God faithfulness was exhibited by seating Jesus at His right after His resurrection. The reality of the resurrection confirms that the Father did not abandon the Son. In the same way, God promises that He will not abandon us since we have all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

What He allots in life is enough. Therefore, our joy comes from God’s guidance and presence throughout all seasons and paths of life.

In this moments God gives us room to cry out to Him. In this season, worship is our crisis plan so that we don’t lean on what is temporary and ineffective. Rather, we lean on God and trust Him to turn things around as we turn to Him.

    Text: Psalm 132:1-18 Date: 17 March 2025 Place: Dale City Church of Christ Synopsis: Psalm 132 emphasizes David’s devotion to keep God central in his life. The ark of the covenant is celebrated as a physical symbol of God’s presence. Since the ark led Israel into battle, representing God’s presence, David found it appropriate that the ark should also have a central position in Jerusalem. He teaches us that our devotion to God should be visible through all seasons of life.

David demonstrates that worship is continual and communal.

The plan of man cannot overturn the will of God. Joseph’s life is evidence that though God is not the author or evil, God draws good out of evil and will ultimately conquer evil.

A man with a demon-possessed openly shared how his ongoing family trauma pressed against his desire to trust God. While he doubted, the Scribes debated, and the crowd deliberated, Jesus pointed out the means to a deeper faith that is able to transform our lives.

The text teaches that when God chastens is, God does so in love so that we can return to our intended purpose.
