The Family Church That Cares!

You Are The Joseph God Has Called
Families were formulated before the church. In today's episode we look into fulfilling the purpose God has called you for, by understanding that family is God's primary system for preserving covenant, carrying destiny, and revealing Himself in the earth. Every Joseph has a purpose, and purpose has less to do with you but more with God's people. Christ preserved us at the table, now we preserve one another in the family. So, we ought to ask ourselves honestly - Am I consuming family or preserving it? Key scriptures are Genesis 1:22-23, Genesis 45:5-8

Any Minute Now
The problem is not the power; it's the vessel containing the power. Key scriptures are Judges 6:36-40, John 11:43, Mark 5:14, Romans 8:11, Genesis 1:1-2, Acts 1:2-4. The power comes and we experience it, but we lose it because we are leaking. In today's episode we look into how to prepare ourselves to be ready to receive the power because when God speaks readiness determines outcome. We look into three main points: 1. The encounter is not the problem, readiness is. 2. Lazarus moment- power is present, but your response is required. 3. Hosting the power- You cannot be prepared by humans for a Godly thing. We have learnt visitation, now we must learn habitation. How you get ready for resurrection power is by knowing His voice.

Where Are Your Accusers Now
When you embrace discomfort, you learn discomfort and what you learn you can teach. Key scriptures are John 8:1-11, Romans 8:33. The problem with accusations is that it attempts to make the past permanent. Your accusers know the law, but they don't know the Lord. God uses what is tested so embrace the trials and challenges because it means that you are called. Comfort is not destiny. In the pressing and trials, stand in the word of God. it's about the consistency of faith and not the consistency of your abilities. Jesus doesn't begin with defence; He begins with freedom.

This Changes Everything
True hope in Christ is through understanding the resurrection because Christ's resurrection says hope is rational. Key scriptures are Philippians 3:10-11, Acts 2:24, Ecclesiastes 3:19-20, 1Corinthians 15:17, Colossians 1:18, Ephesians 1:19-20. When you know the power inside of you don't open your mouth for everything because even when Jesus was accused, He remained silent. Faith is not irrational; faith is beyond rational. Christianity exists not because Jesus taught well but because Jesus lives. When you go through death, you have the chance to birth something new because what appears final is not necessarily ultimate

The Passion Of The King
They killed the Man, but they couldn't kill the King. Christ didn't just suffer- He fulfilled. Key scriptures - Luke 24:26, Luke 22:44, Isaiah 53:10, Matthew 26:49, Psalm 41:9, Isaiah 53:7, Isaiah 50:6, Isaiah 53:5, Genesis 3:18 and Psalm 22:18. In this episode we look into the deeper meaning of why easter is important and what does it mean to celebrate it. Every moment of the passion carries meaning, fulfils prophecy, revels the kingdom and forms Christ in us. To fully understand this, we embark on the passion journey by touching on key aspects: 1. Gethsemane- pain prepares purpose. 2. Betrayal- even betrayal fulfils prophecy. 3. False Accusations- He remained silent. 4. The scourging- by His stripes we are healed. 5. Crown of thorns- the King absorbs the consequence of sin. 6. Divided garments- nothing is random in redemption. Even small details fulfil scripture. Don't go through your test questioning God but thank God for preparing you for kingship through the test.

God's Grand Master Plan
Key scriptures are Acts 8:30-31, Acts 9:1-18. God does not only inform minds, He reforms lives. In today's episode we look into how every Paul was once a Saul. Saul was found in the house of Judas - a powerful irony of grace. There is power in not hiding who you used to be, for you remember how far salvation has brought you. Your days of Saul shaped you. Doctrine may not be important right now until the enemy's doctrine comes into your home. The carpenter's Son is still making men. Christ has come.

The Doctrine Of The Church.
Christ does not only call- but He also makes. Key scriptures are Acts 8:30-31, Matthew 4:19, Hebrews 6:1-2. Every church has a structure- God is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. In today's episode in order to understand the doctrine of the church, we go into four points touching on the manifesto of the church which are: 1. To be holy (Acts 2:42)- a church without fire becomes a museum and a church with fire becomes an altar. 2. Haven/Heaven- the church must be a safe haven and a place of healing. 3. Wholesome formation- the church forms the whole person and doctrine shapes thinking, living and identity. 4. A learning house- Where believers are taught scripture, wisdom, discernment and discipleship.

Me, Myself and I
Key scriptures: Acts 8:24, 1Timothy 4:16, Genesis 5:1. Christians find themselves most of the time following the performance of the healer and not the healer Himself. In this episode we dive deep into doctrine and understanding that doctrine is God explaining reality. It tells us who God is and it tells us who we are. Doctrine must answer these 3 levels of doctrine: me, myself and I. There are gifts God has put in you that are able to place you in treasure and if you want to excel in your gift, don't go where you are praised but go where you are rebuked and receive positive criticism

Pick It Up Again
We tend to find ourselves asking the question - What has fallen in my walk with Christ. You might not be men's preference, but you are God's purpose. In this episode, the scripture comes from Ruth 3: 1-11. We focus onto 3 main points which are:1. Every Ruth needs a Naomi- Naomi will remind you of your purity.2. The threshing floor - Ask God to fortify you in the threshing floor. 3. When pain breaks you learn the art to pray- you stay even when life embarrassed.

When Love Hurts
The purest form of love is your preparedness to die for someone else. In this episode, the scripture comes from Hosea 3:1-3. We learn about the value of love and what to do when hurts. Love does not merely forgive. Love redeems. You can't enter covenant and still want to listen to your voice. The bible says the greatest sin is disobeying the holy spirit

Relationship Goals
It is so easy for Christians to complain in the very blessing they prayed for. In this episode we focus on loving according to Christ by looking into five main points: love speaks, love pursues, love delights, love is exclusive, love endures. The aim of this message is to make people uncomfortable in their comfortable place.

Know The Source
In today's episode it's all about knowing that God is the source of blessings. The source doesn't deal with individuals, but it deals with power. It sustains all things and life. It is all God's power. The source is faithful. We read from James 1:17-20. We touch on how in life consequences matters more than the decision. We also speak about God's unchanging nature and just how God remains steadfast despite our fickle nature.

Just Do It !
In today's episode we are continuing with back to faith from James 1:22-27. Get back to your passion for faith. We look into what are the things that excite your faith such as your talent, gift and functionality. If your faith lacks experience it will lack passion. The more you read the word the more it reveals the person inside of you. We must master the art of doing things not because we want to, but because the Bible commands it.
