting centered in fields with universal qualities, like love, intimacy, joy, and bliss. The episodes of the Inner Awareness Podcast were recorded during seminars, which take place on a regular basis.
