The enemy tried to stop this recording but he gets no victory! The recording app crashed right as I was ending the episode but I still am releasing this! In this episode, I encourage you to examine yourself to see what doctrines, practices and teachings are shaping your Christian character. It is IMPERATIVE that we as Children of God prevent spoilage from yeast infection!!! I stress the importance of acknowledging God as the Supreme and Superior Being and confessing and believing in Christ. We discuss how Jesus Christ tells us to Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Saducees found in Matthew 16: 1-12. Be careful of your inner makeup. Be mindful of what drives your motives and actions. Be ever mindful that this world; this life is temporary and the eternal is our destination. Get ready!

I began recording as I was meditating and beginning my prayer time with God. I talk about how we feel we have to become someone else in our own strength and plan, when God has a plan for us that is so much better. I talk about the need to return to a dependence God. I talk about repentance; there’s a lot of good stuff in this one!

In this episode, I talk about the power we have to silence the voice of the enemy. We discuss how Jesus Christ is the way back to God. I discuss how God’s plan and love for the world was made evident through Christ, and it is through Him that we restore the beautiful garden of our heart. I teach the importance of realizing that a lot of old principles and practices are still going forward that are not beneficial to the spiritual health and growth of people. In this episode, we talk about the real raw emotions that go into parenting. I talk about how parenting involves sacrifice, and how sometimes it is hard for us to accept. I talk about the importance of finding an anchor in Christ to help us deal with our emotions and to deal and heal from past trauma. I give examples of how God showed up for me and my children as they were growing up. I call out the thought processes and behaviors that are keeping our children at a deficit. I encourage you to connect back to Christ and to find your identity in Him!

In this episode, I encourage you to cling closer to God as you navigate through the tough times in life. There is so much going on in the world today, and it can seem hopeless and overwhelming. But GOD IS IN CONTROL! No matter what it looks like, seems like or feels like-our Father has the only say. His word is the only one we cling toto. You may not know what is up ahead-but you know who holds the power!

In this episode, I share my thoughts about the assassination of Charlie Kirk. There is so much to unpack and say. I talk about some of the things I noticed in his speech and delivery that could have led to his popularity. I use scripture to show how everyone who has the name of God on their lips does not have His spirit in them. The Holy Spirit leads us to Matthew 15:1-9 Proverbs 18:21 and 1 John 4:7-21God’s word is clear, alive, and true. I pray that you use this moment to search for Him so that you learn Him and experience His fullness. You are challenged to change!

In this episode, we talk about how the abuses we have suffered at the actions of others thwart our identity in Christ and alter the way we view God. I offer solace concerning the acts and give hope that the blood of Jesus offers forgiveness and healing. We talk about God’s purpose and role in those events and what His heart really is concerning what happened. In this episode, I stress the importance of learning how to decipher God’s voice above all others. I explain how God’s voice is what brings about new things and is the creative force in our lives. I discuss the importance of suring up your eternal life and to be mindful that this Earth is temporary. God’s word is the outcome for each and every thing we face and go through in life. In this episode, I teach on the difference between knowing and believing. To operate successfully in faith, our knowledge of God and His word has to move to belief. I encourage you to reflect on the source of your faith. It’s not enough to just N KNOW Gods word; we have to start believing it.

This episode came about during meditation. Focal verse Ecclesiastes 12:13-14. I talk about how God wants us to obey Him and do what He says! That is what “life” is all about. I discuss the importance of knowing that we don’t have to bear the hurt of our trauma and that we can give our frustration to Christ. I talk about how we are the righteousness of God and how that gives us the right to return to God and to pray and repent. God loves us so very much. I talk about how God is grieved when He sees and hears how we treat ourselves and each other. I give you the opportunity to choose this day who you will serve!

This episode begins my teaching on eternal life.It is important to remember that this life is temporary; and we are striving to prepare for our Heavenly home. God has given us the free gift of salvation through His son Jesus Christ! He affords us freedom from sin so that we don’t have to live a life of sin. We read Romans 6. Where you going after this?

In this episode, we talk about grief! We talk through my recent loss of my Godmom and how I’m coping with my emotions behind it. We give space to discuss the feelings that grief can care and how it can cause us to believe the loss is some sort of punishment. 2 discuss the free gift of salvation and what we need to do in order to see our loved ones again. This episode touched my heart and encouraged me; pray it does the same for you.

In this episode, I encourage you to deal with the deep hidden hurts and trauma of our past; offering the notion that those things drive our every day behavior. I discuss my feelings on the horrific sad and unbelievable slaying of 13 year old Keimani Latigue-a child who was killed by her father and was recently found in an abandoned house. How many more children have to suffer because we as parents refuse to deal with our issues? We refuse to really seek a relationship with Christ. I walk through Galatians 5; offering a Biblical alternative to life and the alternative of allowing the Holy Spirit to lead our lives. Romans 12:2 and John 10:10 are also verses to read. We have to do better. Let’s start with cleansing our spirit during this Spring cleaning period. Enough is enough! Let’s get serious about our spiritual health. Determine your WHY!

