They start dismantling the wooden fort and reverse shrinking the logs to normal size to chop up for more firewood. The craziness continues in episode 12! Sir Marbles races to catch the Black Wizard, who has reached the space station Orion B4. The Black Wizard's stolen ship, Queen of the Stars, re-supplies on the space station and then travels to the location for the last force-field generator. They deposit the generator and then activate the force-field, surrounding planet Earth in a dark shield that blocks most of the sun's light. Sir Marbles reaches Orion B4 but it's too late. They seek help from a Pluto Pup seller, Derry, who tips them off to the Black Wizard's plans.Back on Earth, the residents of Stangenschloss notice the sky turn dark, like an early twilight. Ebenezer Marbles rushes to the castle to talk to Princess Poppy. Goris is out of fuel, but Sophia Pandelis manages to modify the rocket's engine so it can be powered by Manuka Honey. Laszlo rushes back through the swamp to seek the honey, but steps into quicksand! But Frank only has a plastic toy hammer! He's struggling to make progress with the nails, so Poisonoid asks him to grab a saw instead. Frank grabs his chainsaw, but it's a plastic toy chainsaw! Our silly story for kids continues in episode 3! Sir Marbles draws up a bucket of drinking water from his backyard well, but there's a soggy hamburger in the water 😫. They surmise the burger has fallen off one of thr hamburger trees and decide to build a roof over the well. Old Macca pops out with Laszlo and Barry Struff to grab some wood from Tony's Timber Treasury, but the road is sealed off to repaint the lane lines. They take the designated detour, but it takes them two hours! Old Macca buys the wood and tries to head home but is again blocked by the line painting. He distracts the road worker and the others remove the barrier so they can all slip through. The Black Wizard, Grymgax and King Boogaloo escape from their dungeon cell.

Meanwhile, Sir Marbles returns to the park to find that all his genies are slim again! The football captain Dave has been putting them through some drills, and is astounded at how much weight they've lost in an hour. To repay Dave for his help, McGregor volunteers to fill in for Dave's rugby team on the weekend. Sir Marbles sends the genies to pick up some firewood for the fireplace at home. They pop into Jerry's Jumbo Burger Joint to ask for directions. They meet Jerry, who loves the Doggies!

Old Macca sets up a second layer of protection for the vault, a booby trap that will trigger when the door is opened, hitting any intruder with a pre-charged spell cannon hidden in the bushes. The cannon will teleport the intruder into the city's deepest dungeon. The royal engineer Sophia Pandelis has created a hi-tech submarine that the comrades tow to the port and haul onto Old Betty. They sail to the location and descend in the submarine to the bottom of the ocean where they find the ancient city of Abugo Shemanu. Here, they meet the guardian of the city, Bartholomew Struff. McGregor and Sir Cluck distract the Black Wizard while Gabetain fixes the obstruction inside the cannon. Stan powers the device up and Bunny casts a sleep spell into the cannon's chamber. Stan turns the cannon up to full power and fires at the Black Wizard, blasting him out of existence. Grymgax complains that they have sent his master into another dimension or distant part of the galaxy, then flees. Eventually he stumbles into the room of McGregor, who lets him stay if he shares the snacks. In the morning rats have appeared in the room, attracted by the food crumbs. Princess Poppy summons her rat catcher Slippery Pete to get rid of them. The spell cannon is complete, but watchmen on the castle wall spot an army of trolls descending from Mt Chubadub, wearing dwarven armour. The trolls veer into the forest, presumably to cut down trees to build a bridge over the castle moat. Old Boris wants to cut down some Manuka trees to harvest timber to patch up Old Betty but Winston forbids it, instead offering some old wooden planks from the farmhouse. They prepare to return to Princess Poppy's kingdom.
