Ep #6 - Alison Mirams FIGURING OUT: Success Attitudes, Leadership Mindset, & Leading Change in Construction

It takes courage to stand for something that many people let alone an industry, doesn't seem to agree with. But that's what Alison Mirams is doing in construction. She is one of the few CEO's of a tier 1 construction company (now Board of Director, you'll find out why in this episode), and she's not afraid of change.I can't explain to you guys how hard I fan gurled when I had this conversation with Alison. She is one of my biggest inspirations, and every other interview of Alison's that I've listened to, has injected me with so much motivation and belief that there might be a light at the end of this tunnel.I wanted to unpack and learn how Alison Mirams figured out her path to success and what drove her to take accountability and leadership in enforcing change to the construction industry. She boldly tenders projects on a 5 day working week when most other companies tender on 6 days (and expects their teams to work 6 days a week). She boldly set up her project teams for flexibility when many in the industry don't believe it's realistic for the project success...I loved this conversation with her, and I hope you all get something out of it too!Like this episode if it gives you tingles heheComment and message me with your thoughts, and of course share the episode with your mates 💖Sincerely,Stephanie---Connect with me ✨https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephaniequyennguyen/https://www.instagram.com/stephaniequyennguyen/What should I cover in the next episode? For the ambitious who want more — not just more success, but more meaning. Each episode breaks down the real stories, strategies, and mindset shifts behind building a life, career, and business that feel aligned and powerful.
