A sermon from St Paul's on Sunday May 10 2026.  In Matthew 9:9-17, Matthew recounts his own (miraculous) story of being called to follow Jesus. In these verses Jesus is the commander, host, and doctor. He calls us to follow him, gathers us into community, and brings healing for our sins.

A sermon from St Paul's Katherine on Sunday May 3 2026. In Matthew 9:1-8 Jesus meets a paralysed man brought to him by the man's friends. Jesus proves to be the True Friend who shows us our problem, and reveals his power. Jesus both forgives our sins, and sets us on our feet so we can walk again in a new way of life. 

A sermon from St Paul's on Sunday April 26 2026. In Matthew 8:18-34 there is a very strange story involving a whole herd of pigs who launch headlong off a cliff into the water. But these pigs point us to Jesus. The Jesus who goes to the fringes, who brings freedom to the captives, the Jesus who turns our world upside down, and bears all evil and sin. In short, the Jesus who changes everything.
