This week, Sarah and I joined our friends, Erin and Brad, for another pizza and pinot tasting!  We each chose a different bottle of Pinot Noir from San Luis Obispo County and tested our palettes to see if we could correctly match the wine in bottle A, B, or C to the tasting notes!  We paired our tastings with wood fired pizza straight out of Brad's Ooni Karu 12" pizza oven with temperature checks using the laser thermometer gun !  Chef T was also on hand to craft our gourmet pizzas!
