Today we are learning another important part of the conscious mind.Your conscious mind has the power to accept an idea or reject it.That means when a thought comes into your mind, you do not have to keep it. You can decide:“Yes, I want to believe that.”or“No, I do not want that thought.”

Today we are learning about another important part of the conscious mind: the part that adds meaning to what happens to us. Did you realize that you have a choice on how you want to feel about what happens to you in your life. Episode 61- Mid-life Mommy- Stickman
Most people don’t fail because they aren’t smart. They fail because they’ve never been taught how success actually works. The definition of success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal. All you have to do today is take one step to move to your goal. I read The Jackrabbit Factor by Leslie Householder. That book introduced me to a concept she teaches called The Stickman. The idea originally came from Dr. Thurman Fleet and was later taught by Bob Proctor.

This is the Testimony of my Sister Cindy Jackson, with her singing one of your favorite songs by Janice Kapp Perry Song of Testimony. I was lucky enough to get it when she wasn't looking. Her voice is not what it used to be but she didn't let her brain tumor or cancer stop her from doing what she loved. In all the trials that she had in life. She never once turned away from God! She knew his plan and knew she needed to just believe and trust in him.

Episode 57- Mid-Life Mommy- Laughter is the Best Medicine
From Google: "What causes you to laugh?Laughter starts with activation of the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, which produces endorphins that are intended to alleviate pain.
