    Talent is overrated and hard work is under rated. We talked about talent that is portrayed in media and how that these people put in the hours to be where they are. From Bill Gates to Good Will Hunting, we on how one's aptitude is just a factor to many in the scheme of success. Once someone has reached an IQ of somewhere around 120, having addi­tional IQ points doesn't seem to translate into any mea­ surable real-world advantage. (Malcolm Gladwell, Outliers). (Mistakenly said that 130 is the same as 100).

    We talked about how we can influence with the power of social media, your friends and how we get influence from; parents, friends, and social media. We discussed on the positive and negative side on the power of influence in our daily lives

    Privilege

    Special Guest : Ramdan! We talked about the privilege that we faced as Singaporeans. And also about the privilege of the 2 races in Singapore; Chinese and Malay. We gave our thoughts on what we can do to help, given the advantage we have. Giving back to society and not complaining were the suggestions we talked about. This is just our opinions on our perception of privilege. Take this with a grain of salt.

    Passion

    Me and Mark, or Mark and I, was discussing on the topic on passion. DO you really find a passion that you think you wana sacrifice for, or is it just a hobby? Can you make a hobby profitable and into a business, or you have tried enough to say that this is not meant for you. Hear us out and let us know by replying in the anchor app or not!

    Locus of Control

    Was listening to a Tai Lopez show podcast, and it is all about a locus of control. Locus of control has two types of: internal and external. Internal locus of control is your successes and failures are from your actions while external is blaming it to factors that you have no control over it. And both internal and external have its pros and cons. It is a double edged sword when it comes to different kinds of situation. Moreover, we talked about emotional labels in a workplace and the surface and internal parts of organisational behaviours. However, we are just a bunch of young guys sharing our thoughts. Take this podcast's views and discussion with a grain of salt.
