Welcome to episode 1 of season 3! I can’t believe we are here. This is a bit of an all over the place episode but hey that’s what happens when you let God take the wheel.

When I first gave my life to Jesus I was all over the place.  I had no idea what to do and was OVERWHELMED.  Here are some practical things that helped me jump start my relationship with Jesus.

I don't know about you, but I am in a WAITING season.  I am having a hard time finding God in my mundane ordinary everyday life.  Here are my thoughts on Where God is and What we can do.

In this final episode of season 1 I tackle the topic of forgiveness.

It took me so long to figure out what identity was and how it related to Christ.  I hope part 1 and part 2 of this topic help you understand identity a little more.

The world says that we need to be in it to be free, but that is actually the opposite.  This weeks episode covers what I wish I knew about partying.

Comparison is a trap that we all fall into.  In society we are all surrounded with temptations, comparisons, and media trying to tell us how we should looks, act, feel, what is ok, is not ok, and so on.  Don't let comparison grip your heart, lean on God.

People pleasing is something that I have struggled with for a long time, and honestly still do.  In this episode I tackle what it means to people please and try to encourage you to turn to the only one who matters.

Whether you are new to faith, returning, or have been a follower a while, spending time with Jesus is key!  This episode is loaded with 9 tips to help you start building your relationship with Jesus or to strengthen it!  Hopefully one or maybe all of these tips will help you cultivate a peaceful and growing relationship with God.  Spend time with Him!

This seems to be a scary topic for a lot of people, especially in the church.  Lauren opens up about her mental health challenges and things that have helped her over come them.  Through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a little help from a few other things, you can make it to the other side.

We are not meant to do life alone!  Let me say it louder for those in the back:  WE ARE NOT MEANT TO DO LIFE ALONE!  This podcast episode is all about community.  I try to answer questions on how to find it, how come you are not finding it, and what I did that lead me to some awesome kingdom friendships.  Don't limit God because of your expectations... Get involved!  IT is time to find your people!

Everyone talks about how singleness is a gift, but often times those voices are from people who have been married for a long time and/or married young.  Here is a fresh take on the lessons I have learned from being single for 28 years of life.  While it does not always feel like it, being single is a gift.  BUT it is only a gift if you are actively waiting on the Lord and serving him.
