And spoke of the synergy we made with our gifts and our light in a shared space.They encircled us for this meditation, lifting us to the angelic realms, from where we grounded into the center of the earth. Anchored and centered in our hearts, a soft heart light opened This light gently made its way through our centers in a circuit, working more with some centers than others - depending on our individual needs. The light offered the opportunity for healing support where we could feel its activityThe 'grace-light of the heart' landed back in the heart, to run as part of the energy we are carrying throughout our days. A few of us noticed the softness in the quality of this energy, which when we asked, was of 'Ma' - the Divine Mother Archetype within us. Anchoring PracticeTo return to the quality we opened to in this short meditation, we simply hold the awareness of the heart flower for a moment.
