The Universe is listening! 💫 333 – This number is connected to the Ascended Masters, divine creativity, and encouragement. It's a sign that you are supported in your purpose and that your gifts are needed in the world. It's also a nudge to step into self-expression—so if you've been feeling called to create, share, or teach, take this as confirmation! 💫 444 – A number of stability, protection, and foundation. Seeing 444 means your spirit guides and angels are surrounding you with love and reassurance. If you've been feeling uncertain, this number reminds you that you are safe and supported. - 💫 555 – A symbol of change, transformation, and major shifts. If you've been seeing 555, be open to new opportunities, as the Universe is aligning you with your next chapter. 💫 777 – A deeply spiritual number, associated with divine awakening, intuition, and the unfolding of higher wisdom. When you see 777, it's a sign that you're leveling up spiritually. It's an invitation to trust your inner knowing and embrace the magic that's unfolding in your life. This episode I will share some of my personal stories an give  you some tips and awareness that can help you turn up your frequency.  The time is now!  The collective energies are supporting you too!  For example, for me,  living at a high frequency is about making intentional choices that align with your highest self. One of the most powerful ways to raise your vibration is through your morning routine. I like to begin my day with a few minutes of meditation—focusing on my breath, setting an intention, and visualizing myself surrounded by light. This practice not only centers you but also sets the tone for the rest of your day. I will spend a few moment with my bare feet in the ground to ground this energy and intentions.  And let's not forget the power of gratitude. Taking just a few moments to acknowledge the blessings in your life can shift your energy from a place of lack to a place of abundance. Gratitude is a magnet for positivity, and the more you practice it, the higher your vibration will rise.
