The Law is good. Teaching it to others is good. Disobedient, faithless, proud complacency is very bad.

If judgment is according to deeds, how is it that we are saved by grace through faith? Judgment will demonstrate that saving faith (the free gift of God) is a living, productive faith. God will not exempt any from the necessity of a living faith.

The judgmental person is not necessarily wrong about the sin he sees in others. His problem is first, that he does not see the sin in himself. Second, he does not cherish the kindness of God--the very kindness that is his only hope.
