Mind Games | Wk 3
For most of us, the biggest bully we’ll ever face is in our own head. Every time things feel like they’re moving in the right direction, you’re rudely interrupted by negative thoughts, anxious spirals, self-doubt, and waves of regret. You’ve tried reading the verse of the day, positive affirmations, and even cold plunging—but it’s no use. Your brain bully is always two steps ahead. You didn’t sign up to play mind games with yourself, but here you are. So, how do you exit the cycle, renew your mind, and recover your sense of courage, confidence, humility, and lovability?

Better Stronger Greater | Wk 4
There are seasons where you’re doing your best to keep moving, but underneath it all you’re thinking, I just wish God would make this clearer. Not a vague feeling, not a coincidence — something obvious. Say something. Step in. Let me know You’re actually here. The first followers of Jesus didn’t have to wonder like that. They walked with Him, heard His voice, watched Him handle real problems in real time. And then, right in the middle of that security, He told them it would be better if He left. Not easier. Better. No detailed explanation — just a promise they couldn’t yet make sense of. Which only sounds like bad news unless God was about to relate to them in a way closer than standing beside them. How could that possibly be good news? Unless God was about to become closer than they ever imagined. What if His presence isn’t something you look for—but something you learn to live with?

ALL THE SINGLE LADIES : Navigating Relationships in the Age of Apps | Wk 3
Forty-seven percent of American adults are single; more than any time in history. Yet, despite the apps, algorithms, matchmaking services, and well-meaning aunties indiscriminately handing out your number, it still feels impossible to find someone. Life devolves into a sad string of awkward texts, disgusting DM’s, bad dates, and unsatisfying hookups. Then there’s all the married people weighing in with what you ought to change to be more marketable. Because obviously life doesn’t start until you’ve locked down your special someone. Is that true? What if it’s not in the cards for you? Why’s it taking so long? What do you do with all your loneliness, longings, hopes, and heartbreak? How did we get here & where do we go from here?

Planted | Wk 4
Spend five minutes scrolling social media and you can identify five places you’d love to live. Especially if you’re unhappy with where you’re at. Your ideal of somewhere else is flawless. But you’ve memorized every imperfection of your current reality. It’s tempting to daydream about how much better your life would be if you lived somewhere else, worked somewhere else, were married to someone else. Is that true though? Even if you found something better, wouldn’t you just still be you in a different location or situation? How do you become the best version of you regardless of where you are? What if the solution isn’t uprooting, but digging deeper right where you’re at?

Lyrical | Wk 3
There’s an old saying, “God works in mysterious ways.” And that’s certainly true, not only of the Christmas story, but of the stories behind the songs of Christmas. God often does things in ways we’d never think to do them, using people we’d never think to use. Could it be that God wants to use you to do something of significance you never would’ve imagined or even thought possible?

For the Rest of Your Life | Wk 5
Life keeps moving faster and faster. Our schedules are full, but we feel empty. We’re surrounded by people, but still lonely and isolated. We have more information available to us than ever, yet we’re more confused than ever. We’re tired, weary, overwhelmed, and distracted. But it doesn’t have to be this way. There’s a pathway that leads to a better life. Jesus modeled ancient practices that offer the solutions to many of our most pressing problems.

SH Idaho Family Month | Week 4
Who you are is largely due to who you’re with. But most of us don’t intentionally design an inner circle, we default to hanging around with whoever happens to be around. Sometimes we get lucky. But for some of us, these convenient connections pull us further from who we want to be. Everyone says they know they need good people around them, but what does that mean? If you look at the lives of those you look up to, you’ll notice most of them have invested in four specific relationships. We see it in sports, business, entertainment, and even Scripture. So… What are they? Why are they so important? And where do you find them? You know, without being weird. Because having these relationships won’t just make you a better person, they’ll make you a better family member.

Essentials | Wk 4
Every Influencer has a list of things they think you should do. Some they’re being paid to say, some are ridiculous, and some are good ideas. But let’s be real: We can’t do all the good things everyone tells us to. We don’t have near enough time, energy, or money. so, how do you figure out what’s essential; even foundational? What are the few things that, if you committed to, will change everything around you? What if you did more than commit? What if you were consistent? If you were going to reorganize your life around faith, what few things would you need to do to become the best version of you?

Kick Your But(t) | Wk 4
Everybody wants to live an intentional, meaningful, satisfying life. We want God’s best. Is this it though? Does your life feel smaller than you thought it’d be? Why is that? Isn’t Jesus supposed to make everything better? Didn’t He say He came to bring us life to the full? Full of what?? My life is full of stress, insecurity, and failure. Why can’t we seem to step into the dreams God put inside us? Influencers keep telling us, "Just go for it.” But you can’t. You’re stuck. What would it look like to overcome your excuses and take a step forward? Is it possible that the most spiritual thing you can do is let God kick your but.

Savage | Week 5
No matter what you believe about Jesus, you have an image in your mind of who he is. Most people picture someone unwaveringly kind, caring, and gentle. And he is those things. But if you read through the Gospels, Jesus regularly said and did things that seem like that opposite of the way we picture him. Why is that? Are we misreading these stories or have we misjudged Jesus?