Welcome to season two of the show!!! We are hitting the ground running; determining what you are expecting to receive and see changed as a result of being reclaimed to God and following Jesus example. We have spent the last year debating and me explaining why it’s a good idea; now we are getting into the “how”. If you don’t have a journal or notebook get one; get some pens and sticky notes. In this episode, I continue reflecting on the journey back to Christ that led me to this moment! I talk about the impact of the church hurt situation and how I see it was there to work on my favor. I give more insight on the function of the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to pray through the pleading and the tugging you may feel in your heart to follow God or to receive more from God. In this episode, I talk about how Jesus, the one who was sent to DIE for you, is the key to everything we need! Our relationship with Him is the way to receive all from the Father, and there’s more than enough room for us all. Our focal verse is John 3:16 and we go over many other scriptures. Get your notebook and take notes as you listen. I talk about struggles we face while looking for work and I share some of my past experiences on the job. I encourage you to wait until the kind of job you’ve prayed for is revealed; and that is dependent on your relationship with Christ. I stress the importance of us being a light shining in darkness. Friend, the world as we know it is changing. Protection as we know it is rapidly disappearing. Worldly safeguards put in place that offer everyone an opportunity to work, educate themselves, government provisions etc etc are being taken away. There’s nothing we can do in our flesh that will help us to survive these last and evil days. The removal of DEI is a subject that gripped us all; but I offer an alternative solution. Don’t focus on the removal of DEI; focus on the One who was sent to DIE for you. Find your life in Christ! It’s FREE! And can’t be taken away or affected by world events. Jesus is the world event that assures that! It’s the ONLY ONE THAT MATTERS! :)

In this episode, I actually started off recording my thoughts around Matthew 5:17-20 and it just turned into a podcast LOL so I don’t start off the same, but that’s ok! The message is so relevant. We talk through the meaning of God’s law and Jesus purpose to fulfill it. We talk through current events of how Earthly laws and safeguards are being stripped away. We talk about how God’s law is never changing and He is confident in and faithful to His word! I encourage you to give your life to Christ. I encourage us to arm ourselves in the spirit and not in our flesh. Time for playing is over! We as the people of God must take our place in His kingdom. But we have to assume His righteousness first. This blessed me!

In this episode we walk through Psalm 139. I talk about the importance of realizing that we play a part in how our lives are going. We talk through how the adverse things that we face in life are not always God punishing us but it’s a response and a result of our disobedience to His word. I offer the grace of God and the love He showed us by giving His son to die for us. I stress the importance of taking the time to deal with and heal from past trauma and make you aware of how it’s causing present issues in your life. We often desire to have someone in our lives who can tolerate and handle us in the current state we’re in. We have that person and His name is Jesus. In this episode, I give my take on the viral video of the beautiful young woman who was made to apologize to her church family for becoming pregnant out of wedlock. (Getting more into the message, you’ll see the reason for the title) I give honest insight and encouragement to clergy to begin to turn away from the judgmental mentality that apparently transcends denominations. I encourage YOU to continue on the path to Christ; offering the fact that this is not how He would have dealt with her. We talk about the woman at the well and the woman with the alabaster box and I highlight the way Jesus dealt with them. I pray it blesses you as it blessed me!

David serves as our example of how to defeat giants that pop up in our lives. Victory is guaranteed when we show up to the battle in the name of the Lord! Let him arm us for battle. We end up studying Genesis 50:20 and we begin to build our arsenal of scripture to throw back at the enemy when he start trying us. Trust this process; trust the Lord to comfort you and see you through this. It’s painful but it’s so beneficial once you make it through! I love you!

I stress the importance of leaning on the Lord when we’re triggered by the emotions of the hurts of our past. I stress that nothing that happened to you was a part of Gods plan. God loves you so much and He wants to free you from the shame, guilt, grief, pain, memories of your past and restore you to new life. Trust God with you! (My phone died as I was closing out but it’s all good LOL)

In this episode, we walk through how King Jehoshaphat prepared himself for battle by believing, praying to, and trusting God for the victory when armies declared war against him. It can seem hard for us to do these things when life starts lifeing but it’s the ONLY THING THAT WILL GUARANTEE YOU THE VICTORY! Sorry for the all caps lol but I have to make it plain that putting praise prayer in front of you positions you for success no matter what armies of obstacles or drama or hardships come your way. I teach from Romans 12:2 and Matthew 6:19-34 extra verses to meditate on to begin to seal in your Christ identity are Deuteronomy 28:13 Psalm 139:14 Ephesians 2:10 I Peter 2:9-12 and Psalm 37:25. Meditate on these! Write them down and say them daily. You have the power through Christ to overcome mental battles!!!
