One Way

Recorded during a visit to Pastor Tom Nomeland’s church in Minnesota, this episode shows that being a pastor is much harder than it appears. He explains that pastors spend much of their time counseling people through grief, conflict, and personal struggles, not just leading Sunday services. The role can feel stressful and lonely because pastors are expected to stay strong for others while handling criticism and high expectations. Despite the challenges, Pastor Nomeland says the work is rewarding because he helps people grow spiritually and find hope.
