KP HouseCalls- Broadcast from East Bay

Join Kaiser Permanente (KP) physicians and clinicians as they host a patient centered broadcast called KP HouseCalls. This is a virtual communication platform created for our communities experiencing a gap in health care. The program allows everyone to learn how to prevent and manage health conditions and ask questions during recorded sessions. Our goal is to create conversation around making healthy lifestyle choices, self- advocacy, and best practices in the prevention of chronic disease.
