Oneness Meditation; mystical experience sharing (#010)

Over the past 6 months, I've had a series of what I have deemed mystical experiences in the sense that I've been able to tap into beautiful states of being that reach far beyond what I thought possible. I haven't really known how to talk about them or share them with anyone because they have gone so far beyond words. Despite this, I still have found myself wanting to share this feeling with others. Today, I attempt to do just that in this meditation. Beginning with relaxation and segwaying into non-dual affirmations, I take you into this world with me that I am learning more about every day. Enjoy!

How to Alchemize our Emotions from Pain to Peace #008

Hello beautiful people 🌞 this is one of my favorite podcasts I have ever recorded. In the following episode, I teach you all a beautiful process I've learned over the past year--how we can turn our pain and suffering into peace and joy. I believe that every negative emotion we feel is an opportunity for us to move into deeper peace; deeper alignment with our most authentic selves. If we can learn to hold ourselves, honor the suck-iness of the pain radically and listen closely, we can make the changes we need to human being in a way that brings us more peace and joy; in a way that feels more like us. As my therapist says, pain is simply where the Love wants to enter. If you want to find a clearer picture of the chart, it will be pinned on my instagram!https://www.instagram.com/__jayesha_/Enjoy ◡̈

    Episode #4 w/ Joshua Bundschu

After I graduated college, I seriously contemplated living and studying as a Zen Buddhist monk under a Master. Despite deciding against it, I have always wondered how my life would look different if I had chosen the monastic life.Joshua Bundschu dmm'ed me on Instagram after listening to last week's episode on Hypnotherapy, and I had never spoken with him before. He said that he was intrigued by the podcast, and actually felt an intuitive pull to ask if I'd be open to having him on as a guest. He told me that he had studied under a Daoist Master in Taiwan for 2 years, and--like me--was just beginning to share his journey and perspective with others. I was intrigued for obvious reasons, and after sitting with the thought deduced that it felt right energetically as well. This is the first conversation Joshua and I have ever had, and the beginning of a friendship. I hope you enjoy ◡̈ Joshua's instagram:https://www.instagram.com/joshuabundschu/

My Experiences with Past Life Hypnotherapy

Ever since studying and living in Asia for 6 months in 2022, I have been fascinated with the idea of how widely accepted the notion of reincarnation is in some cultures. This curiosity led me to more heavily research the topic, discovering that many children (typically between the ages of 2-5) all around the world report having memories of previous lifetimes. This is so frequent in fact, that the University of Virginia opened up its own research institute to study the phenomena. This research of mine broadened with the discovery that there is a certain sect of psychotherapy called Past Life Hypnotherapy. As several American psychiatric practitioners in the late 20th century began revisiting the use of hypnosis as a means to heal their patients, some of the patients under hypnosis began discussing traumatic memories from what appeared to be different lifetimes. This is the story of how I got interested in the field and my own individual experiences with Past Life Hypnotherapy--including a snippet from myself being hypnotised.I hope you enjoy ◡̈  Additional Resources:Brian Weiss:https://www.brianweiss.comDolores Canon:https://dolorescannon.comSarah Breskman Kosme:https://www.theholistichypnotist.comUniversity of Virginia School of Medicine—Division of Perceptual Studies (Reincarnation)https://med.virginia.edu/perceptual-studies/our-research/children-who-report-memories-of-previous-lives/Rose Meenach (Cincinnati, Ohio based QHHT practitioner)https://bloomintegrativehealing.comFind a QHHT practitioner near youhttps://members.qhhtofficial.com/find-a-practitioner/

    On the nature of pain

Hello beautiful humans 🌚🌞This is a podcast just to remind of the myriad of ways in which everything is going to be okay. I believe it is our relationship to pain, our resistance to pain, that paints a picture in our head that we could ever not be okay. But in coming to understand what pain really is, we can see the reality that it presents before us; that within pain is a coded message of who we really are. I share with you a practice that has become an active part of my life--being grateful for times that life sucks. I hope you enjoy this podcast ◡̈
