I' ve been up to absolutely nothing this whole quarantine month so here is a new episode for yall! I answer a few questions that stood out to me.  What have you guys been up to this quarantine season??

ANXIETY: a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. PANICK ATTACK: Sudden episode of intense fear or anxiety and physical symptoms, based on a perceived threat rather than imminent danger. I’m still coping with my anxiety and panick attacks, it is so surreal for me to even be typing this out , but it affected me in so many ways. I’ve been treating myself with home remedies such as peppermint oil, lavender oil, cbd, books, teas, breathing techniques and PRAYER. Mental health is soooo important if you need a day, TAKE A DAY.

This is my first ever podcast and I am so excited to finally grow the courage to post it! :) I'm getting out of my comfort zone and trying something completely different for once.  Episode 1 is simply a small introduction to prepare you guys for all the fun and interesting podcasts that I will be uploading, Since our daily lives have been extremely impacted by this shelter at place shit, I need to vent... and what better place to do so than on a podcast, Are yall ready? ;)
