Journey Through the Nevi’im and Ketuvim with Hillel Gross began in mid-2021 in The Gevurah Shul in Lower Manhattan. This is a daily shiur after morning services and is roughly 15-25 minutes each weekday.The Nevi’im (נְבִיאִים) is the second major book of the Tanach, between the Torah (instruction) and Ketuvim (writings). The Nevi’im are divided into two groups. The Nevi’im Rishonim (First Prophets) consists of the narrative books of Yehoshua, Shoftim, Shmuel Aleph, Shmuel Bet, Melachim Aleph and Melachim Bet; while the Nevi’im Acharonim (Latter Prophets) include the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and the Twelve Minor Prophets.
