EP 21: How to Build Resilience Through Trials and Seasons of Waiting

Resilience isn't about pretending you're strong or pushing through pain—it's about learning how to endure hardship, heal honestly, and keep moving forward with faith and hope, even when life feels overwhelming. In this episode, we talk about what it really means to build resilience through trials and long seasons of waiting. Sabrina shares personal experiences and practical, faith-based tools that have helped her grow stronger—not by avoiding pain, but by understanding it, bringing it to God, and allowing Him to meet her in weakness. You'll learn how to: Understand your emotions and identify what's really happening beneath the surface Communicate your needs and ask for help instead of isolating Practice honest lament and bring your pain directly to God Rely on God's strength when your own feels depleted Wait on the Lord with courage, patience, and renewed trust Rooted in Scripture and real-life faith, this episode reminds us that resilience isn't just about bouncing back—it's about growing through what you've been through. As we learn more about God's character, we become less fearful of the unknown and more confident in His ability to sustain us, even when the path ahead looks different than we expected. If you're walking through a hard season, feeling weary, or longing to feel stronger in your faith while you wait, this episode is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and take one small step toward healing and renewed strength. EP 21: Satisfied at Last: How to Access The Freedom of Full Surrender

What if the peace, contentment, and satisfaction your soul has been craving were never meant to be found in things, answered prayers, changed circumstances, or a different season of life? In this episode, we explore what it truly means to surrender—not as giving up, but as stepping into the deepest form of freedom and fulfillment available to us. Drawing from Psalm 63, I share how a satisfied soul is not built on outcomes, but on intimacy with Jesus. Together, we walk through four life-changing steps: Knowing Jesus personally — not just knowing about Him Trusting Him deeply, even when life doesn't make sense Surrendering fully, releasing control, timelines and expectations Experiencing the ultimate satisfaction that only Christ can give This episode is especially for the woman who feels weary, disappointed, or restless in her spirit—who loves God but still feels empty, longing, or unsure how to find peace in the waiting. If you've been searching for satisfaction everywhere else and coming up empty, this episode will gently lead you back to the only place your soul was ever meant to rest. 🤍 "My soul will be satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you." — Psalm 63:5 Join, or learn more about, The Faith Reset!

EP 20: How to Reset Your Faith & Confidence When God Still Hasn't Answered Your Prayer

How to Reset Your Faith & Confidence When God Still Hasn't Answered Your Prayer What do you do when you've prayed faithfully… and God still hasn't answered the way you hoped? In this episode, Sabrina shares her personal journey of learning how to reset her faith in the middle of long seasons of waiting, disappointment, and unanswered prayers. This conversation is for the woman who loves God but feels weary, distant, or unsure how to keep trusting Him when the outcome she's praying for hasn't come. You'll hear practical and deeply honest reflections on: Recognizing and renouncing the lies that quietly create distance from God How lament can become the bridge from pain to deeper intimacy with Jesus Learning to separate the outcome you're praying for from your relationship with God What it looks like to pursue Jesus even when He doesn't do what you expect Finding true satisfaction and peace in God's presence, not in answered prayers Rooted in Scripture and real-life faith, this episode is an invitation to stop forcing hope and start rebuilding trust—right where you are. It's not about fixing your faith, but resetting it with honesty, surrender, and renewed confidence in who God is. EP 19: Didn't Get Your Christmas Miracle? Here's what God Might Be Doing Instead.

Didn't get the Christmas miracle you were hoping for? The answered prayer. The breakthrough. The moment you quietly believed this might finally be your year? In this episode, we're talking honestly about what it feels like when Christmas comes—and the miracle you prayed for doesn't. We'll explore the story of Mary and Elizabeth in Luke 1 and what it teaches us about waiting on God, trusting Him when the path feels confusing, and recognizing His work even when it looks nothing like we expected. This episode highlights: Why disappointment can quietly shake your faith The difference between protecting your heart and trusting God What Mary's teaches us about faith before the miracle How God may be working in your waiting, even now If you're tired of forcing hope, pretending you're okay, or wondering what God is doing in this season, this episode is for you. EP: 4 Why you SHOULDN'T prepare for the worst, while you wait...

In theory, trying to prepare for the worst case scenario will seemingly make it easier to handle if it does happen. The problem with this way of thinking is that is actually doesn't make things any better. In fact, it just prolongs your pain. In this episode, I highlight my own experience with pessimism (how unhelpful it really was) and what I aim to do instead of focusing on the worst possible outcome. I'm praying this message speaks to your heart.  Here are the verses I highlight in this episode: Romans 15:13 Philippians 4:8  Join our exclusive, intimate, FREE facebook group for Christian Women in Waiting

EP 3: Don't Waste the Waiting!

I know it can be tempting to withdraw, distract or numb yourself to the pain of waiting. Instead, I pray that we would press in and allow God to work on our mind, body, soul and spirit and help us to transform and become more like him during this season.   This episode is about just that. How to avoid wasting this season and instead make it a season of growth and positive change, regardless of the outcome.  I'm praying it speaks to your heart and encourages your spirit during this time of waiting and beyond.  Your community matters!
