​This member has extensive experience of leading workshops on the Spiritual Principles, Steps, Traditions and Concepts of OA.

A panel of members share their life changing results of working the 12 Steps and their miracles of recovery: All hope abounds in OA.

This long term member is from Europe and has been active in SF and online, doing service internationally. Working her program directly from the Big Book, OA, and her HP keep her abstinent while embracing and accepting her sexuality, experiencing the death of her partner, and other “life on life’s terms” challenges.

Join 3 young people as they share their experience, strength and hope and how they use these basics of the program for their recovery and to build their everyday lives.

Incorporating the 12 Steps into simple yoga postures: practicing body movement to open the door to a deeper exploration of the Twelve Steps.

Experiencing body image in ways that support recovery: holding the space for our bodies and spiritual selves. 

A long term member sharing the spiritual aspects of the program and how to integrate them into daily practice and service. 

Using the Steps and principles of OA as prompts for creating visual images. Gather materials you can use for the workshop: markers, paint, scissors, glue, magazines, pencils, paper, calendar. 

A passionate Recovered Compulsive Overeater and Bulimic who will share her experience with the Steps and the technical specifics of her recovery.  

Celebrate diversity with the common solution that binds us. A panel of members with food behavior issues, including anorexic/bulimic, experience the recovery and hope found in OA. 

A European member will share about Spiritual Disciplines and her part in growing and staying recovered for good and all, despite what is going on in the world around us.
