As we end the year we look at three characters from scripture and see how they made poor decisions when they embraced the wrong character qualities in their life. Then we will see how to exchange those poor qualities for the beautiful gifts that God desires for us through a relationship with Christ.

In this series we will look at how Jesus challenges his followers to allow deep LOVE for God, others and even enemies to be the story that plays out in the everyday actions of our lives.This week we study Matthew 5:43-48  and Jesus' command to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. Loving enemies is nothing short of supernatural and we will look at how Jesus provides the tools of love and prayer to overcome hatred, pride, anger and intolerance.

In this series we will look at how Jesus challenges his followers to allow deep LOVE for God, others and even enemies to be the story that plays out in the everyday actions of our lives.This week we study Luke 10:25-37 and the command to love our neighbors as ourselves. Loving others is more than just a general respect for one another. Instead it is the steady flow of compassion and mercy that breaks through manmade barriers and prejudices. 

In this series we will look at how Jesus challenges his followers to allow deep LOVE for God, others and even enemies to be the story that plays out in the everyday actions of our lives.This week we study Mark 12:28-30 and the command to love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. Loving God is more than just being thankful for what he does for us, it is also responding in love in ways that spread his love to others.
