Mental Health is Wealth
by Clark Masterson
Just a 20 something year-old trying their best to maintain their mental during this pandemic. Through reflection, I've realized my own mental health has hindered my progress and enjoyment of life. My goal is to change these negative thoughts caused by anxiety through documenting my day to day ups and downs. If my words help even one person to reassess how they view themselves and their goals, then this will be all worth it.
