We all must fight that urge to quit, why because it is always a option. Success is hard work and it begins when you make a choice , that ability to decide that you no longer going to allow your emotions to rob you of the opportunity to have the life you want, that is real freedom something that cannot be purchased with money very few poeple get to experience life in that way.

Many people are trapped inside their own trauma, brought about as a result of trauma and suffering, one Ghuru once said if you are worried and troubled about what happened n yesterday or yesterday year you are suffering your push in the present, if you are equally worried about your future your are suffering your future denying yourself the joy of now.

If becoming successful is so easy why are so many of us not successful, instead of developing joy we create stress and trauma, only when we are no longer in a position to control the outcome are we at peace with the world.

Africa is no longer depending on the West or South for cultural, economic and social realization. Africa is begining to understand it's role in the world, will you part of this rebirth. A United Africa 🌍

We as a culture have shaped this world we live in. Filled it with material things that looses it's value so quickly, and we give ourselves so much credit for work we have not done. Look at Corporate world, those who put in the least get rewarded the most. The beautiful world our creator has given us we are destroying it thru our desire to have every need met, every desire catered for. We are living in the world we have created. If the world is violent it's because we are, if the world is selfish it's because we are .

The way we behave when no one is watching is our true self, doing what is right even when it's not popular. What is your value? Have you been compromised.. What did you give up to be where you are.

The ills that exist in the world is made so because we refuse to activate our humanity, it is our refusal to escape from the prison of our pain and suffering that makes us un desirable. We must begin to see to humanity in ourselves, acknowledge our vulnerability to change this world.

The works we put in every day defines our reality, of we live in a world where all of who we are is to take for ourselves, and keep for ourselves then we live a life that is limited, for the investment you make in others is also a investment in you. The gift of life by itself puts us in a position to change the world as it is, but we can only change what we acknowledge. It's not up to us to judge others but to show them a different way exist

That feeling of helplessness is like a cloud hanging over our head's. Sucking all the life out of us, denying us the opportunity to live a limitless life. It is only when we get in front of our pain, we reveal what is hidden that we begin to heal.

How do we change the world when we don't know who we are.What impact can we make of we are struggling to answer this question who am I, so much pain and suffering is being accepted because we want to shape the world around our own narrative, everyone must be like us, think like us and when they don't we reject their humanity we label them and we plot to destroy them. When we should view it as a opportunity to learn and become enlightened.

In many life events we will be faced with situations that test our resolve. In many ways it is also evaluating our ability to apply what we have learned from our past experiences. Many choose to be victims, and they continue to engineer a life that support their belives. You can however take back your power, by allowing your past to teach you instead of judge you, on this way you are activating creativity and innovation to "make lemonade with lemmons "as they say

It's all good to be positive when everything is going to plan. But what do we do when it does not go according to our plan. When we don't get the yes, when the outcome we seek is delayed, how do we stay committed, many of us give up in the part of the race we call" the in between".Powerfull ....

Our scripture depicts the cross as a powerful statement in the Christian life, it's a message that Christ sends to the world that he was willing to give his life for our imperfections, a true measure of faith. Accepting suffering as the price for glory, not submission and obedience.

The man child must realize his potential, to align his life with the right set of actions, attitude and behavior to live long and prosper, how many times he fails is irrelevant, what counts is how he preserves what God has already given him, because only God can judge man after this life is done, for this life that was given

Often you hear how people complain about missing out on life and having to give something up for a cause, well God does not present you with challenges and often gets blamed when your own desires do not manifest, know this God is the same God he will never change..

We are often unaware of how we contaminate the safe spaces in our lives, bringing with us childhood trauma and negative experiences, ignoring the fact that we are now in the present and must act accordingly. The past is always present because make it so, we don't change.

We often hear people say the more things change the more they stay the same, this is because as humans we fear the unknown, transition therefore avoided, robbing us of the opportunity to do great things in life

The past must be recognized as the most valued resource we have to study human behavior and allowing evolution to happen, if there is no past there is no future. Recognizing the past allows for us to understand progression and urgency of change why it is necessary and required for our survival.

One reality never spoke about when leadership as a diccipline is being discussed is that leaders get it wrong, this can build or destrot a organization.

The idea of self is often shaped by our interaction with the physical world, we mistakenly attach ourselves to the roles we are entrusted with and this leads us on a coalition path with reality, when these roles are removed as it should always be expected we become unstable and depressed. Our experience as children shape our perspective as adults, confidence is developed over time, it is available to everyone but only used by some. A parents job is not easy, it is perhaps the most important job you will ever have the pleasure and privelage to do.

Our dreams was bold and big when we where little, we did not have any desire to be confined to one reality, we did not listen to cannot, we got bruised and broken bones tell a tail but we where resiliant because we did not know anything. Now we are scared of everything eventhough we have more information what we need is access our freedom is confined to the idea that we will die and no one will know we where here.

The notion that successful people are selfmade is nonsense, no one becomes successful by themselves, everyone needs a tribe. Find your tribe

There is a fair degree of suspicion when change is implemented. When there is opposing views and the stakes are high, we show up as our worst self. We don't listen to understand we listen to respond.

Who told you to chase success, who benefits from your relentless persuit of more money, more wealth and more recognition. Success and happiness is not a destination its a lifestyle it's a compilation of falling down and getting up, refusing to go down and stay down. Eventually you win

Happiness is available to eveyone, we must dis connect from the idea that having more means you are more.

What is success to you, is it about how you compare to your peers. Or is it how committed you are to achieving personal goals.

We are all guilty of holding on to thoughts of revenge and hatred because others have hurt us, we must begin to let go and let love take over, we exist because of love. We will be remembered because of how we loved and what we loved.

Over 30 years the model of what human dignity is has undergone significant changes, many of us have become obsessed with class, status and wealth so much so that we forget to smell the roses and say thank you to our creator for waking us up. We have become addicted to living in the future constantly ignoring the present we have destroyed value build over decades all in the name of progress

The world gives us a title and a name, we believe it and it consumes us, locking us into a life influenced by our past ,limited by our inability to escape the collective.

Hiring the right people is important, hiring the right leaders is crucial, good organization loose talented people because of poor leadership.

Many of us are guilty of only telling the good story, intentionally leaving out the struggle and failure, creating a false narrative of life, does allowing more misunderstanding and future problems.

The more we rely on history to guide our decision the more we will repeat the failures of the past
