Martha Matters

Predictions for this season give us a few months to prepare. We're hoping for Sahara Dust to come to the rescue keeping hurricanes at bay. Steering currents are another help becasue when they're in place, they keep the hurricanes on track so we have more insight on where they'll land - or not. Martha says she'll know more of a long-range prediciton in a few weeks. 

Security is a prime issue in today's world. The recent White House Correspondent's Dinner is a valid conclusion to look at with what needs to be done in politics in the USA. 

Bill Clinton gave a conference backing President Trump's decisions on the Middle East. Former President Clinton commended Trump for doing what he - Clinton - failed to initiate during his term in office. That news is welcome. It keeps us feeling better about what's happening now. Gas pricies and the stock market apparently agreed!

The far left agenda is pushing for a federal shutdown. ICE is on the front lines taking abuse. Respect for policing agencies is tettering. Why aren't people being held accountable for their actions v. the policing agencies?

Voting to stop the looming federal shutdown is key. Calling your congressman or representative will get your voice heard. Using ICE and FEMA as the forefront to politic this issue is shameful and not in keeping with what our congress is elected to do.

Processed food is another casualty to be mindful of. Use the "Once-in-a-While" mindest eating chips, soda, cakes, cookines and the like.

Looking at past political campaigns to make the world a better place for all, should lend knowledge and consistency on how to accomplish future plans regardless who takes credit rather than cutting it apart. 

Trying to find money to save and then invest can be mind boggling, but breaking it down to a mere $10/week isn't. That $10-15 can turn into a $300,000 nest egg if the investment stay put and the years add up. Leave it alone Martha says and you'll be happy, happy, happy. Also, be mindful of all your options.

The New Year is upon us and what's in store seems to be good news for all of us. Mortgage rates, that Big Beautiful Bill, semi-tech jobs, and the stock market all look good for the next 12 months. Let's get going celebrating!
