We kick off this episode looking forward to our upcoming Easter services! A wonderful time of year! Adam starts off with some fun Easter trivia for the fellas before we jump onto this week’s song review. Mr. Nostalgia picked us an oldie but goodie, “Lord Prepare Me to be a Sanctuary, a song you’ve sung many times. We keep the setting in the olden days for our main topic, which is discussing 3 hymns from each of us! It was fun to remember church growing up and see the Lord at work hundreds of years ago. The fellas open the show recapping Palm Sunday at church, the hilarious kids choir, and the blessing it is to be persecuted for Christ. This week’s song review is “Praise” by Elevation Worship. Praise is a very popular song from 2022 and we break it down musically and lyrically. For our main subject we review the new Hillsong Worship album “Great I Am”. This week’s song review is the classic “Above All” by Michael W Smith in 2002. A song with a bit of controversy that we touch on. It stormed in Iowa! What’s new? Josiah and Adam sadly didn’t have church yesterday but Caleb did! He shares how his sermon and service went and we share about what we would’ve done in Iowa had to had church. We review the song “O Praise The Name (Anastasis)” by Hillsong. A wonderful song and perfect for the Easter season. In the main segment we all rank our top 5 Easter songs as we prepare for Easter Sunday!
